Shaun was exceptional today jn assisting us today. After taking out our glass on the fireplace to clean it we found it was not properly reinstalled (our error) and it fell out and twisted the frame. I took it into the store this morning and the door was repaired and back installed today. Shaun was very pleasant and helpful to explain why it fell out and what we need to do in the future to avoid the same issue happening.

When my house was built they never installed an external switch to turn on and off my fireplace, so we had to open it up and hit the power switch, in mentioning this to Sean he immediately suggested installing a remote. It took Sean 5 minutes to install and we love it. It was great dealing with Sean his professionalism, experience and knowledge was top notch, thanks again.

I gotta say, these guys are so great! I'm really impressed by their service! They came over to fix a fireplace in our house that had been part of a recall. We had been having issues with another fireplace (not one that they installed) so I asked if they could take a look at it while they were here. Not only did they identify the issue with the second fireplace, but they fixed it, free of charge.

We have used them in the past before to service another fireplace and they are always professional, easy to work with and helpful. 100% would recommend!

They visited 3 times charged over $500 and were incapable of finding the gas leak in our fireplace. Definitely do not recommend if you are looking for professional and reliable service.

We purchased a fireplace from Classic FP about 10 years ago and were really disappointed it quit working. I called and spoke with Wayne and Gord to explain the problems we were having and was thrilled with the follow-up service they provided. They replaced the burner and even added embers to the fireplace for visual interest. They wore masks, were extremely professional, and even vacuumed up after the install. They also took the time to show me how to adjust the flame height, and called the next day to ensure I was happy with the service call. Great attention to detail and customer satisfaction. I would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

Kevin did an excellent job with the installation of our fireplace. We are very happy with it; we went from a 2 sided fireplace to a 1 sided fireplace. Looks great.

Our gas log fireplace was fitted many years ago and in the course of several services the logs became disarranged and we didn’t know how to position them correctly. We contacted Gordon Little to ask if he had a diagram of how they should be placed available, and by return he emailed us the whole fireplace manual complete, which had pictures and a step by step guide. We were very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the service.

These guys worked magic in our house. We're seniors and they suggested we change from a wood-burning fireplace to a gas. Best thing we ever did - used it at night, right up til June. So easy; so clean. So real. And they made the gas gizmo fit right into our existing fireplace, even though that required some manipulation. Beautiful job. Highly recommend.

Our pilot ignitor quit working. I spoke with Trent, who offered me some advice to try a few things first. No luck, still kaput! I called back and booked Trent for a service call. Trent called ahead, arrived on time, checked things out, replaced my ignitor cable, and all works good. He even vacuumed my fireplace clean! Great job and thank you!

Classic Fireplace came to my home that we purchased to do a service and clean on the fireplace that hadn’t been used for several years. I also had them install a fan in the fireplace.
The service was outstanding. As the fireplace hadn’t been used for quite some time, I was a bit nervous to use it, but Classic Fireplace made sure it was in working order. They answered my many questions and gave me an orientation on how the fireplace worked.
The fireplace looks new after they repainted and cleaned the interior and exterior of it.
I will definitely refer Classic Fireplace to others and use them again for all my fireplace needs.

Classic fireplace and I have been wrestling over the operation of an Ortal fireplace for about 2 yrs. I have dealt directly with the fixed operations manager, Brad during this ordeal. Many visits, many phone calls and I am delighted with the end result. He brought in an expert, from the Ortal company, in California, to help diagnose why the fireplace kept shutting down. The cause was that the glass kept shifting and allowing air to leak into the unit. During this long frustrating process, I didn't know if I should scream, yell, give up or what. I kept waiting for Brad or one of the service staff to get frustrated or impatient, but to their credit they did not. I took the high road as did they, and the result is a very happy customer who will gladly recommend them and will be happy to buy another unit from them. Thanks Brad and service staff, you did good.
