I worked for this store over a decade ago in another location. I prefer the stores being mixed (all genders), but I don't think the quality of late and the lack of warrantee, justify the prices. The store was very clean, stocked, and well staffed. Everyone was friendly. Nothing I wished to purchase, unfortunately.
I’m at the store now returning 3 identical items different sizes, so the lady decided that the receipt says S, S, M while I’n returning XS, S, M and it took them more than half an hour to verify the return and check the cameras and do all type of crazy things. Suddenly they came back and after I felt I’m in an investigation with cops I asked what the problem was and they said employee scanned the wrong item. So I had to deal with all that rudeness and unprofessionalism and not even an apology. So sorry I’m not coming back. It was a horrible experience and your staff are extremely rude
"I had a terrible experience with this store. This store’s customer service is the absolute worst. I bought a coach purse last year. The outer body of purse was starting take off. I called at store, lady said you have to visit at store we will sent it for repair when i visited there and met the store manager Paula High, she said we are not repairing the body the manager she ignored me and just taking new customers.she was incredibly rude, showing no concern for customer’s needs and very disrespectful. Putting such a rude manager in charge of the store will definitely damage coach company’s reputation. Paula, you were the rudest manager I have ever met
If I have an option for 0 star I will! If you have new hired people make sure you educate them with all your policies so customer will not waste their time! I ordered online and phoned your store first what happened if I cannot pick up the item on the allotted time as I live out of town and make sure I will get it on the time I will be in Calgary. Your associate told me, just order online then call the manager and tell them the date and time you will pick it up. Then they will reserved it for you. So after putting the order, I phoned the store and the manager named Mohamed told me No they cannot do that! Maybe the person that spoke to me is new. So what? As a manager it’s your responsibility to train them properly before letting them step in the floor! Do your job so no one will waste their time because of the wrong information you guys are giving to your customers! You’re not even genuinely sorry about this problem and sounds arrogant while talking to me the entire time. If you don’t like your job just quit and give the job to someone else
Passed through Coach a couple times this week and the atmosphere was really friendly. Everyone was greeting me respectfully and happily, even the other customers.
Was looking for a wallet for my dad. Didn't find what I was looking for but I think it's a good store.
The staff are not helpful. Most of them don't really like to work there and so they don't entertain much. Even if you ask them a question it's going to be a one word answer and that is it. Very bad experience and prices are higher than other coach outlet stores.

Had a really unpleasant experience today at this location. My husband & I came in to get his belt buckle replaced which was defective as it broke off right at the clasp. Customer care I spoke to online reassured me that I am able to get it repaired, and if not able to repair it they should replace it for free as it was bought in December 2022 and still under a year warranty. This location’s manager refused to take it, said they don’t have warranty on belts & our best bet is to buy a new one. Imagine selling us a defective one, & then suggesting we buy another one which may or may not break in under a year, which again won’t be replaced if it breaks. I have been a fan of Coach since my teens and have numerous bags & shoes from them. I expect the finest quality from their products, not China made cheap, defective products. Anyway, I spoke to another person in customer care online & they assured me once again that I can certainly get it replaced at the store. We went to Coach in CF Chinook Mall after this incident & they replaced my husband’s belt right away. Stay away from this location, they do not know customer service and the manager is not aware of Coach’s own store policies.
Good staff but they fail to mention when you buy items final sale. Bought a leather cleaner and neither the person who sold it to me (Fara, from the receipt) or the person who showed me where it was said it was final sale.
Farah is the manager she is so rude as i bought bag from here and came to return next day she said this bag is used how can someone use in one day. Very poor service as i am loyal customer. She made my experience really bad i will recommend my friends and family not to go to any coach center. Never coming back.
