Horrible service!
Gives a written quote then goes back on it. Then the Staff proceeds to hang up on you when you question them.
So much for their motto "Our service shows we care". Quite the opposite!

I did not yell or put down your staff, I was calmly asking questions. Not my fault you were caught in a lie. Then to mask it, you post more lies. Keep digging that hole and show just how good your service is.

I was in Red Deer on a business trip, planning to hit the road before lunch. Unfortunately I came out of the hotel to find my driver’s window smashed! A colleague recommended we call Clarity, so my wife gave them a call.

Brian quickly found that he had the glass we needed and told me to get my truck to him pronto! I was there within 20 min and he had my window replaced in less than 40 min. To top it off, Brian vacuumed ALL of the glass from the interior!

These guys are awesome! They changed the windshield in my SUV and my truck and gave me the best rate out of anybody in Red deer. They do amazing work, fix rust spots and real seal in the windows like pros. They take their time and are meticulous about their work. Super friendly staff. I would recommend these guys to everyone!
