For one the self checkout refused to work and flagged for help, it took another 5ish minutes for an employee to even come to help us. After that the debit/credit machine refused to let us use a gift card and we barely got it to except our debit. Overall bad experience.

Used to be the best chicken and spuds for lunch. I got small dried out chicken you changed the spuds coating and raised prices. Would be okay if it was one thing to keep up with inflation but all 3 ruins the lunch.

The front end manager posts the schedule and edits it without communicating the new schedule, ruining plans and lives.

Cashier scanned my items before I could retrieve my loyalty card number. I got the number a couple of seconds later and she refused to rescan the items so I could get my loyalty points. She said it was 8pm and they were closed. The time was 7: 59pm so there was time to scan three small items! She had time to sip a drink in front of me but not enough time to rescan my items!

-All staff we have interacted with to date have been helpful and friendly.
-Store is clean and well laid out.
-Very limited organic offerings and prices overall are quite high.
-Convenient downtown location.
-Appreciate that they have yummy bagels in their bakery and also Silk chocolate soy beverage! Both hard to find elsewhere.

Pat was fantastic! I had a seasonal item that wouldn't scan, and another employee said that if it didn't scan they couldn't sell it. Pat went the extra mile to manually enter the item and I'm very grateful that she chose to find a solution even though she could've shrugged it off. Thank you Pat, your kindness is radiant
