This place is horrible, 45 minutes late opening. I came back and in a friendly way mentioned how late they were, owner said "I think I will close randomly, any time I want". Product is poor.yes, the city should close them down or see what their selling out the back door!

I have had nothing but a good experience here. I moved to sylvan and nowhere stocked the juice I vape. Asked multiple stores if they could bring it in and clouded coils was the only one to follow through. I definitely recommend this place. The staff are accommodating and knowledgeable.

Aweful costumer service, lacking all the basics of being polite with limited stock and seems like a crack den more than a vape shop. The city should try and remove the business

I've been having a terrible experience with the staff. Very unprofessional and not helpful at all. The owner was the greatest to deal with but unfortunately the owner can't be working all the time. I will be changing vape shops after my last 2 visits with the business
