Tried to find this car wash location on Jan 10, due to Westsprings line-up, but I drove around in circles trying to find it, through construction and roundabouts. After being told I could use the Code at any of the 5,000 co-op locations, I left the area for British Columbia. After trying to use it here, I am told there are only Calgary locations. I cannot use it in BC. And asking for a Credit Card refund by phone is not working. There should be a Credit Card refund option for situations like this, Calgary Co-op.
I don't particularly like this car wash, as compared to the other CO-OP's. When I exited I noticed that some of the multi color solution was still on the car. I had noticed that solution was still coming out during the rinse cycle. However they are still better than the competition when it comes to the length of cycles. That is why I rated it of only 3 stars.
Park. Go inside and pay. Get back in a long line with an inefficient flow of cars. Enter code. Then car wash. Seems in 2022 this could be much more simple especially considering it’s not inexpensive.
The wash itself was great, but the wait time negated most of the positive outcome. One of the washes was closed, but you wouldn't know it until you almost reach the door. Would be nice to know ahead of time when you can still choose to leave.
Equipment for touchless car wash is very functioning and good maintaining. Service is great. I paid wash inside of gas station and their customer service is great, but I am sure if there is app for car wash.
I got a 20-cm crack on my windshield after using the regular touchless carwash in a normal afternoon with +2 oC temperature in a February. As I have been always using this carwash since 2017, I noticed unusual high-pressure and noisy water with focused power.
They recorded the case and at the end they did not cover anything, while it could only cost less than 500 dollars. They said "there was prior chip in the windshield probably in the shaded area near the top molding and the temperature difference cause the chip to crack", Genius!
Pessimistically, I assume 1-5 similar cases a year and Co-op has not seen such incidents in their policy that means they are not professional in their job and do not care about customers.
Oh, by the way, they sent an old-version of disclaimer too saying "The operator is not responsible for the damage of the vehicle during the car wash" probably even when the machines fall over the vehicle.
So, please check the chips stocked in the wholes, and then the temperature of water and air, and also call your insurance before using Co-op Touchless Car Wash.
I like how they include a bug spray at the beginning in the summer. In the winter they do the drying while inside instead of as you exit, which is also good.
Really showing its age. "Laser measuring" way wsy overestimated the size of my car, the back barely got damp. Didn't clean the rest of the car that well either. Polish spray was very sparse as well.
Long lineups, could wait for an hour just to get your car washed. Some cashiers give you the discount on the car wash and some do not. They need to follow a uniform rule. Otherwise the car wash itself is good and the wash prices (only after the discount) are quite a good value.
It doesn't do that good a job. I got the regular wash for $12.99 (cause I didn't get gas there). There was a pre-wash rinse and then two soap cycles (one was a foam style cycle). The rinse afterwards was weak. Though it seemed to be just enough to get the soap washed off, it's not strong enough to get all the dirt off. Luckily the drying vents are very strong and there's more than ample time provided to get the entire car dried off. I always go to self wash bays and manage to get my car cleaner at half the price.
Excellent. Car was clean after the wash. And pleasantly did bot have to wait in line for long. I would certainly recommend and would use this again. Good work, Coop!
I love co-op and their reward system is better than anything else out there. I really try to avoid the soulless abomination called Walmart. These guys have the best deals on alcohol, food, fuel, cannabis products.they're a local company so I feel really good about buying there.
Always busy. They have to modernize the user system. Printing a code on a receipt is not the best way of a record. I have lost so many coupons. Why can't they keep track of our gasoline purchases and issue us a electronic coupon when we need it on our mobile devices. Hopefully someone is listening!
