City Time Watch & Clock Repair

I had a Rado watch that was my grandfathers and hadn't been worn for over 30 years. Paul cleaned it up and got it running. Was initially very nervous as it took 3 return trips to get it working properly. Paul was very meticulous and stood by his work so kept troubleshooting until the watch worked properly again. Its been over a month and watch works great. Appreciate his dedication to customer satisfaction and pride in his business. Would definitely use him again for any major watch repairs or maintenance. Really happy as I wear my grandfather's watch everyday now.

I brought in my 1968 Rolex Oysterdate Perpetual for servicing. Paul made an efficient assessment, quoted costs and delivery time and then followed through. Expert repair, done when promised, and well worth the cost. Highly Recommend!

Came in for a watch strap replacement and the staff was super busy. They still helped me out, gave me a pick up date and were ery patient. Will only be using this store from now on for repairs.

Been here a few times now for small watch issues. Friendly service every time. My last visit (for basic watch re-assembly that was too difficult for me) I was told it would be completed in two days. When that day came I was going to phone to see how it was going, but he called me before I had the chance and said I could come pick it up anytime.

Paul is extremely talented in watch repair. My older Tudor watch was not in perfect running order. He fixed the problem for the estimate and guaranteed his work for 1 yr.

I had damaged my watch really bad after taking a fall on the concrete and I thought it would never look the same again. I have called many places around Calgary and each business told me that they’d do the best they can but it most likely won’t look new ever again. I decided to stop by city time watch repair and was told that he’d try his best to fix it. I left my watch with him for 6 days which is a great turnaround time considering the damage. The price was not too bad and cheaper than some of the other places I have called - to be exact I paid $210 for the repair and it was well worth it.

Overall, the pictures do show the absolutely incredible work that was done on my watch and I am beyond happy of the result. I couldn’t be more satisfied and I highly recommend this watchmaker and I’d go as far as to say that he is the best in all of Calgary. Easy 5 star service!

I was so happy to find Paul + City Time. After calling around to the top watch retailers in Calgary, I realized not one of them had a watch maker or horologist in house anymore. He saved the bezel on my Tag Heuer and replaced the battery within a week. It’s an older model so I was very happy with his repair. To send it in, I would have been without the watch for months. Cannot say enough good things - he’s truly an expert in his craft. Thank you!

This old family heirloom needed a lot of TLC! A complete overhaul essentially with full service, new crown, dial cleaning and case restoration (incl.rhodium plating). Our old grandfather clock hadn't worked in years. We had the owner in and he got it working good as new and didn't have to take it in to his shop as other shops had wanted to do. We are really enjoying having our chiming timepiece back up and running!

A couple months ago I had brought in my MK watch for a battery change along with my Guess watch. What impressed me about their service is that not only were they quick BUT they were very accommodating of me. I had lost my voice that week and had to speak on a note pad; they were very patient and even joke around with me! Definitely will become my go to watch repair place in Calgary!

Splendid service. I had an old timepiece with sentimental value. Paul was super helpful and went beyond in many ways. Even provided me a loaner watch so I could get by as my repairs/service was being completed. Would recommend and endorse. I recently got my watch-strap and battery replaced by CityTime, and could not be happier with the results. The owners took their time to help me select the right strap for my watch, and I am very pleased with their recommendation. They also replaced my battery in a quick manner.

I brought a watch to Paul that was unique and no one else in the city could repair it. When he looked at it, he admitted he had never worked on something like it before but said he was pretty sure he could fix it. I left it with him and a few days later, he called me and said that he successfully repaired it back to working order. Honestly, it felt like he saved my life! LOL

I've taken watches to City Time for new straps and repairs a number of times. They are really good at what they do. Prices are very reasonably. I enthusiastically recommend the store.
