The owner Clementine is extremely rude and charges way too much for simple hair styles. I used to get my hair done from her, she charged me $80 for cornrows and now all of a sudden she is charging $400 for the same hairstyle.

I called twice 'cause I wanted to make sure they had a specific hair product, I got no answer I don't even think that number is in service. I went at their location within their business hours, and it's borded up and locked but the sign says open? !? ! Not worth the confusion so I went elsewhere Be honest and transparent about your business hours, and have a phone number that actually works.

Has the necessary items I need for my hair that is not readily available at other places

Went in to buy beads for my extensions today & they are super cheap & do not work. I typically go to mahogany Beauty for my products but because of how far they are I thought I would buy from Clem’s. $31 for no name beads that fall out when you lightly brush your hair are not worth it. Super upset with my experience & won’t be returning to the store.

I have been going to Clem’s Beauty for years! They have the best selection and the service is wonderful. I will definitely recommend this store to everyone!

Really low quality hair. Horrible. And when you call to complain they basically tell you to go away
