Awesome service and great prices. After getting frustrated from a big box store, I canceled my appliance order and called Coast. They had what I needed in stock at the same price. Picked it up the next day from their warehouse. Easy to deal with, and great customer service.

Harsh our sales guy was excellent giving all the information and getting a very good deal, highly recommended!

Now it’s not working due to a sensor light on saying a leak coming from somewhere
My handyman who knows appliances still trying to figure out where it’s coming from and fix it
If unable to fix it
I will stand to lose $860 I paid for the dishwasher on sale
Not! Happy
I’m on a very fixed income and a senior
I had a kitchen aide for 18 years with no issues until this one
I had a one year warranty
No staff asked if I should extended warrant
I’m so upset!

We have now purchased two items from this location and couldn’t be happier. The staff there is super nice especially Ruby who both times made sure to offer as much help as possible without any guarantee of a sale. We had to find a specific model that would fit the existing trim kit and she was amazingly accommodating until we got exactly what we needed. It’s people like her that will keep me going back to coast. I stopped by a nearby competitor just beforehand, and they were pretty useless. I hope your manager sees this Ruby! I am giving a 5 because of her because the first purchase was a bit of a hassle due to supply chain issues

My first experience with this company was great. I bought a fridge and a range. It went so good I thought I'd used them again for our new house. So I went back and bought a washer, dryer, fridge and a range from their "scratch and dent" section.
The items I was sold were not "scratch and dent" they are returns. The fridge came missing the bottom glass shelf and had food stains in it. The dryer had a full lint trap. The washer smells moldy AND DOESNT TURN ON! And they just decided to send me a different model range without even consulting us.
I called about the broken washer yesterday.still waiting for a call back.

Save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

Kory at the NE Calgary location was great! We ordered a gas stove a few months ago, and now an upright freezer and a dishwasher. My mom also got an upright freezer and dishwasher. Staff are knowledgeable about the products, prices are very competitive and can be matched to other places, and I walked away very happy AND saved money! We got a great deal! I would highly recommend them.

Loved that there were no pressure salesmen. I walked into the store and looked around. My D-I-L met up with me and we discussed some appliances. Then Kory appeared and explained all about the appliances that we chose and he gave us the features of all the brands we told him about. Kory made the experience enjoyable. First thing Monday morning all appliances were delivered and installed. Sam did a wonderful job installing the dishwasher. The fellows delivering the washer/dryer were very fast and careful.

We went to Coast Appliance after listening to the commercials on the radio. We were ready to support "Alberta". Although the one thing we did learn while waiting was that the CEO lives in BC.
So first place we went to find our new washer was Coast Appliance. Just like the commercial told us to do!
But all we found was a guy who apparently does not sell washing machines and the person that does was not at work even though i assure you the store was open. We waited around until we were over it.
Ended up buying a beautiful MayTag washing machine at Lowes.

Bought all my home appliances for my home today. Rashpal over there is very helpful and really helped us there. I would really recommend people to go there.

Bought a Samsung appliance package of fridge, stove dishwasher. Didn't have time to wait for new appliances to arrive so we bought the floor models. Got a great deal! The sales rep Steve really knows his stuff and was incredibly helpful. Delivery was painless and professional. We were missing the mounting clips for the dishwasher, this problem was resolved quickly.

After an hour on the phone to answer one question about delivery.they took my information wrong and I never received any info or invoice of my product. After a call back and online chat they couldn't find anything, because I didn't keep the person's name who took my original order. Thanks for the time waste. Trail will deliver my product tommorow.

Not overly satisfied with their customer service. I purchased a deep freezer, and when I unpackaged it the freezer was dented. Spoke with their online customer service and was asked for photos and was informed that it was being escalated to someone else who would contact me within a few days and it’s been 2 weeks now with no response.
Not very thrilled.

Found exactly what I was looking for at a great price. Bryan helped me and was very informative and professional. Will definitely go back.

I had the best customer service experience at Coast appliances! Rashpal was an absolute charm to deal with. She helped me and my wife get a good fridge. We were really stressed after our fridge gave out and she went above and beyond to help, not only to find the right fridge, but she also educated us about them and gave us piece of mind about the quality. I had so many interruptions, and kept her a bit late. But she was still extremely sweet. Smiling the whole time and being so polite, friendly and understanding. I will definitely recommend sending friends and family to this locations. Especially to her!

Purchased an oven at the 32nd. Street location less than 2 years ago. Did not buy an extended warranty which turned out to be a mistake but what new appliance does not work more than 2 years. When the oven was delivered the delivery guys mentioned that they had accidently had dropped it on delivery, nice of them as we did not notice and as we had no working oven and this seemed to work I did not report it. Now 2 years later I have an oven that needs over at least $630 worth of repairs. I went back to Coast and asked if there was anything that could be done. The receptionist said that I could purchase a new one, a joke I think. Then I asked to speak with Mr. Woodward, the salesman that sold me the unit and asked if there was anything that could be done and he said that the fact that the drop was not reported it was too bad but there was nothing that could be done. At least he gave me some phone numbers to have the unit repaired. Very disappointing as I try to buy local but now have to buy from a box store that is willing to stand behind their merchandise.

Great service! Ruby helped me find a new Fridge. There was zero pressure from her to buy any specific model or make. Instead she listened to my needs and even got a discount on the shipping.

Walked in, looked at every washer and dryer. Two employees chatting, didn't even have courtesy to say hello. Very disappointing, u might get more sales if you actually greet your customers with the attitude to help them. Was just at bowest appliance and the service was 150% better.

Inattentive, doesn’t care about what I needed.

I went to the store to get some help on a new home and not only did I have to wait for this particular sales rep to get to me, when he did, he didn’t care about what I was asking of him. Didn’t bother to check on what my options were and in the end hurried me along since he was already late for a conference call.

Good to know that my appliances for my brand new home isn’t a priority for the SUPPLIERS of the home.

No happy with the customer service and sales people on the floor were not even intrested to come and talk to us, felt like they dont even want to do business.

Quick convenient purchase. Delivery on Monday. Stove was damaged, salesman got fired. Manager replaced stove.

Came in to purchase a new dishwasher, I was please that the salesman really listened to my needs and showed me dishwashers that met those needs, he didn't try to upsell me on anything. Ended up buy a new range as well, very satisfied overall. Great salesman ship, would purchase from them again.

Coast Wholesale Appliances has a nice clean, spacious showroom. The convenient location with plenty of parking makes a store visit convenient. We were served by a knowledgable and polite salesman Bryan. He swiftly guided us through the selection of washers to the choice which suited us best. As much as possible for buying a new washer, it was a painless, almost enjoyable experience. I would return to Coast appliances without reservation.

My salesman Bryan W was a wealth of knowledge. The store was basically a warehouse and displays were adequate and has all the major brands from Wolfe to the more economical brands. I also went to their competition however decided that Bryan’s knowledge deserved my business. My only other comment is I wonder why they don’t Have a list of recommended tradespeople to do my gas work. Not a show stopper however.
