It’s an older hotel that was renovated. My first room had an issue with the radiator where the heat wouldn’t go down. Maintenance came by with some quick fixes but probably needed more dedicated time to check it out. The front desk was able to help me out with relocating me and the new room was perfect.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed at the hotel. This time was not a great experience. The check in and check out process was painful.
Room service was not reachable during all 4 days of our stay.
I paid parking for my car and on returning home found 2 rolled up parking fines on my wipers.
I have called reception 3times to clarify this and emailed the tickets to their email. No response or no clarification in the matter. Not great service at all.

Perfectly clean, green and I will never object to a bidet. Love this hotel. Amazing staff.

Someone entered my room at 8am today on a sunday morning while we are sleeping.i wake up immediately and saw a guy walk back out and close the door.so i ran out there and ask who are him and what is going on, he told me he is the supervisor and there is a system fail and lying i miss put the sign for room cleaning without any apologies.unsafe hotel!
i understand the housekeeper wants clean their rooms as fast as they can and i understand system will fail sometimes but don’t lie cause i make sure the sign are on the right side every time
cause i am high alert!

Room was ok, but dated. Had to crack the window to get some fresh air, as room was very dry. No fan in washroom. I was not aware of a damage deposit on the room until told that

Not a great stay. Check in was slow. Staff was was not bad, but not friendly either. The room was drab with a cheap bed. The bedding felt like plastic sheets. The restaurant is average at best. The TV system is so antiquated it is laughable, and $25 for old second run garbage movies seems wild! The location is ok for adults, but would not want my kids in the area after dark. The strip club across the street was very loud, so I had to close the window. But, the AC was too loud to use. Do better Coast.
