Good selection. Bakery and meat departments are well organized, clean and lots of variety. Local products. Quick meals.

Friendly staff. Good bakery. It's COOP so higher prices. They always have roasted chickens ready.

Ordered my wife a birthday cake because she loves co op cake. Asked for buttercream and buttercream flowers with white cake, she has Crohn’s disease so I was very specific in saying what I wanted to order, unfortunately her cake was whipped frosting and hard sugar flowers on the cake, she couldn’t even have any, cakes going to end up in the garbage. Feels like wasted $50.

Went in tonight for groceries and decided to get lotto. Because the till was down for lotto, customers had to go to till 5. Stood there for a bit and watched as the cashiers all gathered at a till and talked. Finally someone noticed me and came over. She rushed me through and started to walk away when I finally got a chance to ask her for a bag. She turned around, quickly shoved my items into a bag before she quickly walked away to continue talking with the rest of the cashiers. Top customer service skills here.

Nice store but don’t order a bday cake from here. Couldn’t follow simple instructions. Ordered buttercream and got whipped frosting and hard candy instead of buttercream flowers. Really disappointed.

I started going to the co op because they are the only store in town that have electric chairs for their customers. They have a great bakery fresh meats and a very helpful and friendly staff. Their prices maybe a little higher than some of the other stores but it’s still worth shopping at the co op.

There was not too many people in the store so shopping was relaxed and pleasant. They had the items I went for. That being said some of the shelves looked a little thin. The cashier's and other staff were quite pleasant. Parking was not a problem and there was plenty of handicap parking. The doors have handicap assistance.

No matter which Co Op I enter to purchase meat, they always have the bestest looking meat. Take it home, cook it up, and it so tasty.

Love Co-op. Always fresh produce. Prices are a bit higher but just watch for sales. Their bakery dept is so nice to have also. Birthday cakes, donuts and just any sweet treat is nice to have the options.

I was at this coop today innisfail and buy this chips it’s expired the date and call the store the guy answer his name is Jason he was surprised when I tell him check your shelf and removed the expired product. But he said oh ah oh ah you guys should check the shelf…

We ordered fried chicken and potato wedges from here today. 03/17/22 the chicken was VERY over cooked and dry, the gravy was thick and lumpy.
Won't be going there again any time soon.
They used to have the best chicken in town, now it's terrible!

Imagine my shock.when I picked up a 12-pack of Pepsi and the cashier asked for $23. Not Co-op's fault; it's OK to love Pepsi, but it doesn't love you back.

I'm usually only in Innisfail to visit my parents and don't go here often but when I do it's always very lovely tonight a young woman named Audrey was extremely helpful and so kind and did absolutely fantastic job I just wanted to give a little props to her and the wonderful till worker Justin that helped me so kind so friendly and I will definitely be back anytime I'm in town!

Of course the self checkout doesn't take cash and the person working it today isn't very nice.

I always end up spending more and getting less at any central Albert Co-Op. This trip was no exception. The staff are friendly and the store is clean, but damn expensive.

I wish every grocery store would give the kind of service that Innisfail Co-op does. The team is courteous, professional and accommodating! Thank you for making our recent experience a really great one!

For a mid size grocery store, it offers a wide selection of very good product. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Love their donuts: in particular the glazed and whipping cream filled chocolate covered Bismark's. The cinnamon buns are also excellent. Pick up whenever we are heading to Lethbridge or back home! Haven't tried much else.

Moved to Innisfail last Aug from BC. Was recommended to shop at Coop. They have very convenient parking for handicap. They also have 2 electric shopping carts that are readily available every time I go in. Good prices and quality items. Excellent meat and produce and deli always fresh. Staff is well trained and very professional when dealing with public.
Also on premises is their gas and c store and auto car wash. Best price for fuel in this area.

Great bakery, expensive everything else. Though also the only option in town for some specialty product.

Was heading back to Calgary from Edmonton and was a bit hungry. There was McDonald's and A&W I use co-op in Calgary so I know the quality is always good. Always love the deli sandwiches and hot meals. The store was clean and has a good selection. Also nice and close to the highway.

Great meats & produce. Their fried chicken & wedges, along with a fruit and veggie tray are a summer picnic staple

Stock is constantly out of date and labeled wrong. When advised about the problem nothing is done about it. Would give a zero if available.

My favourite grocery store. And a cooperative is a no brainer when you understand what it is and how it works

Most stingy a**holes for fuel to win. Maybe create some balance to you game or offer them to people when they buy things. Worst company ever at promotions, dont do it if you're going to rig the competition.

I don't like their pricing. 2 for 1 when you can just buy one. I'm so sick of grocery stores manipulating prices.

Staff were very helpful. Found some great premade sandwiches. Would love it if you had some small individual veggies to go with the sandwich. A separate purchase is best for those of us who want it.
