Exceptional service provided. I went on January 12 around 3: 30 pm and this lovely girl helped me with a piercing problem I was having.
Really appreciate all the time she gave.
Would definitely recommend.

The products and prices have both changed, and not for the better.
I went into this location yesterday to get a simple replacement cat ears headband for my daughter. In May 2022 the price was $6 and yesterday it was $10. Also the quality of the plastic wasn't good at all, there were jagged edges and there was visible glue holding it together.
Also, the employee keeps pushing these little baskets on you. Here's a basket, take this basket.basically shoving it at you with the intention to just fill it up and shop more, I didn't really appreciate that.

This is my eight year old daughters favorite store. The service has always been exceptional. This location always seems to be busy. There are lots of great gift ideas and stocking stuffers here. You can also get gift cards which are very convenient if you are usure of what to buy. There is a lot of free parking at the mall which is very nice.

Was in store tonight & over-heard sale associates belittle an older Lady AND swore at her!

One of the staff there straight up profiled my friends and I. As soon as we came in she was kind of rude and began following us around the store and looked directly at the things we were grabbing. She didn’t even try to hide it, she would move with us as soon as we moved somewhere else. I caught her multiple times peeking into my friend’s bag! I didn’t get her name but she had dark brown hair, white, and had a bigger complexion. Her behaviour was absolutely disgusting! She also pretended to be on a phone call when she was near us saying “can I get a walk through here at Claire’s” obviously referring to a security walk through as some sort of intimidation tactic. The fact that she followed us around the store the whole time we were there is absolutely horrendous. I will follow up my complaint with their management and their HR.

I went there to get my little girls ears pierced (almost 4 months old). As a new mom I was very nervous but Brooke from there was very professional and reassuring. Super quick and polite. She did an amazing job! I definitely would recommend this place and especially her! Thank you for a great experience:)

I liked dis place. Got my ears pierced and had no problems afterwards, no infection or anything! The lady was super nice too

I went to Claire’s with my cousins to get my little cousins ears pierced. I had promised her that it wouldn’t hurt and if it did she’d only feel it for a couple seconds. We had walked into the store and had gotten a lady that didn’t give me the best feeling but I had some sort of faith in her. She seemed decently friendly at first until she said (quote on quote) “I like to make kids cry when I am in a bad mood. ” This statement startled my cousin and I but we still went through with the idea. Throughout the whole piercing my younger cousin was hurting pretty badly and the piercing lady was pushing it pretty roughly and was all around rough with this little girl that was obviously upset that her ear hurt. To me it seemed more like she wanted to get it done with especially when she said “if we get this done I can go home. ” It was pretty upsetting when I heard the words that were coming out of her mouth. Lastly, for little girls; ear piercing could be pretty scary and she was not allowed to hold anyone’s hand or sit on anyone’s lap until afterwards when she was already upset. This was some pretty bad service and I DO NOT recommend getting your ears pierced at this store. Thankyou for taking your time to read this. Have a good day

I got my cartilage pierced here in February. My fault for making a rash decision to get it pierced with a gun. However my ear got infected even though I cleaned it like they said for months. It was very sore ever since I got it pierced and started bleeding a LOT 6 months after so I took the piercing out and the hole instantly shut and got swollen and now is purple. Maybe they pierced it into a vein? I did try taking it out 3 months after I got it pierced and it started bleeding that time as well so I quickly put it back in after cleaning the area. Do not recommend getting your cartilage pierced here, this happened to my friend as well.
