Coast Nisku Inn & Conference Centre

Paper thin walls. This is a very family friendly spot, nice pool, nice rooms, friendly staff, but if you are looking for a peaceful rest before an early morning flight maybe look elsewhere.

The room walls are so thin we could hear casual conversations in the rooms next to us and upset infants every couple hours from several rooms away. Sleep was nearly impossible due to the noise level even though the bed was quite comfortable.

Very nice hotel with indoor pool and water slides. The BBQ restaurant inside is nice and food taste great.

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Highly recommend.
Room was a good size & nice layout & very clean, bed was very comfortable & had good quality bedding. Public spaces was kept immaculate. Nice pool & hot tub and a gym.
Food & service in the Montana restaurant was excellent & eating there didn't break the bank as manybhotel restaurants do.
Included in the hotel rate was a basic but tasty breakfast buffet. All one needs to start the day.
Went to the pub for a beer in the evening with my son & his friend.
. Very cozy & waitress very friendly.
We had a very nice stay & will come back again.

We selected the Coast Nisku due to it's location. For most people this would be near the Edmonton airport but for us it was close to halfway between two hockey tournaments for my granddaughter and grandson. The cost of the accomodation was reasonable, the rooms and beds comfortable, staff very accommodating and the facilities were just what we needed to have a fun weekend with U9 girls & U11 boys hockey teams. The pool is centrally located. It has a water slide and a good size hot tub. Bonus for the kids, it was open until 10 p.m.

Montana's restaurant provides a breakfast buffet. The buffet vouchers are supplied to each guest at check-in. Montana's manager, Gary Butler went above and beyond to accomodate both hockey teams, offering special events rooms to each team. The girl's team brought in a Costco birthday cake and it was refrigerated until the party. Gary was extremely accommodating. We were all very impressed.

Most pleasant stay, everything you require. From the food at Montana's to the pool and hot tub. Solid spot. Appreciate the amazing hospitality.

I stayed there for two nights for a conference.
My room was super clean, the bed was very comfortable. I found the room to be very quiet, I could not hear the other rooms or doors opening and closing as I have been able to in other hotels. The heater in the room was a bit noisy, but I am a very light sleeper.
The bathroom had a big hair dryer; not the usual tiny ones. The staff was excellent.
The little store is great, the lady who runs it is lovely and the prices are super fair.
The television had limited channels, but I wasn't there to watch television.
The pool was alright; pretty cold.
I did get a slight rash from the chemicals but I guess that means it was disinfected?
I had tons of hot water. I had lots of towels in my room that were soft. The ones by the pool were crunchy.
The staff was wonderful.
The conference room was FREEZING!
The food they served at the conference was excellent and abundant with lots of choices.
Montana's was great too!
Overall a great little stay and would go there again, if I had to! (I'd rather go to Costa Rica.) ;)

Stayed here a couple of nights just to get away. The pool was fun and not to busy. Having Montana's in the hotel is great. The continental breakfast is not bad, they could use more fruit and some yogurt but good quality doo that is there.

Excellent location and cost for a small group meeting. Our conference meals, set up and rooms were perfect for our small group. The staff was More Than accommodating! Overall our experience was - excellent!

I just had my wedding here and it was phenomenal! The rooms are beautiful and clean! The staff was friendly and helpful! The one minor communication error was addressed immediately which was amazing! And Gary was so unbelievably amazing he went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went as smoothly as possible and he made sure the day after for clean up was just as easy and fun! I love this place and we plan on spending our anniversaries here! Highly recomend!

Seemed a bit pricey for a simple room.
They do have a pool and pub on site.
The restaurant Montana's is inside for dinning.
The weird thing about our room was they have two sets of windows.
So no open air into ones room.

The beds where really comfortable, the bathrooms on the other hand tho they had holes in the walls they have a barn door for the bathroom that doesn’t lock and no door on the shower so water goes everywhere the pool is so much fun but the water is really cold in the pool and the hot tub is not hot enough and as you walk through the hotel the lobby has like a mini river but there is knifes from the restaurant in there and a bunch of garbage the lobby bathroom smells horrible and some of the hotel rooms face into the restaurant so you get constant noise the walls to the rooms are very very thin so you hear everything through out the night and the bathroom sinks are really bad at draining it takes like 5 minutes for it to drain

I booked a room at the same time as a friend. We both had the same room, but I got charged $70 more than he did for the night. The front desk said that it was because they were full, and the rate changes when they are full. I have stayed there numerous times before, and not been overcharged. I do not recommend a hotel that changes their price when they choose, whether before, or after the fact. Strongly recommend that you check what they are charging before you book a room. There are numerous hotels in the area, which had vacancies, which are comparable to their "pre-modified" price, which are newer. I am loyal to where I stay, and have stayed at the Coast every time that I am there. I go to Nisku quite often, and I will be staying at one of the other hotels in the future.

Quite enjoyed our stay here. Room was comfortable, staff was friendly, breakfast was great and the pool/water slide/hot tub was excellent! Found the pool water a very nice temperature. Great place for families!

Room without a view.for $190 per night for what? Nothing.no microwave, poorly dressed rooms, the bed looked messy, walls looks used and worn out, furniture was scary to sit on, no extra blankets, definitely not sound proof. Could hear people in foyer and I was on the other side of hotel.stayed in better for less with fireplace, microwave and jacuzzi tub, extra large room.

Close to airport, shopping at Outlet Mall and Costco. 30 min drive to South Edmonton and 5 min to Leduc.

This place is amazing actually remind me of Vegas a little bit. Super clean and an amazing complimentary buffet. Great pool for the kids. My definite go to when I'm in Edmonton.

The conference center is great! Staff are great! But the bathroom walls in the room were peeling and water damaged. Needs some serious updating!

Rooms are outdated. Our shower had pubic hair in it when we arrived. They duvet I noticed after using it several days had dry crusted blood on it. They fixed these issues but still that means they are not changing the duvet in between guests which is just gross. If we had not been there for an event for the week I would have left immediately after seeing the pubic hair in my shower.

What a horrible experience! Reserved a room that was supposed to be joining for our family. I guess another family wanted to extend their stay and they didn’t want to inconvenience them to let them know we have the room reserved.
So then we got a run around trying to find rooms across or next door to each other. 1st try they didn’t realize that the one room does not have a second door that we could be across from each other. So back to the desk we go- let’s try more rooms go to the rooms and not across from each other but we don’t care anymore we are done dealing with this inconvenience to our family. Kids went to go get into bed and surprise bed bugs! We left the hotel and now greatly appreciate the inconvenience disgusting!

Did a staycation with my kids (ages 9-12). I have visited this hotel a few times for dinner at Montana's or weddings. I have never stayed in the rooms or used the pool prior to this.

The value is great, especially since there is a decent buffet for breakfast. Nothing too fancy, but includes pancakes, toast, eggs, potatoes, etc.

The pool is pretty great. There are rules listed around; however, not followed. And I think that was my only complaint. I wish it may have been even monitored hourly. The slide is only allowed to have a single person (on the stairs as well), and this was not being followed. There were a few close calls - so it is definitely 'use at your own risk', especially if you have younger children.

My kids had a great time overall. I feel like it was worth it, and we will do this again.

Also to quickly note, the walls are thin, and you can hear everything going on around you. Request a room further away from the main hallways and pool if you are a light sleeper.

We had our wedding here and I want to thanks Debbie, Gary, and the staff. They went above and beyond in making our wedding memorable and the food/dessert were great, everyone loved the food. With the hotel located near the airport, have the rooms and having both the ceremony’s and reception rooms next each other made planning even more better and the guest loved this as well. I would recommend having a wedding and reception here

Nice clean hotel and good service. I gave it a solid 3 stars which is good. The restaurant is a complete ripoff! You are better off eating at McDonald's. And I hate McDonalds but I would recommend them as a five-star restaurant over this place.
