Such an amazing experience - the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and kind. The hygienist took the time to explain and educate me, instead of rushing me out to fill the bed with the next patient. Best dental experience I have had.

I found all staff including the Dentist to be very friendly and understanding the issues I was having with my teeth.
After two visits all is good and I’m quite happy with the results.

Loved my experience here! I had a tooth break on me and came here because I didn't like my old dental office. I was very pleased with the hygienist and the feedback she gave me as well as the aftercare information. The dentist was very informative as well and quite gentle with the freezing. I'm also pleased to report that I'm not sore or in pain at all now that the freezing is gone. Definitely would recommend their office to others!

I was upset that they didn't do a x-ray, it's not like I didn't have the coverage, But the staff and Dentist we're very nice.

I had a temporary crown replaced with the permanent one.both visits (temp crown & permanent) were excellent. Dr. Jenny is so careful, patient and gentle, the whole process was nowhere near as stressful as I was imagining. It couldn't have gone better. Thank you Cloud Nine.

Dr Jenny and her team are incredible. I have moved from the area however will always drive back to Cloud Nine.

I was having tooth pain so called in the am to see if I could get in. They booked me a 1: 00. The staff were all very nice and the dentist was able to give me choices of what I needed. I now just need to make my decision and they will forward the xray to the dentist I normally see. I got the answers I needed to proceed to have the work done.

Look, it's a dentist's office. It's not gonna be a great time no matter what you're going in for. But the staff at Cloudnine have always done what they could to make me comfortable and feeling safe. Fadi, my go-to hygienist, is a calm person who tells it like it is and has suggestions on how to help my dental health. I don't enjoy coming here, but I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Staff are all amazing! Broke a filling on Saturday & was able to get in. Came back today to have it replaced and for a cleaning. Everyone was top drawer!
Being new in town I needed a new dentist; and now I don't, lol.

Yopar is the best dental hygienist we’ve ever had. Dr. Jenny is also topnotch dentist! We love Cloudnine Dental.

My tooth was an emergency in my mind and Cloudnine was able to get me in and do a quick examination prior to the long weekend. There is still a bit of pain to deal with but thanks to the efforts of the people at Cloudnine and the prescriptions recommended I have been able to deal with the toothache. It still needs attention but I have been able to relax for a few days.

I was referred by my orthodontist and saw Dr Milner for a cleaning. He was friendly answered all of my questions and put any doubts out of my head. I will definitely chooses Dr Milner for future appointments!

I haven't visited the dentist in a couple of years, so at first I was a little nervous. Omer did a great job for me when I first met him and took his time with me to make sure my teeth received the attention they need. He is definitely someone I would suggest to new clients at this clinic. I rate him as one of the best there for sure.

Saw Dr. Jenny in July. She is spectacular with the needle but unfortunately not with fillings. She touched up some fillings that were stained while doing a couple of small fillings I needed. The following day I had to go back for her to smooth/shape one because she didn't do it at the time and fix one that broke off that same evening. She fixed it no charge, stating that sometimes moisture gets under it at the time of the filling. Another one she "fixed" broke off after 10 days and I had to pay someone else to fix it as I was out of province. The first one she fixed (that broke off the same day) looks like it will break off any day now and it catches on the floss pretty bad. I feel she was rushed doing the work and I should have trusted my gut after my cleaning (hygienist was not very thorough) and her 2 second check up she gave me had me wondering, but I trusted the reviews here. I will not be returning and neither will my son. It is really unfortunate because of how amazing she was with freezing, not many have the talent or take the time to freeze slowly, which she did. So 5 stars for that but 1 star with quality.

I had an emergency and I have no Dentist here in Edmonton. I called around to find one asap and I called Cloudnine Dental and they took me in right away. The receptionist was amazing the doctor’s assistant was amazing and the doctor incredible. The reason I didn’t not name anyone is because the whole office is amazing. I highly recommend this dentists offices be for all your dental work. Amazing team and just incredible human beings. Hard to find these days they all
