As always my babies were well taken care of. Only place where they don’t stress going in the door. Highly recommend to anyone that is need of a great caring doggie facility.

I think the low reviews speak for themselves. After reviewing the website, photos of the place and asking around to other pet owners who have used them, I definitely would not recommend this place.

I would be surprised if my review doesn’t get deleted (which is extremely unethical, but that seems to be consistent of the unprofessional managers here).

Worst part: No grass for the poor dogs.: (

Great place to board your pets. They send you pics each day and the communication is excellent.

I was more nervous than my dog was about having him kennelled, but the staff and facility were amazing!

We have taken our dogs to Club Mead sense before they were in Nisku, the Family and staff are fantastic. The hours are great and they now stay open longer than before and offer services such as nail trim and bath, and more. I would recommend Club Mead to anyone that was looking.

Being that this was the first-time using Club Med Bodhi came home happy but tired which is always the case as there is many things happening throughout the day.

I have some flooring work being done and had to have my 1.4 year old GSD/Mastiff boarded someplace. I begun calling around. My niece recommended Club Mead and my pet & I landed at CMPR. She’s extremely happy, exhausted, and looks forward to returning. CMPR has been a blessing in one short word. A special mention about Meghan, a very special young lady, who makes all of this (the stress of detaching & all) just so easy. CPMR, try not to lose this lovely lady.

Have dropped off all my babies here, and they always take very good care of them. Also nice that you can easily get updates!

Have brought my dog here twice now for boarding. First time was for just one night and second time was for two weeks. Both times went great! Will definitely use again in the future. Love their hours too, makes planning pick up/drop off super convenient!

Had to find a boarding kennel for two Huskies (2 yrs & 8 mths) over the holiday break on short notice, and Club Mead came highly recommended by coworkers. So thankful they were able to accommodate, and I just picked up two very happy boys! The team at Club Mead were fantastic, and sent updates to let us know how their stay was going over the past week.

We have a usual daycare that we have also used for boarding our older husky (great too but smaller & already booked) but would absolutely recommend and will be going back to Club Mead for vacations!

Nothing but great service from Club Mead, they take the best care for my dog Buddy. He’s been staying there while we’re away for work starting back in July. He is currently staying there and he looks so happy and in great shape when we go to pick him up. The owners are the absolute best when it comes to having to take your pet to the vet. They keep you updated and treat your pet just how you would treat your own. Zero complaints about this great facility. 100 percent recommend this to anyone

I haven’t boarded my dogs there but the lady I talked was extremely knowledgeable and very nice to talk to.

Took our almost 2 year old poodle in to be boarded for 5 days, we chose clubs Mead because in previous my parents always came home happy from staying here. Front staff were kind and polite when dropping off our dog. Unfortunately our dog was returned to us dirtier than expected, and her feet were soaked for a reason that was not explained to us. She also displayed some signs of anxiety after we got her home, she also had a cough, was sneezing, and sniffling and had a rash on her elbows/armpits. She chewed at her rash so much that she has bald spots there, we took her to the vet and explained her health and that she had been boarded at a kennel. The vet told us she had kennel cough, a rash, and parasitic nose mites, all of which she had probably picked up when boarded. I understand that kennel cough is not 100% preventable even with vaccinations but the combination of kennel cough, rash, and mites was concerning to us. My fiancé emailed the owner privately to inform him of our experience and so that they could take further precautions so that other pets didn’t get mites and rashes, our email was responded to with no concern for our dog’s well being, and we were simply told that he cannot speak for the conditions she was kept in as he was not there. This was disappointing as well for us.

Left my cat here for the first time. He was all healthy. Picked him up sneezing. I’m not sure where they kept him but definitely not returning. Talking this out is also not gonna fix my baby is going through. Gave 2 stars because they answered me each time I called to check on how leo is doing.

I hate leaving my little Jasper behind when we go somewhere but sometimes we have no choice. He likes his visits to Club Mead however, so leaving him there for a bit is not traumatizing to him or us. Thanks Club Mead.

We absolutely love Club Mead. The staff are so friendly and caring, our doggie loves his stays with them and always comes home happy and healthy.
I've recommended them to friends before and will continue to do so. They are the only dog boarder I will use.

Love this place. Never disappointed. Been taking our Golden's here for several years now and always trust them with our most valuable fur babies

Used Club Mead Pet Resort for the first time last week. My labradoodle stayed 2 nights. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My pup came home tired and happy! We will definitely be booking again. Thanks

I left my dogs Bear and Bauer there for ten days while away on vacation. First time leaving them this long and this is the only kennel I will use. They are great with my dogs and they always come home super happy. Thanks for taking such great care of my boys!

Love the convenient location/parking and customer service we received when boarding our two cats!
They were well accommodating when dropping off and picking up.

However, our two cats were boarding in the same kennel (they’re bonded so that is our only option) and I was shocked to see them when they were picked up.
They were in a dark and odd smelling garage in a small kennel, nothing like the pictures advertised.

Regardless, they were well taken care of.

We’ve boarded our cat here many times and they are professional and reliable. Last time she had to go in with a cone on and wasn’t happy with us but was very good for everyone there. We get good reviews every time we pick her up and she’s always healthy and happy.

First time ever we have left Chico anywhere - excellent place Chico came home happy & I love that I could message to see how he was doing. Definitely an ideal place to put your pets knowing they will be safe!

We love this Kennel. Our dog is usually really skittish around new people, but her very first time going there she went right to the ladies working and let them pet her. Same on the second stay when the owner was there.

Facility is great, the staff are friendly and amazing.

We are already booked for her third stay.

The online booking system makes things super easy as well.

Absolutely Love this kennel! My babies are so well kept and so happy, both when they arrive and when we come to pick them up. The app is awesome, and they text me back right away if I have any concerns. Highly recommend.

This was Charlie’s first visit to a kennel in Alberta. He came home a very tired boy. Slept for 3 days. I would recommend this kennel and will continue to use them on my next adventure

Absolutely love this place, Megan is amazing. So kind and friendly not to mention takes amazing care of our dog. He loves going here and is so exhausted from all the play when he comes home!

We’ve been using this kennel for years. They always take good care of our pets. Our most recent dog has been a bit unpredictable meeting new people, so I was concerned how he would do. As usual, the kennel staff were amazing - they accomplished more with our dog that we can (baths, nail trim, socializing with other dogs, etc.) The kennel is terrific at communicating - I would highly recommend!

Prior to finding Club Mead, our two small dogs returned from other kennels agitated and high strung with difficulty sleeping at night. The first time we picked them up from Club Mead, they were calm, settled and able to sleep normally at night. The difference was remarkable. The convenient location makes it very easy to access when leaving from the airport, and perhaps most notably, the affection that the staff displays toward the animals rings authentic. I leave the dogs at Club Mead with complete confidence in their care.

Absolutely worst place I have ever sent my dogs! Only a 1 night stay and they came home smelling of urine and feces. Both dogs drank there 1 litre water dish dry when we got home. My oldest dog who is 8 is still upset 2 days later and has had constent diarrhea. Do not send your dogs to this prison!

Great place. Just left our dogs overnight there for the first time and they loved it. Staff were amazing. Answered all our questions and were very professional and easy going. We will be back with our fur babies for sure.

We have been using Club Mead since we moved to the area 6 years ago and our dog loves his visits every time. We were a little worried about his stay this go around as our dog is getting older and needs more coaxing with his meals but the staff was happy to oblige with our requests for meal time along with the treats and toy we brought along for his week long stay. When we picked him up our dog was energetic and super excited as always. We highly recommend Club Mead for its cleanliness, customer service, easy booking and care for the animals.

Friendly service, my dog came home tired and happy! I texted through out the weekend to check on him and got quick friendly responses. Close to the airport and family run, highly recommend:)

This was my dog Zoey's first time there. She had a great time and came home smelling great! Club Mead will feed your dog raw food and also add a bath and nail clipping to you pick up your puppy all fresh!
