Long time resident of spruce grove. Drove 24 hours down the Alaska highway. My car was extremely dirty. I spent $75 dollars cleaning my car. At no time was I off the meter while cleaning everything. I had just got into my car when an employee knocked on my window and told me I had to get out because people were waiting. I told him I had been paying the whole time but he was rude and told me to get out. When I told him I’d never come back to this car wash he told me “GOOD! ” Faculty was great but employee was rude.

Best Car Wash in Spruce Grove. Great friendly staff that keep the facility looking super clean. I use their new app and use their car wash in Edmonton also. Super convenient.

I recently moved and found this car wash and it was wonderful – the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable, I was having an issue with these dark greasy spots on my white Dodge Ram and the kind attendant explained to me the best way to wash my vehicle to remove the road film. The facilities were clean and well-equipped. Thank you for the excellent service. I highly recommend this car wash.

My favorite wash! The soap is the best my bikes and vehicles come out perfect and shine. I love the addition of the soap gun. Let it soak for a minute then hit it with high pressure wash then rinse. Everything including bugs are gone and rims and paint look mint!

One major thing i have noticed here is the time. It is very quick. It eats up your money very fast. Regardless how fast you move to clean your car. And even if you're done, which you think you are done after all the efforts, it's still not clean. Not to mention, Foam brush is the worst. It destroys your paint, no matter how careful you are. You can actually see the damage of the brush even when it's wet. And once it dries up, swirls every where. Well i guess that's the cons of going to any wand wash anyway.

But this place are very tidy and neat. You won't see any mud and dirt from the preview customer, 10/10. Very impressive. Good job on that.

I would recommend that they will allow customers to bring their own bucket, wash mitt and soap to avoid using their own foam brush cause it is really bad.

I travelled from Ontario to Alberta to visit family and really needed a good cleaning on my car. I was absolutely amazed by the quality of the car wash but mostly with the kindness of the customer service. I wish that in my hometown in Ontario could have something similar as I would frequent it all of the time. Thanks for the sparkling wheels. The next time I am in town I will be back!

Sometimes the machine doesn't connect with phone, could use a bit more pressure, otherwise great car wash, just missing under carriage sprayer then it would be one of the best carwashes,

I miss the pressure the wand wash used to have. Been going here every weekend for the last 2 and a half years of living in Spruce Grove. For the last month or so I figured they just had it reduced for whatever reason, but it hasnt gone back to what it used to be. Its just average pressure now similar to hughes. At this pressure wand washing the car properly clean doesnt happen, you need to physically get in there with either the brush (which in my opinion is no bueno) or some other wash mitt. Hoping the higher pressure comes back soon.

The staff at clean getaway verbally harassed me for coming in “too close” to closing time (930 pm with a 10pm close) then proceeded to harass me some more at 10: 02 and got in my face at 10: 05 as I was finishing up, after spending $50+ to vacuum and wash our SUV. I suggested adjusting their operating hours if they really had to leave at 10pm sharp, and stop harassing myself and every other customer that comes in the last hour of business. I heard this person warn many others that entered the wash after me as well. I reached out to management before posting this review to seek clarity on their directions given to staff on how they interact with customers. They replied with a generic apology. I asked if it was their direction to warn every paying customer as they enter the wash that about time, and if they’ve considered adjusting their hours. I did not receive a response.
Disappointed with the service, disappointed with their hostile staff, and disappointed with the communication afterward. With 7 vehicles in our family, we frequent this car wash a lot, but it will never see another dollar of mine.

It's convenient being able to tap a credit card and get straight to business! Price was fine. There's an automatic one I go to which costs around $25. This wash gets the job done better, and even after taking my time was still less than $20. The staff work hard to keep the place clean and tidy. Great place!

As I was washing my car, Irish Paul noticed I was going to get more change to finished my car and he paid for me to continue my wash. He was super friendly and extremely polite and laughed when my son was having a blast honking the horn. 10/10 recommend going here!

Frustrating trying to wash my truck as it can’t be done for the $25 pre approval on the CC. Last time I washed the car it shut off after $14. Gone are the days of the simple car wash, I just want a clean vehicle, not messing with apps and multiple CC transactions.

They even wash tonka trucks. Luv it. This customer was even happy to back up for a front shot. Look at that smile

The people that work at this Car Cash are great, especially John. Hes always greeting you with a smile and a friendly wave. Always there to answer any questions you have. Him and everyone one else do an extraordinary job at keeping the place so clean. I very much enjoy the atmosphere at this car wash.
Lots of bays, great options, great water pressure, very clean, and your never rushed to get out.

I spoke to the cash attendant. He didn’t care. Showed him that the car didn’t get cleaned. I have a picture. Used the super pre-soak and regular spray soap rinsed and still a film of dirt. Already cost 15.00. What happened to the product you were using. Never had that had before here. Going home to clean the outside.

The automated wash doesn't always do the greatest job but the owners were kind enough to let me use the wand wash for free to touch up the spots it missed. Since then I've used the wand wash instead and it ends up being slightly cheaper and does a much better job. The water is always hot, high pressure and the facility is modern and clean.

A dollar only gives you 50 seconds now instead of the full minute. I used to come here regularly with both of my cars. The extra ten seconds adds up too. So spending 20 dollars gives you around 17 minutes whereas everywhere else should give you the full 20 minutes

Super expensive! Not even 1 minute for $1 dollar, i put $8 in one of the bays and the timer wouldnt go past 5 minutes.ive travelled the world and this my friends is the most expensive car wash I have ever come across.

We always use the Co-op car wash but this day the line up was too long for the time we had available, so we tried clean getaway for the first, and last time.
Not only was the touchless car wash more expensive ($16.99), but every side of our white vehicle had dirty streaks down the body panels.
I am guessing their rinse cycle does not run long enough to remove all the dirty water from the wash cycle.
Sunday’s and Wednesday’s are half price touchless wash at Co-op with fuel, every week, and can be used anytime within 90 days of purchase.
We will continue to use Co-op.

Clean Getaway Car and truck wash is excellent. Always has hot water and detergents that work in the wand wash. The wash bays are always clean so you don't have to step in the last guy's mud. Clean Getaway is a modern and well maintained car wash so head on over and getter' cleaned up.
Jan. 27,2022. I stopped in to wash my vehicle this morning and they've updated the partitions and the payment/control panel. The partitions are clear on the top half to allow for better visibility when backing out. It's a lot easier to pay and choose a function from the control panel as well. CGC is still a great car wash. Try it, you'll like it.
