He also made the extra effort to make sure their detailer, detailed my vehicle to a pristine level prior to pick up!

I don’t advice anyone to buy a pre-owned vehicle from them as they sold me a bad expensive car like there is no honest and trust by dealing with these people as they sold me the car that am driving right now i had a transmission problems and bunch of other problems just a few months after i bought it from they said its certified and then apparently its conditionally certified not fully so they will try to trick you like that be careful guys don’t get screwed by them i will not deal them i will never trust their sells manager or any other people who works there.

Worst dealership. No professionalism. I was asked to take delivery of my new gmc Denali 2023, but at the very last moment they said we can deliver today as paper work not ready. I came back from the dealership with my family. Such an embarrassing moment. This happened 3 times. They don’t deliver what they promised. Finance department is pathetic. Took several days to get my registration.
Manager is also not help. The sales agent is the guy who is helping us above and beyond. After spending so much the customer service by the management is terrible

Went to look at a used truck. Only after the test drive & noticing the issues with the truck did the salesperson say it was a “mechanics special! ” After agreeing a price to get it fixed at cmp, I went into finance, they took my details & credit app but 3 days later I heard nothing! I have since bought a truck from capital gmc, 100% better service and price point. I honestly would not recommend on the used side at all. No knowledge on the new side, service, or parts. But stay away from the used sales side. May as well go to a back street lot for similar service & less markup. 1 star is too many!

No pressure and very polite, didn't feel like the normal dealership experience which is a plus? Also a shout out to Oscar the finance guy.

Mitch Mapatac was my salesman at CMP and he was absolutely amazing to work with. He was so helpful, understanding and listened to what I wanted in a vehicle as well as respected my budget. It was so nice working with a sales person that works with you and doesn't push you to buy something just to get a sale. You can tell Mitch genuinely cares for his clients and wants to make sure you are happy with what you buy. I will absolutely be coming back to Mitch in the future and would advise friends, family and strangers to make their way to see Mitch! 10/10 amazing experience!

Picked up my used 2009 Equinox today from CMP only to find out CD player does not work. Since I only had the vehicle in my possession 1/1/2 hours I took it back right away and was told by the manager CMP does not check all aspects of used pre-owned vehicles to make sure they work. The manager was rude aggressive and should be fired and tried to dodge standing behind his company. The jury is still out whether CMP looks after there customers. Barring that take your business else where. How many people expect that when they buy a vehicle with a CD player actually expect it to work. I expect the manager to apologize for his bad behavior. If he does that I will retract my complaint.

It would be good if you got your facts right! Spoke to no one on Saturday! I had to call salesman on Monday to find out CD will be replaced this Thursday. Your manager came out red hot when he met me and stated that even though car is advertised comes with CD it does not have to work. So to be clear anyone buying a pre-owned vehicle from you best bring CD's and DVD's with them when testing driving your vehicles correct! It does not say anywhere in my sales contract nor is it told to me that certain things in this vehicle do not work. Again I took possession came back 1 1/2 hours after picking it up. Make sure in future sales by you at test drive you list things that do not work to avoid future problems.

We recently purchased a 2021 Silverado from John Yaluner at CMP. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from CMP and by far the easiest experience. John was welcoming, answered all our questions and made the vehicle buying experience so much less stressful. He was able to help us out with some add-ons and get our trade in appraised quickly. I would definitely recommend asking for John if you're looking for a new vehicle. I know we will go to him for any future purchases.

They had my vehicle for 6 hours on a Friday and couldn't get my hitch and wiring harness installed in that time, they had the wrong wiring harness. In fact at hour 6, miraculously Shaganappi GM had it and they could go get it. 3 days later I got a text from them asking to give my service provider Ryan a 10 star rating. The nerve of some dealerships.

Very poor service compared to the other dealership we ended up buying from.also did not appreciate being bothered multiple times for 3 days straight after I asked that I have some time to think on things and figure something out.didn’t realize how poor my experience really was till we went to a different dealership within those 3 days and drove off in a new vehicle the same day we initially went in feeling impressed and very informed with every step that was taken.personally, I’d recommend taking business elsewhere.they’re friendly, but that’s about all I got out of the experience. I’d like to edit this and add- after being reached out to in regards to this review. I had dealt with 2 salesmen, 1 of which was in training and HAD JUST STARTED THAT DAY. I’d love an explanation as to why Nathan, a trainee, tried harder to explain to me what was going on and tried to communicate with me more than the experienced salesman he was shadowing. I would 100% come to Nathan again, this review was not left as a negative reflection towards him. More so a reflection on the overall experience.

The staff that go and get gas for the vehicles in stock absolutely abuse them. The gas station is beside my work and they go full speed over bumps, speed excessively. Will never buy a car there.

I had a bad experience with the Airdrie dealership so I went to CMP looking to buy my first vehicle off the lot. I met with John Yaulner and he immediately made my experience enjoyable. I’ve now purchased 3 cars through CMP and they are excellent! Colin and Aundrea really work with you and have your best interests at heart. I will not buy a vehicle through anyone else! The service department is definitely separate from the sales department, they have a lot of work to do on their customer service. However I will always recommend cmp to family and friends for purchasing a new vehicle! Thanks again Colin and Aundrea!

Went to buy my first car, found the perfect one within minutes thanks to the sales rep Cody. I financed it and their finance manager Billy was able to fit it into my budget, as well as he was able to fit an extended warranty into my budget which I didn't think was possible as I had very small wiggle room, but he did it! He even came in on his day off just so I could pick up my car that day rather than picking it up a few days later. Within 24 hours of getting my license I had the exact car that I had been dreaming of within my budget. Everyone is so nice and not pushy at all, not to mention they have the best prices in the city by far so there's no need to haggle, because you're already getting an amazing deal! (I got a $22,000 car for $15,000) They really have your best interests at heart. I will definitely be coming back in the future and sending everyone I know here! Thanks again!

Company is terrible do not shop here for a car! They told me all day they had the vehicle I was just waiting for a text for the address to go look at it as they said it was at their partners shop. I waited 4 hours for the text still nothing so I call them back he said oh I'm sorry ill text you right away. 5 minutes after someone else called me and told me it was sold already.company is pathetic, terrible customer service and lack of confidence.save yourself the stress and shop else where!

Great experience buying our Cadillac from CMP! We went to CMP because the father-in-law was a lifelong customer but we didn't know any sales people there specifically so didn't know what to expect. We lucked out in meeting a sales guy there named Shoab Baloch. He knew the Cadillac inside and out and was able to answer the multitude of mechanical questions we had. His knowledge felt effortless and he was a calm, casual kind of guy - going through this process with him was easy and entertaining. We felt like he was a friend of ours selling us this car.

2 months ago we bought one truck and final other for $550 / month lease. Then it took me 2 months to sell my existing BMW, once I sold existing BMW we went back, can understand that truck was not on hold but other with exactly same specification got quoted to us for 25% increase in payment stating shortage in inventory so now thats new price.
Nothing change in 2 month, world still struggling with covid and bad economy and these dealer wanted to take advantage of low production with charging 25% more for what they charge exactly 2-3 months ago.

Was in the market looking for a new sedan and original thought of going to a different dealership at first but decided to go to CMP first since my family had history of dealing with them specifically with Philip, when I showed him the other dealer's offer he was quick to match it and give me a great offer on the car. Was really glad to go see Philip first and now I'm a proud owner of a new 2021 Cadillac CT4.would definitely recommend looking for him when shopping for a new or used car

I had a wonderful experience at CMP. I was looking for a new vehicle and had gone to three other dealerships prior to CMP. I live in Okotoks but drove all the way out to CMP and ended up buying my vehicle from them because of their amazing customer service! They also list their vehicles at very fair prices (they have the most competitive prices in Calgary). The manager Eric was OUTSTANDING and went above and beyond to ensure that I received everything that I was looking for. He is the reason I went ahead with the purchase. The sales agent Hamdi was also fantastic. He is not the stereotypical "car sales person" like I encountered at other dealerships. He was kind, polite, answered all of my questions, and ensured that I received the best deal. I greatly appreciate both Eric and Hamdi's phenomenal customer service and will buy my future vehicles from CMP because of my great experience there! Thanks again Kaizen Automotive Group!

Hey Hey Hey.

Wow. Our car exploded, and putted it into the car lot at CMP marbourogh. Within a couple hours we had so many issues to deal with, such as credit score being a few points under par, new insurance, payment set up and trying to drive off the lot with a vehical as our PT cruiser was dust. Devan and Ryan were amazing sales and managers.

In the begining, like any other dealership, the sales people you always think try and smell out fresh meat so they dont end up in the dog house that night. But wether or not their intentions were pure, dose not matter, These guys excelled exceptionally at getting what we wanted.

From intitial car reduction payments, to 5 calls to loan sharks trying to get what we wanted. To jumping us from one car to another just to get us in one because our credit score was not enough. These guys where the super heros of car sales. Through 5 hours of trying to get us in a car, there were so many obsticals standing in their way, but they just kept comming back with an, "OK" We will get this done!

In the end we ended up leaving hours later with a great car, last years model, and smiles on our faces. In the car industry, Saleman and weman may be the leaches of our world, but I for one, am glad I had a leach on me. Dont get me wrong, If you need a used car fast, These guys are your guys, they know their jobs and they do them well!

I went in on a Friday afternoon to look at a car I saw online. I was less greeted by anyone and more assigned a salesman as they all seemed stashed in an office and one begrudgingly came out to talk with me. Bob was nice enough and when I showed him the car I was interested in he started with the typical dealer nonsense of "I've had 6 calls about that car this morning". We moved on and he found it on the lot and got it cleaned off, offering to drive with me on a test drive. A solo option was never presented as an option. In Bob's defence, I was looking to buy a Dodge car from a Chevy dealer, so the fact I knew more about the car than him wasn't surprising, as I had been researching the car model for awhile. Regardless I was satisfied with the drive and put a hold on it.

On Saturday I returned to finalise payment and go over a few stipulations. I had noted the front headlights had what appeared to be a burn mark on them. I asked about it and was told the light bulb burnt the tint, but it could be repaired. I asked why it had tint and was told it was part of the Rallye package the car had, however no sooner had Bob told me that than another salesman walked by and corrected him saying the previous owner had aftermarket tinted all windows and lights, and with the lights it burnt through the film. I was then put in the awkward spot of asking them to remove the tint from the lights and front windows, being illegal in Alberta. Seems sketchy to have to ask to have this done. The second issue was a scratch along the rear passenger door. Bob told me this would be buffed out.

We went back in, agreed on a fair price and then I was taken to speak with Finance where I met Brent. Despite the fact I had already stated the car would be purchased cash, I was told I still had to talk with Finance, and I can assure you had I not had to have this meeting, this review would be at least 2 stars higher. For the next 10 minutes Brent used every greasy sales tactic to sell their warranty and financing. Despite the fact he knew it was being purchased cash, he even insulted me by starting off with "I know you're paying cash but you seem like a person that could use the assistance of financing and warranty. "

When that was finally done, I reviewed the paperwork with Bob, and noted the provided carfax showed a recall not done, he said they had an agreement with East Side to do all recalls and it had been done since the carfax was run. I was not offered any proof of this.

Come Monday, the payment was received and Bob called to come get the car. On arrival, the tinting was removed but the scratch was still present. In asking I was told it could not be buffed out but they could do a touch up paint, however the paint was out of stock so Bob would call me in 2 days time to come back. I probably should have got this in writing.

2 weeks later, I have no call from Bob but get a call from CMP on my phone. I soon discover it's not CMP, but a third party call centre they hire to do customer follow-ups. I mention everything seems ok but no one ever called me about this paint. They put me on hold to call CMP and come back saying the repair shop has no record of ordering paint in for my car, and I have to speak with the sales associate about this agreement. I ask to be transferred and get Bob's voicemail. I leave a message describing exactly this and to call me back with my number, no call was ever returned.

I have since taken this car to Dodge wherein they said the recall had not been completed. I've also had them and another body shop quote on the scratch, both saying buffing was never an option, touch up can be done at my risk and the only actual repair would be a full repaint of the panel. They further advised the previous owner had purchased a transferable extended warranty and service contract, pushing the full coverage to 100k and including oil changes. Something Brent decidedly did not mention, and tried to have me buy from CMP.

In conclusion, if you're buying a new or Chevy brand car they'll probably care a lot more than if you're buying used.

I had a great experience here trading in my older truck for a new one. Shoab was really helpful and very customer service oriented. I would recommend CMP auto and Shoab to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Top notch service.

We're still shopping around to buy a vehicle but after seeing Robert, who was pretty good! Got transferred with Ryan for financing and stuff and I gotta say, very disappointed because they're the ones wanting to make a sale but my husband should miss work to come in and do the things instead of him moving his schedule around for us? We could have all morning til lunch time to come in But Ryan works afternoons/evenings, so does my hubby. Why would we miss work and pay for them to make a sale? Couldn't we have been transfered to someone else? We have not went back to CMP yet even though we were called about a vehicle I was very interested in because we need it to work with OUR schedule. We're now dealing with House of cars and Aadele is willing to move HIS schedule around to make sure we can come in and do what we need to do to get a vehicle on the times we can.
It's too bad. I wanted to see the vehicle but not happy that he couldn't come in a little early to accommodate our work schedule or passed us to someone else who could have came in when it works for us.

My vehicle was written off because of great drivers of Calgary! I was driving a rental and checking around. I am a GM guy and went to CMP because it was closer to home. We met Frank and I told him what I needed. Within blink of an eye, my beautiful red Sierra allterrain was pulled in front of the dealership and we went for a test drive. Frank did exceptional job finding the truck. He was a true gentleman and very honest guy. Loved dealing with him and definitely recommend him to everybody I know

Service department is a disaster. Why can I not give 0 stars?

Went in for a simple oil change on a vehicle purchased from CMP. Had an appointment a week ahead of time. Well it turns out they don't stock a $7 oil filter for my car, why are they offering oil changes then? It will be an extra 1 hour wait.oh great. My short wait turned into 3 hours.
Turns out they also pulled this fast one on someone else there too. "Sorry 2 ford trucks came in at the same time, we gave the other truck your filter.and we only have 1". I'd like to even say this was a joke. Who cannot stock $7 oil filters yet offer oil changes to all these vehicles?

To top it all off "we'll page you when your vehicle is ready". Yet no one paged. The guy I talked to was very apologetic (though he wasn't my service advisor). But a proper system would have alleviated that.

Whoever runs the service department is either completely incapable of training their staff and putting the necessary processes in place, or they themselves are completely incompetent.not sure at this point.

Even though I have free oil changes left from the purchase of my vehicle, it will be a cold day in hell before I come anywhere near this place.

I started dealing with one of the sales guys and was not having the best experience. I spoke with Chris the sales manager and he took the time to listen to my concerns. He went above my expectations and definitely earned my business back. I was not going to go back to the dealership after I purchased my vehicle. After dealing with Chris I would recommend anyone to deal with him. I would also deal with Jeff as I purchased my last vehicle from him at CMP. Thanks Chris for rectifying the issues that I had.

Seun Oworu was my salesman when I purchased my 2017 XT5 and he was just wonderful. He was so helpful and even 1 year later he still treats me like I am his only customer! He makes it personal when it comes to service. Even when I am only dealing with parts and service he always makes a point to meet me at the parts department and ensures that I am signed in, I have a ride back to work and am happy with the service that I receive from them.
He is my go to person at CMP auto and always coordinates everything for me. He truly goes above and boyond what was ever expected when I purchased the car.

Very slow and unprofessional. Booked appointment at 1130 in 2 weeks advance. They told me it will take 2 hours for an oil change. It’s been 4 hours and they just started doing the oil change now. Had to cancel all my appointments for today. Fu cmp. I luv my caddy but hate this dealer.

The guys at CMP were amazing to deal with. They accommodated my impossible schedule, tight deadlines (I gave them 2 days notice my lease at another dealership was expiring), and really listened and catered to my needs and wants in a new vehicle. They were gracious, understanding and not at all pushy like your typical dealership. I would highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them. Speaking from past experience at other dealerships, I personally find purchasing a new vehicle daunting. It’s overwhelming and you never quite know if you’re getting ripped off. CMP is the exact opposite.they turned buying a new car into an extremely exciting and uncomplicated process and I know 100 per cent I got the best deal I could. This is the second new vehicle we have purchased from CMP. For both purchases we went with Chris Villeneuve and had a fantastic experience. With our second purchase Chris utilized another member of the CMP team to support the purchase, Seun Oworu. During the purchase there were a few items that had be dealt with as this was an out of province purchase; both Chris and Seun were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with providing all the required information we needed. I highly recommend both Chris and Seun for a vehicle purchase at CMP, true professional's.

I initially had gone to CMP to look for a vehicle. However, after testing multiple vehicles, there were none that I had liked. Seun the sales rep was so so patient with me as was Kyle. Seun ended up taking me to Sunridge Nissan and let me test drive several other vehicles until I found the one I wanted 7 hours later.

They were very accommodating and so wonderful. No pressure was added either for me to purchase a vehicle.
