Internet consistency has deteriorated, quality much lower, frustrating dealing with outages and lack of responses (when internet is out so is their phone lines!)

I did not have a pleasant experience with this company. I tried to call because our internet was down, however their phone lines were also down. Frustrated, I went to their office in person hoping to get some help, but instead, I was met with an awful customer service experience. The staff was incredibly rude and dismissive towards me, making me feel like the issue at hand was not important. As someone who heavily relies on the internet for work and to make the company run, this was extremely frustrating and stressful.

Been with Clearwave for over 10 years (Clyde Area) I would highly recommend you look into another internet provider if you like working internet.
Since recently new owners we have had nothing but issues, constantly cutting out and so slow. Was told it was our router so we purchased new one and still the same issues they just keep telling us everything is good on there end. Will be switching companies soon and I can not wait!
