Can’t recommend this dealership enough! I drive here from Calgary for my oil changes/maintenance because I find their team is way quicker and friendlier compared to other dealerships I’ve been to. Everytime I drop my Jeep off for an oil change, it’s ready within 45 minutes compared to having to take a shuttle and come back to pick up my vehicle hours later or the next day as with other dealerships I’ve gone to.

I also bought my Jeep from Cochrane Dodge a few years ago and found the experience really good from everyone on the team!

The General Manager initially said they would have a meeting to determine whether or not they would have a lottery to decide who who would be able to purchase a Demon 170.
Now, they said they are not sure since there are a limited number of Demons being produced.
I told them it will be short term gain for long term pain. They will lose their bread and butter customers for a one time money grab to the highest bidder. We bought a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee from them.

Purchased a brand new vehicle back in September. Was told by the sales associate I would have my first oil change free of charge, there would be no issues. I emailed the sales associate, along with the service department to book this oil change. Was ignored. Never contacted.
I'd advise in the future if you're going to give someone your word, keep it.

I just purchased a new truck through Andrew (sales) and Tanner (financing). Do not let the reviews fool you.they are even better in person. Andrew was extremely friendly and relatable, he took his time and was thorough every step of the way. Explained to me options I didn't even know I had. Completely transparent with me. You can tell he takes great pride in finding the perfect vehicle for you, and his work. As a tradesman, those qualities speak to my heart. Tanner was also very thorough and patient with the financing portion. As anyone knows, that step of sales is a lot of back and forth to get what you really need and weed out what you dont. He helped save me a significant amount on the new truck. Did I mention they were very welcoming of my Aussie Keeper invading their offices and dealership? No shortage of treats for him that day. All in all a very satisfying experience from both gentlemen. They streamlined the process and listened to my wants and needs from top to bottom with no extra bs. Keep up the great work fellas!

I took my Jeep in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. They quoted me $265 originally and even had me sign the paper copy of said quote. I wanted to pick the Jeep up after hours because I work until 5 everyday, and they first didn't get back to me and then I phoned the main reception and said I couldn't even pay for the service or pick up my Jeep through them. So I had to come back the next day and then when I went to pay they said the oil change and tire rotation was $325. I was shocked and told the lady what she had originally quoted me the next day and said Jiffy Lube won't quote you one price then charge you another after they already did the service and you're stuck paying it. She argued back that every vehicle is different and they don't know how much oil each vehicle is going to take - which is funny considering they are a dodge dealership and you can look in each manual. Needless to say won't be coming back anytime soon to get my vehicle serviced here.

This dealership definitely deserves a 5-Star rating! My vehicle buying journey went in another direction, but my experience with the dealership was great! Even though I did not purchase a vehicle with them, I feel it is important to write a review out for them!

I dealt with Rick in the sales department! He was extremely professional. Very kind. Very patient. He was still in training when I met him at the dealership. If he did not have the answer right away, then he would find out as quickly as possible. He was very patient in showing me several vehicle until I decided I wanted the Wrangler! He was very capable in handling my indecisiveness. Professionalism was great. Communication was great (even called me outside of his working hours). Knowledge was good, but he was still learning.

I did speak with Tanner in the finance department. He was able to navigate my financial background great! He understood my situation clearly. He was not at all overbearing. He was very informative. He accepted my deposit for the Wrangler and proceeded with my application. He was more than understanding when I decided to cancel the application. Joanne in the finance department quickly reimbursed my deposit.

Overall, the experience was great! There were a few moments that I felt a little pressure, but nothing overwhelming. There was a definite desire from the team to help me get in to the vehicle I wanted. They wanted to have everything done as quickly as possible.

The dealerships was very clean, great washroom facilities, a large vehicle selection, and very welcoming receptionists. However, the waiting area was on the opposite side of the sales team’s offices. I waited for several minutes for Rick, because he did not know that I was there waiting. As well as I did not know he was available until he texted me to find out when I would be arriving. I think it would be more beneficial to have the waiting area near the sales team so that they are able to see when someone has arrived or is waiting.

It did not have the typical dealership feeling that the city dealerships had, but it did have that small pressure feeling to get the deal started. Again, I believe that was due to them being eager to help!

Undoubtedly recommended!

The sales person Andrew was great to deal with and listened to the parameters of what I could do, and stayed within that. He was very knowledgeable and did not push me in to signing anything. Tanner was great on the finance side as well and took the time to fully go through the process and details. I highly recommend purchasing a vehicle through these gentlemen. Great experience!

Anybody can sell you a car, but not everybody will take care of you after the purchase. That is not the case of the Cochrane Dodge. Their sales and service are simply outstanding and this is why.
In May, after a long waiting period I picked up my Gladiator Mojave. Four days later I discovered a tiny cut on the steering wheel, almost impossible to see, unless you press it. Long story short, general manager Rob Pfiefer took care of me and few weeks later I had the steering wheel replaced. I am most impressed by this business, this is the second Jeep we bought here and definitely not the last one. A big lesson to be learned for the rest of the industry in the Calgary area!
So if you're looking for honest approach and professional decency, take a drive to Cochrane, you won't be disappointed. I wasn't.

When you’re far from home (4500km) and you have vehicle troubles it can cause significant anxiety! We had such trouble, thankfully not serious but the guys at Cochran Dodge Ram treated us with such kindness and care that I wish they were our usual dealership. We had no appointment but called them up and spoke with Service Adviser Jake and Technician Chris right away. They put our minds at ease and invited us to come in right away. An hour later we met both these fine gentlemen who quickly assessed and resolved our issue. Did I mention this was a Saturday morning! Can’t thank these guy enough for outstanding service! Great ppl funny manager Adrian. Dealt with Andrew (salesman) and Joanne (financing). Both were lovely to work with. Traded 2017 sonata for 2017 Highlander. Management massively lowball the trade in value in comparison to a private sale value. But it was to be expected which I didn't mind seeing they are there to make money. Fast, easy simple transaction got everything done in 3 days. If you want compitend fast and friendly ppl for your next purchase of vehicle I recommend them.

In March 2021 I decided to get a new vehicle and went to Cochrane Dodge to see what options I had to trade in my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. I had great experiences with their service department from before and one time I had a Dodge Durango GT as a service loaner so I thought to look into getting one of those. Luckily for 2021 Dodge gave the Durango's interior a complete upgrade and it was love at first sight. Andrew, our sales representative was very helpful and even found a matching vehicle to my needs in Ontario but by the time we decided to proceed with purchase that vehicle was sold so went with a factory order. Andrew kept me up to date with the order and the vehicle after 2 weeks was already built and a few weeks later in early April we picked it up. Overall my experience with Cochrane Dodge was very pleasant, everybody was very helpful and nice during the whole process which was very easy and trouble free. I look forward to seeing them in the future when it comes to my next upgrade.

I had an appointment to go look at a car today. They asked us to deal with numbers before we were able to even look at the car. We later went out to see it but he couldn’t unlock the car. He then got another set of keys and those didn’t work so in the end we didn’t even get to see the inside of the car. They said we won’t be allowed to take the car for a ride unless we set $2500 as a deposit. We came all the way from Calgary and couldn’t even look at the car properly. We called earlier before we came and he said he would have the car ready but it was not ready.

This is one amazing dealership! I called inquiring about a new Ram and right from the start Dean Yawney took care of me like I was part of the family. His attention to detail and his knowledge of the vehicle was second to none. That is when I decided to purchase the new truck. Then I was introduced to Tanner Deitz. I know many people go in expecting to be bombarded with hungry sales people, not the case here. Adrian truly cared about what I was after and took the time to fully understand my needs. Don't even get me started about Joanne in the finance department! A breath of fresh air to say the least. When the bank messed up and took an extra payment on our trade in, Adrian went above and beyond to fix it immediately and unbelievably drove out to our place (we live out of town and it was a snow storm!) to deliver us our cheque. You will not get this kind of service from any other Dodge dealership (trust us we know, we've tried). It is 1000% worth the short trek out of the city! Thank you guys again so much! Called the dodge service department to get some service quotes and the person on the phone was very polite and eager to help me. When i asked about appointments they were very helpful with fitting an appointment around my schedule. Would definatly recommend the dealership to friends and family.

First time dealing with Cochrane Dodge and it was a negative experience. I just bought a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler and was looking for a simple install for a locking fuel door. This job takes 15 minutes! I live in NW Calgary and decided to try Cochrane Dodge since I haven't had great experiences with Crowfoot Dodge near my house. I called 5 days ago and was scheduled in for this morning at 7am by Melisa. I mentioned that I'd like a booking where the install would be completed right away because I didn't want to be shuttled back and forth to Calgary, or stuck sitting in the lobby for hours. She assured me she spoke with the technician, and made a note on my work order to complete the quick install right away when I brought the vehicle in at 7am. I arrived at 6: 50 and when I was checking my vehicle in at 7am, the service advisor told me there are no Technicians available, and that they don't arrive at work until 8am. I was surprised, so I went in to speak with Melisa, who was equally surprised as I was that their Technicians don't come in until 8am. That's not a good sign when staff in the building are not on the same page. Melisa then asked if I'd like to still leave the vehicle there and get shuttled back to Calgary. My answer was no thank you. I left never to return. The thing is, my vehicle has only 1,750 km on it, so it will have a long future of repairs and service ahead. Sadly, I won't be bringing it to Cochrane, which will be a great loss of money for them over time. I've decided from now on to choose the shorter drive for disappointment to Crowfoot Dodge, rather than all the way out to Cochrane Dodge.

My husband brought our truck in for a rear and front dif service last month and both Michelle and Melissa were very pleasant to work with. I was very happy with the COVID measures in place and even got to keep the pen!

Beware of this service center; they did not honor my vehicle warranty.when my engine failed they asked us to produce all oil change records, trying to discredit us, saying we were not doing regular maintenance, which was untrue. They did not diagnose the fault properly, which resulted in a catastrophic engine failure.

Background: In February of 2020, my 2015 Dodge Caravan was smelling rich and running rough, at which time the engine light came on. I had my vehicle towed to Cochrane Dodge Chrysler Jeep, where we purchased the vehicle, to have the issue identified. The technician told us the problem was a faulty starter that they replace. This did not make sense to us, how could a defective starter cause the engine to run rough and smell rich? We picked up the vehicle and paid around $1000 for the repair.

Fast forward 3 weeks later, the problem came back again. I was stuck on the side of the highway and had the vehicle towed, once again, to the dealership. Being that it was a Sunday afternoon, I left all the details, including my cell phone number with the car dealership receptionist.

My wife received a call from the service center on Monday, asking where the oil changes were performed. They had not seen our vehicle since 2018. I called the dealership back to explain we had been doing oil service at Minute Lube. They asked us to produce all these records. Right then, I knew something more serious must be wrong with the vehicle. Every update or phone call back was to my wife, although I told them to call me directly, saying she doesn't know much about cars, they continued to call my wife anyways.

After approving additional work to perform further diagnostics, a service center technician, Damien, called my wife to let her know the engine was hydro locked by fuel and now has a bent conrod. It was at this point he advised us they were seeking approval to replace the engine under warranty.

I continued to call back for a week and a half, trying to find out the status of the vehicle and how the approval was going. Cochrane Dodge finally advised that the work would not be covered under warranty, blaming the fuel system, which caused the issue. Apparently, an injector got stuck open, which caused one of the cylinders to fill with fuel and, ultimately, a connecting Rod to bend.

I asked to meet with the Service Center Manager, Mitch, to talk about the warranty claim. We explained that the vehicle had been at their Service Center three weeks prior with the exact same problem. We know it was the same problem as the vehicle exhibited the same running rough issues, and the starter motor was now failed again. Mich refused to honor the power train warranty telling me the best they could do was to discount the labor by 30% to help offset the cost down to $6000 on a wrecker motor or $10,000 for a new motor replacement. Mitch literally had a smile on his face as he told us this, as if he enjoyed telling us the bad news, very unprofessional. I told him that I would have the vehicle towed from their shop, I had no confidence in their ability to do the job right. In my opinion, they didn’t diagnose the fault in the first place, causing the failure. We left his office as very unhappy customers.

I will never buy another vehicle from Cochrane Dodge, Jeep RAM as long as I live. They will not honor their warranty and will try to do everything in their power to put the blame back on you. I urge anyone considering to buy a vehicle here to seriously reconsider. After the sale is made, you are on your own!

The only silver lining to my story is that I was able to replace the engine in my own garage. The vehicle is back on the road again and running perfectly!

We have been dealing with Cochrane Dodge since we moved here almost four years ago and have had a consistent experience. Everyone has been friendly and whenever we need something done the cost of work was reasonably explained and carried out as such. In particular Damian in the service/quick lube department has become our go to guy there as he's always treated us great and ensured a positive experience. Thanks everyone!

Last September, we purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited from Cochrane Chrysler.
They delivered it by transport at a very reasonable price.
Also, they sent an excellent video via YouTube and still pictures.
The staff were professional, honest and have integrity.

This is a great dealership! We get all of our service done on the truck here even though we live in Osoyoos BC! Doug in the service department is the best!

On Friday heading off to the mountains we had truck issues when we were past Banff. We were able to make it back to Cochrane before limp mode. They made it a priority Friday morning working every detail to get us back on the road. By noon we had headed out and still got in the weekend of sledding. I purchased a new truck here recently and after only driving the truck for a week I had issues with the air ride I took it back in to service at cochrane dodge and a week later they said it was ready to pick up. When I picked up the truck the issues where still not fixed and I was told the parts that I need are backordered and I should drive my truck without suspension untill the parts arrive.after all this I got home I gave the truck a cleaning because the service technician had made a mess of the interior I realized that there was scratches all over the truck and gouges in some of the plastic I contacted service but have yet to hear back. As for the air ride the truck spent half a day a canmore chrysler and has been problem free since then
