I was impressed by the attention to sanitation, the woman who pierced me was awesome and so patient. Thanks Claire's Londonderry!

This is the second I came here and 100% recommend, Jv is extremely good at piercing.she makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed, I had no infection or problems previously and this is why I waited and came back, my friend also had her Nose piercing done with no problems:)

I was in Claire’s this evening and it was very well hard enough to for me to read because I did not have my glasses, all of a sudden there’s a worker disrespectfully talking loud as if I wasn’t there and then I went to checkout and I wanted to see how much money I had. Then this lady behind me is asking to go infront of me and says “Oh i didn’t know your were paying” then the cashier was like “It’s waiting” with a “attitude” then the thing eventually timed out. That was not at all a good experience.

Only one tym, i like being in this store ever. Otherwise, there is no customer service, really rude staff and managers. For the first tym ever i had great customer service in this store from a person named ADAM…. I just want to thank you adam for really helping me out today to find out my blck heart shapped ear rings…. You really go above and beyond…. She definitely need a recognition and promotion.

I've been shopping at Claire's for years and have had numerous ear piercings at their various locations. My little sister and I came in for lobe piercings and were treated like royalty! From the time I phoned to book our appointments, through to having the aftercare explained to us, we left feeling sparkly and feeling like a million bucks! The piercing process was clean, fast, clearly explained and it was a nice way to cross getting matching sister piercings off our bucket list.although the store was very busy, they were strict with their capacity rules and had a staff member doing crowd control.will definitely be back again soon!

Jess did my piercings and and she was amazing! I felt comfortable and at ease the during the whole process. Jess made sure I understood what was about to happen and made sure to answer all of my questions and concerns. The store was very clean especially the piercing station. Highly recommended.

I have been wanting to get my ears pierced for a while. The manager made time for me almost right away to get my ears pierced. They look fantastic, and and was so thorough at explaining the procedure, and she was also very thorough at cleaning the new disposable mini guns they use, so many less moving parts.

It was such a relaxing experience I almost walked out forgetting to pay. Haha. Will recommend this location for any of my friends who need theirs or their kids ears pierced.

Also good to.note: you could get 2 earings (and 2 piercings) for only 40$!
Such a great deal, and the cheapest studs (the ones I got) are really nice and look like a reasonable starter piece. Either way they look great on!

The workers were very rude and kept watching me like I was going to steal. I got two piercings and the piercer barely took my wants and tried to pierce where she seen fit.ughh noooo
