Shout out to sales rep Maddie at Cochrane Nissan who went above and beyond in trying to find solutions that matched what we were looking for, with the price and budget we had in mind. Her follow up and level of professionalism was evident throughout the search process and although we were unable to find the right car this time, I would not hesitate to use Maddie on any future car deals in the greater Calgary area. Highly recommended!

4.7 Rating is an understatement. Gary the Sales Manager, Derek the GM, Kyra in Sales and even more shockingly, Sam the Business/Finance Manager are off the charts. Why so shocked about Sam the Business/Finance Manager being so amazing? That's not normal. They are commonly known to be the ones to upsell you anything and everything they have because that's how they make their $. Sam is different. He FULLY customized his presentation to my lifestyle, lease and vehicle. He asked questions about everything and tailored his offerings to what suited me. He even went out of his way to speak with another Nissan dealership where I purchased my last Nissan so he could get me a discount on one of the services. Seriously, he saved me money. That's SO uncommon. Oh, the whole dealership LOVES dogs, so that was 1 of the many reasons we felt comfortable leasing our new ROGUE SL from them. Oh ya, I forgot about their detailer. Natalie was polishing my vehicle in the delivery by when I arrived. She noted the most tiny of perfections that I couldn't even see. She had to show me at a unique angle. I was like. "OMG, that's HORRIBLE! " I was so kidding. Gary and the team IMMEDIATELY took the vehicle to try and repair it. I was stunned. I didn't even notice it. Well, they want people 100% satisfied. It's really sad that you can't give more than 100% when the manufacturer sends a survey. Well, I guess I can just call Nissan Canada. Thanks again CN team. Stuart, Candice, Noah, Luna & Lily.

Title: Nightmare Experience with Cochrane Nissan Dealership - A Lemon Car Story

I am writing this review to share my incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Cochrane Nissan Dealership, where I purchased a supposed "certified used 2008 Nissan Xterra" two years ago. My hope is that my ordeal can help others avoid the headache and heartache that I've endured with this lemon of a vehicle.

From the very beginning, things were off to a rocky start. The day I paid for and collected the car, I discovered that the gas tank valve was worn out and needed immediate replacement. This was despite their assurance that the car had been certified and thoroughly checked.

My real nightmare, however, began just three months after my purchase, when I drove the car to BC. Out of nowhere, the dreaded engine light illuminated on the dashboard. Frustrated and concerned, I contacted Cochrane Nissan for assistance, only to be informed that my warranty had conveniently expired. It was clear that their support and commitment to customer satisfaction had vanished the moment they had secured their sale.

I was left with no choice but to take the car to another Nissan dealership for repairs. To my shock, I was told that one of the pistons had worn out and required replacement - a hefty $1800 expense. I begrudgingly agreed to the repair, hoping that it would put an end to my car troubles. Sadly, that was far from the reality.

Soon after the piston replacement, as I embarked on a journey to BC once again, the car broke down yet again. It felt like a cruel joke. I returned to the same dealership that had previously "fixed" the car, only to be informed that another piston needed replacement. While they covered this repair at no cost, it was apparent that the car was far from reliable.

Over the course of two and a half years, this so-called "certified used car" has broken down a staggering four times due to worn pistons and engine oil burn. The promises of quality and reliability that Cochrane Nissan made were shattered beyond repair. This car is nothing short of a lemon, and the dealership's lack of accountability, transparency, and customer care have left me utterly disappointed.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against considering Cochrane Nissan Dealership for any vehicle purchase. Their promises of quality and certification are empty words, and their customer support evaporates as soon as you drive off the lot. Save yourself the headache, the expenses, and the heartache by avoiding this dealership at all costs. This experience has been a painful lesson for me, and I sincerely hope that my review prevents others from falling into the same trap.

I went with a 2023 Nissan Kicks from Cochrane Nissan. Matt was wonderful. He got me a great deal and was always available to answer my questions. I didn’t wait very long for my car to arrive at the dealer. When it did, wow what a beauty. Matt explained all the features and got me a great deal on the floor mats.
Lexy handled the paperwork. She was friendly and explained the extended warranty options. She never pressured me into signing up for more than I wanted. Overall I received excellent service and would recommend this dealership to others.

The quality of the mechanical service is generally good, however, this time the tire pressure was not checked and I had to bring my car to the Costco tire centre for adjustment! The courtesy wash only included the wind shield and the front of the car. I never asked for the carwash but when it is offered and claimed as the courtesy wash, it must be done properly. Also, the paper work always takes so long. More than half an hour since the car service is completed, the car still sitting in the yard to complete the paper work! It does not make sense and must be improved!

Best dealership that I have been too. Service is top notch. Gary, Kyra, and Lexy worked with me on getting the subrau of my dreams and made it a painless experience. 10/10 would get a car from them again.

I purchased a vehicle from Cochrane Nissan in 2020 and recently came into some trouble regarding the car. Derek (the GM) helped me work through it and come to a favorable conclusion in a tough situation. A+ Customer service.

I was looking for a specific vehicle for a very long time and found my baby at Cochrane Nissan. Great staff Greg, Lexy and Maddie helped and made everything easy. Maddie (our saleswoman) had excellent customer service. She was never pushy and had a great product to sell, our new 2015 Nissan Rogue. We took the vehicle for a pre purchase inspection and it passed without any problems! I wish Maddi, her family, and everyone else at Cochrane Nissan the best for 2023.

My compliments on a recent comprehensive service to my Certified Pre-Owned. The service staff was wonderful. I was impressed by the offer of a ride home and a pick up when the service was complete. Not only was the maintenance completed well but my mats were cleaned and the floors vacuumed. I totally didn’t expect this while the other car washes were all closed due to cold weather. It really made my day better to receive the over-&-above service. I would trust any vehicles service to Cochrane Nissan.

Bought used vehicle here last week with 200% satisfaction
I checked more than 15 different dealerships/brokers in Calgary/Cochrane.
Most dealerships increased price with doc/dealership fee ($600~990) upon online price and increase 1-2% APR when number goes to finance team from sales (my credit score is 720). From online application or phone call, all dealerships could check my credit and provide exact APR but most of them played a trick on me when I got there.

Maddie (Sales) gave a clear number without hidden cost and pre-approved with finance team quickly. I didn't buy the vehicle for the first time there, but she tried hard for giving other options with my limited conditions.
Lexy (Finance) was very kind and clearly explained about warranty options and future availability. Although I had to rush with my schedule, she was patiently helped till the end. Everyone in dealership welcomed my family and gave big smile and candies to my kids.

Service time for my Frontier was double what was planned by the Service department and when I had to leave I found that the service was not completed as per the signed the document. Will need to go somewhere else to get the work completed. Friendly and helpful people that did not deliver as promised.

Staff is very supportive and do their best to keep client satisfaction. I dealt with sales person Brad who recently started. He is very nice and loves car. The sales manager Gary is also very responsible with any promises with me and Eldon from finance is super helpful dealing with delivery. Overall, it was good experience compared to other dealerships.

I have been coming to this dealership since it first opened, always great service. I have owned 5 Nissans previous to my newest purchase. Just bought a new 2022 Pathfinder SL Premium about a week ago from here and we are very thrilled by the experience we had. Everyone involved from Matt (sales rep), Lexy (finance manager), Derek (general manager), Leanne and Ken from service were all excellent to deal with. Do you want a car? Yes? Do you want to have a legit great-near-religious-experience buying said car? Yes? Well then have I got a place for you. Cochrane Nissan is the absolute BEST and I will SHOUT IT FROM THE ROOF OF A TALL BUILDING BECAUSE I LIVE IN DOWNTOWN CALGARY AND THE MOUNTAINS ARE NOT AS CONVENIENT AS MY BALCONY. But seriously, I drove out from Calgary SPECIFICALLY to work with Matt Deroche, who is an absolute angel of a human being, and he made buying a new vehicle an honest to goodness treat. Let me tell you, I HATED my old car. LOATHED. DETESTED. Matt listened to my tales of woe and privileged rage (MY STEREO NEVER WORKED AND MY OLD DEALERSHIP WAS NOT HELPFUL WOE WAS ABSOLUTELY ME), and he wasn’t even fazed by the mustard in the glove box. Matt took so much time to go through and discover exactly what it was that I wanted in a vehicle, and he took extra care in making sure I got exactly that. He made miracles happen, as far as I’m concerned. And now I have an absolutely stunning and gorgeous and PERFECT (seriously, it’s perfect, there is no more perfect car) vehicle, and he helped me kick my old Kicks to the curb so that it could be repaired and later sold to someone else who absolutely loved it for some god unknown reason. But in all seriousness, Matt and the rest of the Cochrane Nissan team were absolutely outstanding to work with, and they made the whole experience an actual joy. Whether you need a new vehicle or not, you should probably at the very least KNOW these folks because they’re just delightful. Your life will be all the better for it.

From the moment I phoned to make an appointment I was greeted with professionalism. Ken was amazing anticipated ever question and answered them all. When I arrived for my appointment he treated me like gold told me everything they would go over and asked me if I had any concerns. I had one told him about it and he did a complete diagnostic on my vehicle. They had a shuttle service that took us any place we wanted to go. When the work was done Ken phoned me told me everything and ask were we wish to be picked up at.

I Have been looking for Jeep Wranglers for a month now and Finally I have found one and I wish I went with Roy with Cochrane Nissan. Even though I did not buy from Roy does not mean I had a bad experience, in fact from the beginning of the process, Roy was on top of his game, dealing with different dealerships and sales was really stressful but with Roy, He made it easier for me, too bad I found the Jeep I wanted and it was a lil too late for Roy to find me one. Really good car dealership! It's nice and clean inside and a lot of parking available. The staff are all really friendly and easy to talk with and I sold my car to them and it went very well, better than I could imagine! It's a little out of the way to find the dealership but it's in a nice area and well worth it, I recommend them!

Used vehicle sat for a month without mechanical inspection. I went in, took for a test drive to find this out. Dealer dragged their heels on mechanical repairs, texted to see if I was still interested, I said I was then sold it out underneath me. Never want to see these guys again! Not recommended.

We recently purchased a used car from Cochrane Nissan. We were looking for a cheap reliable spare car to have as a back up. Eldon was an excellent sales rep for us. He quickly understood exactly what we were looking for and what our budget was. No typical sales games played. We made what we thought were reasonable offers on a couple of vehicles. Eldon was able to work with one of our offers and we were able to make a deal. Car was detailed and filled with fuel when we arrived to pick it up. Eldon walked us through all the features of the car. He also introduced us to one of the service reps who informed us about when our used vehicle had been last serviced and that they use only synthetic oil for their service jobs. Also, they have a decent price for a standard oil & filter change, $79 using synthetic oil! That is better than most of the quicky lube joints in Calgary. Anyways, buying a car is not normally an enjoyable experience but I have to say that this one was an very good transaction.

I have been eyeing to buy a new vehicle for quite sometime now because I was having problems with my old car. I browsed videos on YouTube to check on the latest compact SUVs. When I saw that Nissan redesigned the Rogue for 2021 I got really excited although I must admit I have another SUV that I also like and consider buying. But then I decided to check the new Rogue at Cochrane Nissan. I went to the dealership last December 28,2020 with my sister and brother in law. Ali Griffin, one of the product specialists, accommodated us when we went there. She was very friendly and encouraged us to take a look at the new Rogue (SV AWD) on display. Afterwards, she offered me to test drive the platinum trim and I went for it. While I was doing the test drive, she explained to us the new features of the car. I admire her proactiveness and excellent customer service. I finally decided to buy the Rogue SV Premium. Kudos also to Lexy Southwood, the finance manager, for her remarkable job in preparing all the necessary documents that I needed and for giving me the best deals possible on my financing options. To summarize it all, my experience at Cochrane Nissan is nothing short of impeccable. Everything was just smooth from start to finish. The service that I got was just outstanding and praiseworthy!
