Unprofessional and unethical staff they don't know how to interact with with the public. First employees I dealt with was eating or had something in his mouth and I had no idea what he was talking about I had to ask him to speak in so I could understand what he was say, second guy I was talking to kept interrupting me while I was talking and talking over me and they are too lazy to check what size and length u bolt I needed to be made expecting me the customer to crawl under the truck and measure what size I needed and if I didn't measure accurately I would still have to pay for the part. Mouthing me off as I was walking out the door they don't know when to listen and when to shut up and making the whole situation worse than it was. Dealt with this establishment once before and I left a positive review online but this time they seemed to have a $hitty attitude.

Awesome group of guys helped me out even after I made a mistake on the measurements I give them a 5 star rating

Great customer service first thing in the morning at opening. Josh was incredibly friendly and polite, helped get my ubolts made real quick and understood the specs I was after. Thank you very much for a non-confrontational experience.

On a trip from Pennsylvania to Edmonton, a tire exploded on our camper trailer from locked breakdrums. The camper was towed to City Spring and Axle. Although the shop was very busy, we were taken care of right away. The service we received exceeded all expectations.
We would like to express our gratitude, especially to Robert, Sohail, and Nelson, who went out of their way to help us in our time of need.
It is rare to make friends at a repair shop, but that is exactly what we did

Work ended up being done well but Absolutely horrific service. When we booked the trailer for an axel alignment we were told they don’t give a time to be done but it will be done the same day. No problem at all. Dropped off at 8am. At 3pm I called to check and spoke with Robert who said it was in and he’d call when it’s done that they are open till 5 it will be done by then. My husband ended up working late so wasn’t going to be able to make it by 5pm before they close for pick up. I called and asked if he could pick it up the next morning at 8 am. Wasn’t a problem. He shows up at 8am the next morning and it’s not done! And Robert was extremely rude to him.
I spoke with Robert, who when I asked if he was the supervisor replied “I guess”, was rude until I started to lay out the issues, then he changed his tone. He was very apologetic and did compensate with the price after knowing the full story.
My husband ended up having to take the day off work to wait for the trailer.
Here’s the kicker…my brother went through this exact same situation 4 days earlier where he waited in the city and they ended up telling him it wouldn’t be ready that day. Don’t tell people it will be done the same day if you can’t stick to that and have some customer service etiquette when dealing with people!

Terrible company never bring anything to them to get repaired over charge customers and rip them off! Horrible management No Knowledge of the shop or management skills! Got clowns running around there!

Swapping out axles on a skidoo trailer. Josh help me find what I needed even though I didn't know what I needed. Got a custom axle at a bargain price with champagne service. Will definitely use again

Have you ever needed a part last minute for an emergency? Make sure you DO NOT talk to the parts manager. Obviously someone got promoted without having the skills to do the job properly and make customers happy. He can’t listen, he has 0 phone manners, and he will go out of his way to mention firing people instead of trying to help you with the part you’re looking for.
FYI was trying to get a leaf spring (not that he would know that because he didn’t care to listen to my request) to get a truck back up and running that’s currently on Alberta wild fires. Thank you so much for your help.

Great customer service - big thumbs up and thanks to Josh for answering all my questions clearly and quickly via email. He also supplied me with the info needed mount the springs (exact measurements of the hanger spacing). Will definitely use again and recommend for others.
