Moir Insurance in Calgary has been my Home and Auto Insurance provider for over 20 years. During this time I've had to make 2 large claims - one for hail damage to my home and more recently, a vehicle claim (encounter with a deer) while travelling in the USA. The process from reporting to the after hours agent, to dealing with 3rd party adjustors and auto body agents and everything in between was handled professionally and we felt very well taken care of. Thank you Co operators and Tryna for providing stellar service.

Been with this company for years now and they are fantastic! Very professional and on top of things. Tryna was very helpful and ran me through things as I ask a lot. Mia was prompt and on point!

Worst claims experience you can imagine. One part of the company blames the other but won’t do anything to help. It took us over 3 weeks to get a estimate on damage or weather it was a write off. I’m changing my auto and home insurance as a result. Very poor customer service, I even spoke with the owner and he talks the talk but in the end did nothing!

We were very fortunate to deal with Gayle. Very responsive, and pleasant, and answered all of our questions! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for insurance!
