Not deserves a star but need to give to write about a lady they call her advisor. She is a expert concluding meeting in a couple of minutes. If she is that much busy then why they send client to meet her…Just to get insulted!?

I want to get insurance for my motorcycle and they give me istructions to do.
I came in their office i ask them if i can add my motorcycle in my acct.
And they want me to call their costumer service.
After i call their costumer service they want me to pass the knowledge test, so i go to the registry and i pass the knowledge test.i call them back to tell them i pass, then they tell me again to call on monday because they said they cant process on the weekend.
So i call again that monday and they tell me to go to their local insurance branch.
Now i came back to their local insurance office and they tell me they cant give me insurance for my motorcycle.

What a WASTE OF TIME.
Its really easy to say NO in the first place so i can find a company who can insure my motorcycle.

We had a very disappointing experience with this insurance provider.they took much longer than they promised to provide a quote, for which I had to call them and ask for twice.when I reached out to their customer service team for clarification on the quote, I was met with unhelpful representatives. They seemed to have no interest in addressing my concerns and were dismissive of my questions.

If I could take it less I would. This company is the worst. They didn't take their payment in December so they tried to take double in January. Didn't have all the money then so made a payment arrangement to deal with it. I followed through with it and they still cut my policy off. I have a family of four the only driver in my house and now having a real hard time finding anywhere else because of the lack of communication or work by them. They said they sent me a letter. It was a parcel pick up which I didn't get notice till a week after they cancelled. I take the other reviews in stride and stride to a different place. Don't worry they won't help out answer either they will just keep telling you to call the call center too just so they don't have to deal with how angry they make you.
