Amazing service. Shay answered all my questions and gave me exceptional service. Purchased 5 calf shelters and have not seen good service like this in years
Has everything you need in an agricultural setting. Service is excellent and they know the answer to most questions. Just wish the food store hadn't closed.
I've purchased most of my items needed there the past year for my tiny house rental. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. Quite a difference from home depot. Friendly small town
Not helpful at all when it comes to the lumbar or cement pads. We had to find and lift everything our selfs, no one tried to help us at all, or see if we were okay, no one asked if we needed any help. We’ll be going to the city as much as we can now! Covid isn’t an excuse to not help customers and just ignore them.
Great staff and friendly service. In the few years I've gone here I've never had a bad experience! They also maintain the dump station for RVs. I gladly support them as they do with the Drum and RV community!
Had everything I need for my projects. Easy to find what you need, though finding appropriate prices for product was harder then needed specifically with trim. Overall though great store and pricing was much off from big city stores.
Great place to shop, but really wish they would answer their phones. It would save customers, especially rural, a trip all the way to the store when Co-op don't have the product.
My husband and I drive from home to the Tom Baker center in Calgary and back weekly. Drumheller is approximately the half way point in our trip. Besides being weak, my husband has a trachostomy tube in his throat, and has a hard time talking because of it and the cancer in his throat and lungs. The weekly trip is over 3 hours each way and, after this treatments, very tiring for him. We have had a horrible time in Drumheller finding stores that will let us use the washrooms during our trip. All of the fast food places are closed down except for drive through, the gas stations do not let you use their facilities unless you buy gas (and sometimes not even then), and the staff at Canadian Tire was downright rude, telling us that they closed down the washrooms as people used them without buying anything. Thank you so much to the staff at the Agro Centre, they very nicely told us where the washrooms were, and didn't make us feel like we shouldn't be there. The washrooms were clean, the staff friendly, and we are both so very grateful for how welcomed we felt. BTW, I don't know the cashier's name, but my Aunt loved the purple sprinkler I bought her for her birthday.
I would count co-op a grow as a middling hardware store. The staff however are very friendly and helpfulin that small town way and they have always been more than willing to answer any questions I have. The price differences between them anf the big box hardware stores are in many cases negligible.
