It’s the co-op
I miss the old co-op brands and still not happy with the direction it’s going in but the grocery store is still the best

You go there, you get your items, you go to the cash register, smile and say “Hello” to the cashier, and what you get back is a grumpy “co-op number”. Is it how they train their employees to greet paying customers? Unfortunately it happened on so many occasions that I rather go to Safeway across the street.

Update: the comment below is suppose to suggest that Co-op cares, so I emailed them, and there was no reaction whatsoever, no response, no call, nada…

Continues to be very poorly managed. Never enough tils open no matter the day or time of day. The store does not regulate their temperature with the weather so you can end up in situations where its warmer inside the store than outside in the summer and colder inside the store than outside in the winter. Extremely poor snow removal. The staff are friendly and hard working, but the management leads a great deal to be desired with all the long term deficiencies. Prices are also rapidly approaching ridiculous too, even with a full re-imbursement membership. It is just not worth spending my money here anymore.

I make an online shopping and went to the place to pick it up, I was called as one item was not available so I selected another option, the person was was very kind and nice, I went to the wrong branch so the guys on it told me to call, then helped me to search for the right one, when I arrived there was 3 parking spots available for pickup, the phone number on the parking plate didn’t work for me so the person was very professional and explained me that is only one line and some times it is busy, very understandable, he bring me the items well separated and organized to the car and helped me to bring those in. It was a very good experience.

These guys are great! The staff here are beyond friendly, and the quality of the fresh food is unbeatable. Delivery and pick up service is always prompt and on time!

This store is the nearest grocery store for me, so I go there every other day, it's a kind of my own place, and never faced bad customer service ever (in fact often my family members I give them 5 starts feed back). But today, one casher name Rhianne M socked me. She showed me most mannerless and impolite behaviour to prove how colour conscious she is. She might be never went any place where all kinds of people and culture live in a harmony. I was behind two 'white' Canadians (sorry, this is what, this kind of behaviour force me to say this word). She (Ms. Rhianne) was serving them with a great smile, My mistake was I was expecting the same behaviour for me (and I forgot I am not white…Yes I mean it, Her behaviour show me to think this way). But how wrong, I was I realise, when my turn came. She looked at me, her smile was gone, her jaws got tight.and even made me more surprise.she walked away from the service window and went to her Colleague (who was doing her own job). And started chatting. I patiently waiting few minutes with my special need son, after that I asked, "Excuse me can you please help me? "! She looked at me with a great antipathy. I was purchasing an adult transit ticket.while I was getting the ticket and paying her, those few minutes she was corresponding with me like I am a criminal. At that time in the store I really wanted to drag management's attention on this, but nobody was there. So I am writing my experience here. “Management should train this kind of employees to behave respectful with customers, I felt very insulted! ”

Great store.just sometimes what I need is not available, probably not the stores fault, just saying.

Gone way down hill since they stopped carrying federated coop products, the store brand products now are expensive and low quality.this place is just ridiculously expensive for groceries

This is the best Co-op location! People are nice. Not just the workers but also the people that visit the place. Today I noticed almost all are following the arrows that is on the floor.

Nice grocery store with excellent produce, great meat, and a dedicated cheese counter (not just part of the deli). Staff are helpful. Washrooms are clean. Good place overall.

Gas pumper ken made my friend feel super uncomfortable, kept asking inappropriate questions and then asked to see her nails which he then kissed her hand to say you’re so pretty in a super creepy way under his breath. Super inappropriate and this man should not be allowed to speak to women who are minding their own business

My daughter recently got married, and at the last minute the caterer cancelled. I decided to check out some local businesses and order a variety of platters. I reviewed Co-Op's selection and was very impressed with the different varieties that they offered. I was feeding 100 people so I ordered Fruit and Veggie platters, Party-time platter, Cheese and cracker platters and 2 lovely meat platters. Many of the guests said they thought the platters and selection were better than they had at other weddings that had been catered. I too, was very impressed with the way they were organized and put together. The selection of meats and cheeses were top notch. I wish I had taken better pics of the food. The veggie platter had a Pepper that was hollowed out and used to hold the dip. I haven't seen that done before for a grocery store platter. Well done Co-op, we were super happy with what we had ordered! And the wedding party and guests were impressed!

It is fantastic place to attend conferences and seminar. It has ho to good conference facility and spotless Washroom.
I attended one seniors meeting organized by Health Reacher Center to have Empowering seniors for the quality Life.
It was attended by more than 35 seniors all has nice time interacting each other.
All enjoyed a lot of it.
