Co-op Food Store

Very disappointed my last purchase in Vegreville co-op.l ordered cake for my Son 1st birthday 10 days before, they offered me ready to pick up November 9 2023 afternoon 4 PM. I arranged birthday party at 5 PM same day. When I went there for pick up the cake they told me the cake is not ready because of printer not working. If they inform me earlier I can order another somewhere, very disappointed me and my family.

This store has been a staple for my family and many other people. Great friendly service. On site butcher. Fresh on site deli and bakery. Best bread in Vegreville. Deli has the BEST rotisserie chicken and hot food. I rarely shop anywhere else in town. Get the Co-Op membership number. Totally worth it!

Today when I had struggles with finding a right cheese, the worker kindly offered a help. Even though I said the wrong name she was able to help me. I felt so good! Good customer service

Went shopping at NOFRILLS, and purchased at CO-OP. Consultants helped me easily find everything I needed and I didn't have to go to NOFRILLS. The store is clean, the goods are neatly stacked, the cashiers and consultants are friendly and attentive to customers. About the prices, I can't say that they are very overpriced, in my opinion, on par with NOFRILLS. But compare it yourself. I bought the product I need at this time for $123, I am attaching a photo of the product. I noticed the nuance that there was fresh salmon here in vacuum packaging, at this time, as in NOFRILLS, the fish is only frozen in stone.

On my most recent trip to co-op with my 82 year old mom I discovered, while at the till, that my mom could no longer remember her co-op membership number. I asked the clerk to look it up only to be informed that she could not look up the number that I needed to go to the office.

I suggested she herself could mention my complaint when at the office only to have her rudely inform me that she has no control that I must go to the office, over, and over.

Was looking for chex cereal, they only carry 1 type and I know there are a few more types. Unfortunately I had to go to no frills. Disappointed customer

Just passing through town and had to stop and get some things. This store was clean and the produce was fresh. Got everything I needed.

This place always has fresh take out, hot or heat-n-eat meals. Clean facility, courteous staff, and decent parking.

Best meat in town next to the butcher it self my go to place for meat the veggies are a bit pricey but what isn't these days fresh backery products deli inside great staff liked enough to become a member

It is a good place to shop. Some of their prices are high but usually only purchase a few things at a time. My biggest complaint is their morning cashier who’s been there for a long time. She is very rude, cranky, seems jealous, and seems to always have a problem with me. But I am always friendly and quick with my purchases. It doesn’t make for a good shopping experience when you have to deal with cranky old ladies who are only nice to those who don’t threaten their self esteem. So I will refrain from shopping there in the morning. And I will continue to shop there as the purple haired lady is always friendly and helpful, as well the younger girls.

Watch as cashiers put products through the till.shelf prices do not match computer prices at the cash register. 2 errors on 9 items for a total of $4.10 overcharge
