Dr. Awolesi was the most uncaring and disinterested doctor i have ever seen. He actually seemed frustrated by the fact he even had to treat me

If this was the last walk-in clinic in the city I wouldn't return.it's embarrassing that people like this are allowed to practice.seeing Mohamed Hamouda was nothing but a waste of time and Alberta health's money. Additionally, the girl at reception was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience even though I was the only one there.

When Mohamed Hamouda (the guy who calls himself a doctor) finally saw me, he seemed to not care about the issue I went in for and just went on and on about my cholesterol and how high it was and how I needed cholesterol medication, but wouldn't show me the results he referred to.

I followed up with my normal family doctor the next week and was shown my cholesterol results from the last 4 years verifying that I am well within the normal range and did not need medication.everything Hamouda told me was wrong.

Went in with a fever of 39.4 and a cough and cold I’d had had for 4 days told the dr I was short of breath and could feel cracking on the right side of my chest. The doctor did a very basic exam didn’t listen to my chest much at all didn’t even take my bp or fever then said “ what would you have me do? I could give you antibiotics but I think you should come back if your not better in 4 days or if your fever goes up past 40. When I disagreed he shrugged his shoulders so I decided to give it a couple more days. 3 days later I was so sick I couldn’t go more then 4 hours without taking something for the fever so I we to another doctor turned out i had pneumonia and if I had waited another day or so I could have been hospitalized. I called his clinic and let them know and the receptionist basically just said I’ll let him know thanks for letting us know I felt very dismissed but just because I didn’t have a degree in medicine I couldn’t advocate for my own symptoms and that I was just somebody looking for a quick fix prescription.

I would simply recommend listening to your patient if they are telling you specific symptoms I would investigate those symptoms instead of just dismissing their concerns like they don’t know what they’re talking about because sometimes they actually do.

Worse ever I don’t recommend, my appointment was at 4pm and had to wait one hour for the doctor, receptionist rode. It’s my first visit and the last.

Most unprofessional clinic I have seen so far, the website on google shows their operating hour starts at 9 am on Saturday, Today I went there at 8: 45 then I saw a sign on their door that they start at 10 am, returned at quarter to 10, waited until 10: 15 no one showed up. By the way this is the second time this is happening to me and my family, so I can say this is their routine to be unprofessional and waste people's time.

Dr. Sahata is one of the physicians at Coach Hill Medical clinic and my family doctor. He is the best physician I have ever known and without his help I wouldn't have been here today. With his help and intellect he made it possible that I get the best medical treatment available for me and my family. He is so passionate about his job and treats everyone with care. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a family doctor

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had with a Doctor in my entire life.

I am an acrobat currently on medical for a broken finger. I have seen plenty of healthcare physicians in my line of career as an athlete.

I am a Canadian though from out of province, so have to unfortunately pay for my visits each time I come. I came to this clinic because my family sees one of the other doctors here. So when I arrived to see Hamouda, I needed one thing from him; a medical certification stating how long I would need to be away from work.

I saw a doctor in Finland two days before seeing Hamouda. The first visit with him I showed him my XRAYs that were taken two days prior with the other doctor, and he said to me they were not valid in Canada, so he wrote me a requisition to get other XRAYS done. I asked if I could come back with them later in the day and he said no. That XRAYS take time, and he would only have access to them on Monday the following week.

This was very fishy, so I went to get my XRAYS done and enquired with the receptionist on how long it would take for Hamouda to have access. She said in under two hours he would have access to my files.

So I followed up Monday for my XRAYS which I obtained a copy of from the diagnostics clinic just in case. I arrived as a walk-in, explained to Hamouda my insurance situation with the a medical certificate for him to sign and date, and he said no he could not sign my documents which might I add was a template from service Canada and is a Government approved document. He also refused to sign or write a medical certificate for me as he had no time to do so. I then insisted, stating I needed a medical certificate, as it was the reason why I came to the doctor and went and got extra XRAYS taken, other wise I would not be covered under insurance for work. So he then told me to wait till he was finished working, which was 1.5 hours. On top of this he did not look at my XRAYS during my consultation with him.

After all this, I waited, obtained "his official medical certificate". He then charged me for my second visit at full price, after the sweet and kind and respectful receptionist mentioned to me that the second visit would be cheaper as it was just a follow up, and also charged me for the medical certificate.

He then states on my medical certificate that I am unfit to.work, however would need a follow up in 4 weeks to reassess my injury, where as in our consultation he mentioned to me 2-3 times that the heal time for my injury would be 6-8 weeks.

Sorry, no thanks. Find someone else to make your 50$ off of, because I am never following up with you.

NOTE: Just a side note this is the 23rd of July. I had to go to the ER after seeing Hamouda due to pain caused by my injury, and unfortunately received minor surgery on my hand after it was re-diagnosed by the ER physician that day. If Dr. Hamouda had looked at my XRAYS he would have known my finger was still dislocated and would need immediate further medical attention.keywords: horrible, inefficient, rude, disrespectful, INCOMPETENT, disinterested, and clearly unprofessional.

Doctor Gurevich the only reason I keep coming. Receptionist rude every single time I making appointment! She saying “You have to come at 10, because we don’t have appointments later. ” She double booked me for the same day and find out only then I called and insisted I have appointment later. I did recommended the Dr. Gurevich to my friend, my friend didn’t stay with clinic because of this ride assistant. She refused to give Kleenex for running nose. She said you can take when you come in in doctors office. Crazy.

The MOAs are annoying and even when you give them updated information they still have no clue. Even with booking an appointment right when the clinic opens you could STILL be waiting for an hour. The doctor I saw isn't there any more but he switched up my drugs (I'm a diabetic) to something my body was rejecting and essentially told me to suck it up when I went back to him and complained. He also wouldn't even show me my lab results or give me a copy. I gained over 40lbs in three months. I got a referral to an endocrinologist, who was LIVID with my care, and changed my meds back. I'm still struggling to lose that weight but I found a new GP.
