I was waiting for almost half hour for the store to open. A lady came by and said ‘ they treat their staff awful, and I don’t think the staff care enough’. Please boycott.

My girlfriend and I had our ears pierced here, Brit was wonderful. Halfway through the store got fairly busy, and as the only one on she managed to look after us and the other guests without any delay, would recommend
