These workers are actually so disrespectful.they don’t know basic human respect and talks rude to everyone.i hope no one has to experience this.im actually pissed.

This white middle aged women who appears to be the manager was incredibly rude. They yell at you whenever you do anything. They get mad over the tiniest problems. This women yells at kids and calls security on them. Absolutely ridiculous. If you can’t handle kids, don’t work here, it’s that simple.

Took my daughter in to get her ears Pierced, it was done by Chelsea, Chelsea did an amazing job, she was very kind and friendly and made it a lovely experience for my daughter, thank you Clairs and thank you chelsea for the wonderful experience!

I was in the store this last weekend and after a frustrating experience looking throughout the mall for something was coming up empty handed. It was just an off chance I stopped by Claire's and after a few seconds of walking around felt a little out of place. As I was making a bee line for the exit, Hannah politely greeted me and not only did they have what I needed, she actually made me reconsider what I thought about Claire's. I may not always need some of the stuff they sell, being a man in my 40s, though I know in the future - I will make a point of checking there first.

Went to get my girls ears pireced she never mentioned getting it double pierced so she freaked out so I was told to come back when she was ready but had to pay again to get her other ear done even though I already paid for the full piercing the day before

Supervisor Lady was super rude to all the customers, especially when it came to their mixed messages on their signage and trying to tell another customer that he has to try to go somewhere else for the Claire's gift card as she can't get it to work and it's not her job to figure it out (He was from out of town). Very condescending and extremely unpleasant.

Well, I didn't want to come up here and rated this store one star. However, I want people save money and energy from visiting this store. I was there on Wednesday and the customer service there was awful! Very awful! I felt the store clerk very pushy, disrespectful and arrogant! I was there for ear piercings and that store clerk wasn't very nice and held the earring display in her hand all the time, made me feel like she thought I would just grab and go.long story short, I don't like this store at all.at the end, I went to Merle Norman nearby Hudson Bay and got my piercing done with a cheaper price-$58 for a pair +GST. Ladies and gentlemen, please save your money and pick somewhere else. Don't come to this store.

Very helpful, he showed me a few items that were not in my price range but on the way out I saw the 24cwt sterling silver jewelry on sale and I saw what I wanted, told him I have to get these 2 items that my wife Loved opening for Christmas

They follow health mandates that are not laws and segregate citizens. They discriminate against people that are exempt from mask laws. Personally I don't suggest to shop here.

Clean considering the Christmas rush has started. A bit pricy but Claire's always has been. Love their merch!

Products were pretty easy to find. One person was working and she was very helpful and friendly. My son got his ears pierced and I liked that she keep telling him how important it was to follow the instructions. Supper nice nice with my daughter too.

Worst products ever, I bought bracelet and ring and necklace for 13$ for my 4 year old daughter and at the end of the day all of them were destroyed, very bad quality

My friend and I went in 04/22/2021 around 130 and we both got our ears pierce and the lady that was working was amazing, she did her job very well and explained everything very well, The price was a bit high but well worth it

Today I went to this location with my siblings. While my siblings were shopping, I had garbage in my hand so I went outside to throw it out. After shopping for a few more minutes, I had more garbage to throw out, and after I threw out my garbage and came in, one of the two employees working there yelled “You can’t keep doing that, you either have to stay in or out”. I was shocked by her rude tone and told my siblings that we should leave. Very disappointed in their staff and she should learn manners as her behaviour was childish and unnecessary.

I had a pleasant experience at this store. I was looking for some soft toys that I found easily here. The price seemed reasonable and they were on sale at the time of my visit. The store is well organized and located inside the West Edmonton Mall. I found the staffs friendly and courteous. I would definitely recommend this place if you are planning to buy any gifts for the kids.

Three weeks ago i took my 8 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced. We were a walk in and it was no problem. The girl explained everything and was friendly and patient. We got a bottle of the Claire's cleaning solution and have been following the cleaning instructions faithfully. Three weeks along and her ears look great, no issues. They say you can start changing earrings after three weeks but we will wait till 6 weeks. Three doesn't seem like enough time and since healing is going so well we don't want to risk it.

We had a really great experience here getting my 5 year old daughter's ears pierced. They were so patient with her, and waited until she was comfortable. They definitely went above and beyond to help us out.

Great selection for cute stuff and blings for girls. Don't bring a big stroller to go in, place a bit small.

There is always a great deal in this store! My kids love going for earrings and accessories and there is always a sale going on!

My 16 year old daughter got her upper ear pierced 5 days later she got a severe infection, she ended up on antibiotics. She was faithful about cleaning. We came to learn that a piercing gun is Not to be used when piercing the cartilage on an upper ear. It’s basically blows out the cartilage of the ear. We want to make everyone aware not to go to Claires to get any piercing other than earlobes.

Great staff. I forgot about the buy 3 get 3 free deal. I already bought 3 things and sales staff reminded me about the buy 3 get 3 free. I bought all 6 items that are close together in price so that I get the most out of the deal!
