I highly recommend Claire's at Kingway Mall for ear piercing. After many years I decided to get 2 more piercings in each ear and the procedure was done very efficiently and carefully. I was told how to take care of my ears after the piercing and it is now 3 weeks after the procedure and I have not experienced problems whatsoever with my ordinarily very sensitive ears. They use quality earring studs which will prevent allergic reactions. I had 14k white gold with two different birthstones. The liquid cleanser used each day to speed healing works very well.

My daughter finally was ready to get her ears pierced they were very helpful in understanding the prices for ear piercings they range anywhere from 40 to 100+. Keep in mind the price is for both ears to be done. Getting only one ear done will cost the same so get both done at the same time.

(yes stuff can be over priced but blame that on Amazon and Walmart.) just try see the store like a child does. It's bright and Shiney there is no store that looks like this and there's probably 100 things they want in there. It's special. And shopping with a little one in a place like this to them is special. So surprise them go to the mall on the second floor. Almost Everything is under the price of a pack of smokes. Or a 6 pack and their happiness is worth more then both of those.

I am very disappointed when my girl baby has wrong dots on her earring pieced. I ask them to fix or exchange but they refused to do for me. They are actually greedy. Waste my money for paying expensive for wrong earring pieced. Recommend do not go to Clair’s in Londonderry mall.

Definitely recommend Claire's @ Londonderry Mall. My mom, daughter & I all had a wonderful experience getting our ears pierced this week. Amazing quality service from both Ashton (store manager) & her colleague Brittney. Both were very professional, knowledgeable, & kind. They did a great job on all our piercings.

Got my 3 year old daughters ears pierced by Ashton, It was an amazing experience! She managed to make myself as the dad and my daughter feel so at ease with everything. The amount of questions i asked and that she could answer was awesome! I will recomment this claires to everyone i know! Thank you so much Ashton and staff for all your help.

Did my first daughter pricing there with no issues. Did my second daughter pricing last month and 3 weeks later I took the earrings out to be cleaned. After I noticed her ear was very hard. Took out d earrings for 2 days so it can heal. Tried putting in back in but was blocked. Called the store and the lady on the phone was so polite and asked to go to the store with my recipe. Went there and the lady at the store was so rude. I was so nervous about my baby’s ear and she was so rude. I will be back to in few days to get my daughter ear checked again as I was told I was to wait few more days before they can price it. I was told the lady that did my daughters pricing was no longer working there. Just few week ago she was there wearing a specialist T-shirt. SMH for a specialist she did a terrible job. Now my poor daughter have to go through the process again. See you soon and hopefully that lady won’t be there this time?

Need a stud for my nose they had it. Staff was super helpful and quick! I'll be back and definitely recommend!

At the time I went to the store, it was empty save the employees. They have a lot of accessories. You name it, they got it. Looks to be very child like store, and it is. Many wonderful things for your child, basically for girls though. But they have few things for boys, like really basic. (Sunglasses and maybe water bottles)

Wonderful staff. Very knowledgeable and they go over and above to make sure the kids leave very happy. Wonderful promotions.

This is a horrible store. I was sold a defective pop socket and they refused to return it even though I had it less than 30 days. The woman in the store kept yanking on it and trying to damage it more and cracked it. She ruined it more knowing she was never going to return it.
