I was in this location today to pick out a gift for my sister. Mar was the sa who helped me with my purchase. He was so sweet and patient with me as I was so indecisive with all the options. He paid attention to all the things I told him I was looking for & even helped me with the stamping to make the gift more sentimental. I truly loved just talking with him & I will definitely look for him next purchase I make thank you so much Mar!

Mar was great yesterday evening- he was so pleasant and patient, spending so much time showing us pieces without rushing or pressuring us, even after the store closed. It was one of the best customer service experienes I have had in ages. We will definitely be back!

Coach materials and it’s leather has always been top notch. Coach as a brand always has and always been focusing on quality and high level of craftsmanship for a reasonable price.

Entering the store was very pleasant and very welcoming. I came to the store multiple times and have met the majority of the staff. They were all very friendly and very knowledgeable of the items. I did not have this experience with the other branded stores in the mall. If so visit the mall again, they’re the first store I would go to.

People leave a bad review in this store lack patience, comprehension and lack of adaptability. I suggest you ignore the bad reviews and actually understand what you’re getting in to and take the time to understand the items and respect the staff members. Respect them and you’ll have a wonderful service. No one wants to deal with a “Karen”

Fatima is a great sales associate very helpful and friendly. Every few years I come here to buy a new purse. Fatima made this time a positive experience and sent me a card in the mail after my purchase.

Just called the store to ask about a question I had. She didn’t even listen my whole question and hang up one me. Called back again to ask her name. She said its Diannne. Pretty sure she gave me a wrong name. Called at 10: 55. On 16 dec
