I have used Classic Cleaners & Tailors for many years now and they’ve never let me down.
I’ve had mostly alterations done for jeans jackets and sports jerseys and they’ve always been repaired or altered to instruction and just how I asked for.
Plus they’re pretty time efficient I’ve only waited two to three days for minor or complex alterations.
I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

They took care of our tux needs and have the actual prop of the black Knight in Monty Python and the Holy Grail!

First time using this dry cleaner’s, met the owner who was very personable and pleasant! Assured me that they would open the pockets on the suit. My husband went to put a tissue in a pocket at our sons wedding ceremony and no pockets were opened! Returned it to get cleaned and the manager said they don’t do that! She then took out a stitch remover and cut open the breast pocket! Why couldn’t that have been done before? Do you not check pockets before you clean? Also took my linen dress to wash and press, did not press it! I ironed my own dress before the wedding. Manager said they wouldn’t charge me if I brought it back. I live 45 minutes away and will never be back!

I brought my suit here for a dry clean (second time now) and I'm amaze how fast they able to do it. Not only that but they did a fantastic job too, they managed to remove the smell off from the suit (its been in storage for so long). I used the other dryer cleaner in town before but this one is what i would recommend using. They also altered the pants and it looks so much better.

I was recommended to go here by a friend for my bridesmaids dress to get hemmed. The lady that hemmed my dress (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) did a wonderful job and she was a lovely lady, however I still would NOT recommend coming here if you’re on a budget. I didn’t question the price when they gave it to me because I didn’t know any better, but now I do and that’s why I’m making this review. Every person who heard that I paid $110 for a hem on a two layer dress was very surprised, even my friend who recommended the place to me since she had paid $50 for a two layer dress the day before. (Which they explained was because it was a ONE layer slip dress, when it was in fact a TWO layer slip dress that I have seen with my own eyes). I did muster up the courage to question the price when I went in to pick it up and they said that this why they sit down with you to discuss it, which did not happen in my case (I was given the receipt with the price and sent on my way). I think this is what struck a chord with me because I’m a young, polite female and I have been taken advantage of before in situations where there is no set price and no discussion about pricing. I know that I should have been more proactive, but I thought that I would have to pay this price anywhere I went due to my lack of hemming experiences. I also know that prices are going up everywhere, but I know you can DEFINITELY find cheaper options and not break your bank (especially if you are in my situation where you HAD to buy the dress and also HAD to get it hemmed because you are in a wedding party and you’re vertically challenged, but you don’t have the means to do so).

I used Classic Cleaners to have X2 3 piece suits dry cleaned. I went in last minute to get my suit cleaned for a wedding. Their website etc showed 2 days for cleaning but they were very accommodating to help get them done in time. I love the notification options so you know right away when their ready for pickup. Upon pickup I also needed a new bag for keeping them in but I'm also on a budget so I decided not to buy one. To help me out they provided me one of their older logo bags free of cost. Great service will use them again!

Thank you Classic Cleaners for restoring a much loved jacket to like new condition. After an unfortunate experience where another Red Deer cleaner left it virtually unwearable, dealing with your business was a pleasure. I will definitely be a return client and have no reservations in recommending you to friends and family.

I use the wash and fold laundry service. They pick up my dirty laundry and deliver fresh clean and impeccably folded clothes a few days later! I work in health care, have small children and this service was the ultimate game changer! Every second with my family counts, and household duties can be a strain on my relationship in busy times. I had a burned my winter coat on a heater while ice fishing. And they put a whole new patch across the bag and sewed It on. To be able to bring it back to life is just amazing thank you for your incredible work classic cleaners. Furthermore I had a pair of wrangles to that needed some sewing done on them, came out just as nice. Thanks agian!

Classic cleaners have always done a good job in terms of cleaning my uniforms, I have used them for a long time. I wish they had a store in Olds!

Brought in pants I'd just bought at Moore's to have hemmed up. Was ushered in for a quick measuring and told to come back in 3 days. The pants were exactly do e right. Highly recommend Classic Cleaners!

I don't normally do bad reviews but this has to be done to warn other customers if you are looking to have your white goose down duvet dry cleaned by them I would suggest otherwise. I've had 2 poor experiences in which the first time consisted of me receiving back my white goose down comforter that had a slight change of colour (peach hue), smelled awful and loss to the fill. I thought to myself maybe this was expected so I didn't think much of it. The second time I took it to them, it initially came back completely flat but even so the girl simply handed it to me like it was nothing. I questioned why it was so flat and was told by the girl it needed more time in the dryer approximately 30 min. In my head I was like then why would you give it to customer when you know full well it wasn't ready. So I agreed, left and came back to see how it was. The comforter felt like the down was all crumpled. The girl had no idea why it turned out that way as they've done countless ones before but she would have her manager look at it the following day and I would receive a call. So I left it with them, now I did get a phone call from the manager saying my comforter was basically ruined and the white goose down was now "dust". She said that unfortunately this can not be fixed, that this was in no way their fault and that it was essentially a manufacturer's defect because this is not the first duvet they've done. So no responsibility no looking into a possible mess-up from their staff and that I would have to get it covered through the manufacturer as they are not responsible. The best they can do was they will try their HARDEST to explain to them THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG "followed the instructions on the care package" and said due to the cost of the duvet there should be some sort of warranty. They did offer to refund me to the cost of the service a whole $50 which is absolutely nothing compared to the cost of the actual duvet ($800+). So think again as this maybe another one of those I've never seen this before, I apologize but we are absolutely not going to do anything for you type of experiences. Thank you for giving me an absolute headache and ruining my vacation "Classic Cleaners".

While in town for a wedding, Jay and Shanna pressed and cleaned our blazers quickly and did an exceptional job.

Their shop is impeccably clean, tidy, and professional. They welcomed us as soon as we arrived and made us feel like family.

Absolutely fantastic service! I had a blazer that had a few stains from Vegas 2 years ago and I needed it cleaned ASAP for a trip. Not only did they remove the stains but they had it done with time to spare! Any cleaning, alterations or whatever, I’ll be taking all of my business to Classic Cleaners. 10/10 would recommend!

I am the costumer for three Theaters in Red Deer. The costumes I work with vary from fragile vintage to hand made to over the top creations and usually unknown fabrics. The folks at Classic Cleaners are always willing to tackle what ever I throw at them at a reasonable price in a timely manner. Weather it's removing stains, repairing a costume or donating masks so our youth can rehearse safely their service has been invaluable to the community I work in.

Lynn altered my wedding dress and she did an amazing job! My dress had a lot of beadwork and where it needed to be taken in Lynn had to take the beads off, make the alterations, and then sew each bead back on in their intricate pattern. I was so impressed at the quality of work and the speed at which she got it done. I felt like the price was beyond reasonable for the amount of time and attention to detail that had to go into my dress. I would recommend to anyone!

I switched from another cleaner and I am overwhelmed with the professionalism and service I receive. Makes me wonder why I waited so long to give this place a chance ‍️

I have been using the Laundry Subscription Service for a few months now and it's been awesome. I have pick up once a week and dropped off a few days later - my laundry comes back folded and smelling fresh. Thank you for the great service!

The service I get is second to none. Lynn make anything and her workmanship is the best. She has fixed wedding gowns, down jackets, and created items that I have needed! Everything is perfect.

I've brought several items in for cleaning, and one pieces to be altered. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. And the prices are great. Classic is my go-to place.

I got my wedding dress altered here and Lynne was fantastic.she definitely did well in corrected the issues with my wedding dress.

It's a FIRST for me to try out dry cleaning as I have been buying coats lately. Coats are expensive so make sure to find a PROFESSIONAL dry cleaner to handle your clothes. Classic Cleaners is a good find. I'll be back for more dry-cleaning in the future.

I have used Classic for alterations and dry cleaning. I recently had a $400 leather jacket altered by them. Turned out exactly what I wanted. Their service is second to none. Any alterations or dry cleaning I have had done is exceptional. Their staff is professional, attentive, friendly and knows what they are doing. Highly recommend their services

Asked for dry cleaning and press, got a wash and fold.they shrunk over $3000 worth of my chair slip covers from restoration hardware. Was told to bring them back so they could “stretch” them for me to make up for the mistake. All they did was sew on Velcro so it would stick to the chairs better and still didn’t press them. I asked for them to be pressed again and they finally did it. No one followed up with me to see how they fit once I got them home and no offer for replacing let alone a refund. They do not fit still and they are no longer available to buy, incredibly disappointed!
I will NEVER use this place again and I DO NOT recommend this business.

These guys handle most of my dry cleaning and alterations. Great service and always do a good job.

I just recently had a few of my blazers tailored this past week as well as a suit I purchased for a wedding that needed to be completed in a rush and I couldn't be happier with the work the girls at classic did for me days before they even said it would be ready!

I use them multiple times per month for dry cleaning and they always do a thorough job in a very timely matter. If there is a stubborn stain they can't remove the first attempt they always are quick to reach out to you if your order may or may not be done on or before the original date quoted.

The staff is friendly and polite and are always great to deal with. I highly recommend Classic Cleaners & Tailors!
