Kat, a cashier at Market Mall was very helpful today with an exchange and I really appreciate it!

The customer service was okay and there are some ongoing sales when I visited the location. The staff at this outlet was quite helpful when i visited. Although some of their promo or discount codes in my email were not working when it was scanned...

I would give this place 5 stars if it wasn't so difficult to get assistance. Took almost 30 min. To find someone who wasn't working the crash register to help us locate a pair of boots.

Friendly helpful staff. Free popcorn on Saturdays. Only thing that is hard to find is tall winter boots.

I was there last week and there was a sales rep her name is “Jan - Lynn” she helped me out all through out my time at the store, friendly and helpful.

Im nit sure if its the store I thats losing the star or just people this year. Its been another hard one but man people are miserable and ignorant. Maybe I am too. Decent selection, ridiculous line ups staff seems tired.

My favourite winners to go to. Always has a good selection and staff are super friendly. Sometimes I bring my dog in with me and they all are so sweet to her.

The staff here are wonderful! Had an issue with a gift card due to the system glitching and getting the wrong information from customer service on how to fix it. They went above and beyond helping get it fixed. Will for sure be back here.
