I've been using this car wash since its opened. Always highly rated. Not till this morning when I had booked an express package for almost $50. First of all its just waste of money if anyone would want to do express package.my vehicle is still dirty from outside. It wasn’t even muddy or any significant dirt on it but very lousy job. But the most disappointing thing was the attitude of the on-duty manager, which was very rude. I just asked couple of questions to clarify, and he literally shut me up. I told him that this will be my last time at this car wash. I have got 20 Immediate family members living in the Windermere area and one thing for sure they are not coming here anymore. I would pay more just next door and get a better job done as well as treated with respect.
Been here a few times for detailing but today I wanted to leave a special review. Angel did an awesome job so I just wanted to shout her out! I definitely recommend this place to others.
Vacuum was quite low power and the nozzel is hard to get into spots. The dryer was also low power. The shine option didn't work, although the coat and spot free did. Overall, OK, but cost too much because of the time fighting to get the mats OK and the floor OK due to the vacuum and I just left everything except the windows wet since dry barely dried.
Angel (attendant) did what was supposed to be a 45 min express detailing but spent almost 1.5 hours at no extra charge. Vehicle was properly detailed beyond expectations. I will surely recommend this service to family and friends.
A great, economical place for wash and detailing. We hadn't detailed our car since it was new, largely due to the extremely high prices offered by the competition. This place is a gem.
The dryer did not suck at all. We went to inform a staff member. They did not even acknowledge us. For the 2 seconds I used the dryer we later found out it charged me $9 was not happy. Will not be going back.
We have always used this car wash centre for all the right reasons and have had no reason to ever complain. However, yesterday's incident with one of your staff, ALEX, was shocking and totally unacceptable. The vacuum suction was very weak so my SIL asked ALEX to pls check if there was anything wrong perhaps. He put his hand on the suction and literally told my SIL rudely "this is how it's supposed to be, there's nothing wrong. In fact this is an extra service we give you should be grateful and if you don't like it then you should go down the road and have your car detailed over there". Seriously? Really? I was mad when I heard this so I went down to the office and met one KARAN. He told me there was no Manager or Supervisor but asked me what my problem was, seeing that I was seething with anger. I explained and he apologised and walked back to our bay (Bay10) and checked and agreed the suction WAS weak. He suggested we move to another bay but he we told him we'd already paid in which he said he would use his card to swipe for us. The next bay was perfect (which is what it should be) and we continued and even ended up paying extra ourselves to complete the detailing. Pls chide and teach this ALEX how to treat customers because he was extremely rude and gruff (for a young boy). KARAN was an exceptional polite staff and handled the situation perfectly, calming me down especially. He deserves a raise TBH!
Have lots of bays and well organised staff to direct you to vacant bays as you drive in, so barely any waiting time. Water pressures are great and bays are wide enough for you to go round your vehicle with ease
