Our little girl got her ears pierced here, the lady was extremely friendly with the child and also was quick and thorough so it didn’t drag out. As parents we got our ears pierced at a Claire’s 20 years ago so it’s nice to see this organization still around.

Amazing customer service. The employees ALWAYS show concern and help whenever I go with inquiries regarding my piercing. Much much better than their crossiron location.

The girl working today was very helpful and not at all pushy. There was some kind of problem with something in the back room but it didn't take away from her helping us.

The store manager talked in a very rude and impolite way when I addressed that there is something wrong in the total amount should be paid. She claimed that it’s what the computer calculates as she wanted to charge me the total amount of 6 items while I should pay for only three and the other three are free. Unprofessional and disqualified associate and manager. My daughter said they are trying to scams us dad. Very bad experience.

I got my ears peirced by Diamond, she is an amazing employee. The store was getting packed and professionally handled the traffic quite well. I would definitely recommend to find her and get yours piercing done by her!

I read the great reviews of parents taking their children to get there ears peirced here and decided to bring my 1 year old daughter as well. The service was amazing they answered every question before I even asked and did everything very professionally and were very sanitary! My daughter cried for less then a minute and It really helped they gave her a lollipop which interested her more then crying and she was happy and forgot all about her ears! It's been several weeks and I have had no issues with her ears what so ever we are very happy and would recommend this clairs to anyone thinking of getting there child's ears peirced!

Great items at awesome prices but experienced serious problem with ear piercing. It’s a great place if you are a child or just new to getting an ear piercing. I wanted a second hole. She missed the mark on my ear, went downward and so close to my other hole I can’t wear earrings in the new hole-it’ll tear giving me 1 large hole. Now I have to get it sealed by physician. I recommend going to a place that’s certified in ear piercing if you already have 1 ear pierced hole.
