My wife and I have purchased many vehicles over the past 10 years and this dealership is hands down, the best we have dealt with in all areas including sales and service. We have purchased new and pre-owned vehicles from Cochrane Toyota and the level of service that we have received has been incredible.
We ran into a non-warranty issue with one of our most recent "pre-owned" purchases (a non-Toyota brand) roughly 6 months after the purchase date. The sales team went above and beyond, covering the cost of this repair at another dealership which in the end, was a significant cost.
I can't say enough about the team here.

Went in for a first service on my new truck. Drove from Airdrie. Customer service guy Kurt was great and my truck was done in about an hour. Only negative is I expect service at the dealership where I bought it to treat my new truck like their own. Left it dirty with a grease print on the hood and a whole hand print on the inside of my windshield which could have been fixed with a pair of gloves or a quick wipe. Its just a matter of professionalism.

Had a lovely experience getting a hybrid RAV4 from Andrew. He responded to all of my emails in a timely manner and disclosed all costs for my car upfront, unlike a lot of other dealerships. They are worth the drive if you’re from Calgary because their customer service is unmatched. Excellent service for changing my tires over. Very streamlined, could work in the community room while I waited and all done in under 2 hours!

I had my explorer there for almost two weeks. It cost over $2000 to fix an oil leak. 3 days after getting my car back it is leaking oil again. I really hope they cover the cost of my next rental and don’t charge me anything to fix my car properly.

We are from out of town and had some car trouble but drive away from this place much relieved and impressed because Mark in the service department was just excellent.

I was treated fairly and would not hesitate to recommend Cochrane Toyota based on my experience. While waiting in line for my plates I was asked by a stranger also in line my thoughts on this dealer, they agreed and were also happy to have dealt there.

Staff were very professional. Had my Corolla serviced before and when I was not satisfied with the result, they looked after my concerns immediately. My service appointment was handled professionally and in a timely manner. My Bluetooth problem wasn't resolved but they followed up and I have another appointment to try to get that fixed.

I’m an out of town buyer and had a wonderful experience at Cochrane Toyota. Here are some of the things I appreciated:

The person who helped me was Andrew Botha and I appreciated that he went above and beyond to put together a deal that made me happy. I was in contact with other “big city” dealers at the same time and they pestered me with phone calls and pressured me to come into the dealership while Andrew was laid back, good natured, and professional. He took the time to send me pics of my new rig when it arrived.
The dealership is beautiful with several custom Rav’s / 4 runners and the like. Once I arrived I was in and out very quickly. Finance person (Mike? I think) was quick and very friendly. No pressure to buy all the “extras” as is often the case.
Cochrane had tons of accessories. I was able to get an awesome roof rack installed and they even spent 45 mins removing all the accessories from my old rig and putting them on my new truck.
There was one very tiny oversight that was really no one’s fault. Cochrane was willing to pay for the necessary install at any other Toyota dealer. Even though I waited 5 months to bother to look into getting it done, Andrew still remembered me and took care of it on short notice. This was long after the sale was done. I think that says a lot.

Definitely recommend these guys as a place to bring your business.

Cochrane Toyota went above and beyond today. Wife and I pick up a used Rav4 off a private seller and one of the sales men (Jeff) helped my wife pair her phone. We didn't even buy from them and the staff were helpful and gave us there valuable time. I took a few pictures of a beautiful Tundra they have out front. What a nice looking truck. If your looking for a place where your treated fairly, this is the place.

Although a raving review was posted only 2 years ago, I am saddened that the review has changed so drastically. After changing winter to summer tires, I discovered that one of the tires almost came off while driving down Hwy 1. This could have ended horribly. After taking my car back to the service department, they not only charged me $87.00, they also refused to take ownership of this situation. I tried multiple times to speak to the service manager and kept getting stone-walled. I actually asked to speak to the owner/manager of Cochrane Toyota - but never got past the Service Department manager. Even after the past few months, the unintended consequence is a loss of trust.

Update: Met with the owner Alex Baum - in person - and had an excellent conversation regarding trust. A leader for sure. The most important piece of my original concern has been addressed. Thank you Alex!

I just brought home my (new to me) Rav4 and needed to stop in and share how great this team was to deal with. Luca did everything he could to make sure I was comfortable and had all of the information I needed to make a good decision (and feel great about it!). The rest of the team was super personable and very invested in providing a seamless experience. I work in hospitality and am familiar with the hustle required to create that kind of guest/customer experience, and they are absolutely slaying it.

I was waiting until my first service appointment to add a review. I bought a 2019 Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid here in July. Toyota Canada was back ordered in these vehicles all across Canada. I was told it would take 3 months to get from factory. I decided to wait for my car. Other dealerships were 6 months to a year waiting so I was happy with 3.

True to their word, I received my vehicle on time and with all the correct specs. The dealership quickly added the extras like the remote start and protection package.

When I arrived to pick it up, my sales lady had already gone through the manuals and flagged important info for learning about my new vehicle so that I could find stuff quickly. She then went over the vehicle with me and helped me set up all the technical stuff. At this point I have to ad that I wasn’t even shopping for a Toyota. I was looking at crossovers for the gas mileage and wandered into the dealership just to see if I missed Toyota’s crossover during my research. Currently they don’t have one but maybe for 2020. Linda took the time to find out why I wanted a crossover then showed me the Rav 4 which was everything I wanted plus other things I had given up on as they just weren’t options in the crossover models at ANY dealership (like cooling seats) plus the gas mileage was even better. (I am currently getting 35 mpg and I warm my car up ALOT!)

Fast forward to my first service date and even that depart was amazing. Fast service and a job well done. I bought the service package with my car and feel even better about it cause everything was free, even the car wash they did!

Being dishonest about hail damage on used '13 Yaris and having us drive one hour to see it in "mint shape", and then trying to charge full retail without proper hail damage adjustment, or will to negotiate the fair price resulted in bad experience. Andrew Botha and his boss should know that being dishonest doesn't go a long way.

Fact that you didn't bother even introducing yourself yesterday (but you do bother typing a "response" today) or trying to work with us, and plain lying about "minor hail dings" (car is plummeted with them on the roof and hood very obviously, meaning it is easily $2.5k fix, claim was never made by previous owner and it means only dealer or new owner would have to fix it) and "fair offer", just proves your own bad customer service practices. I don't care if you really "sold" it "shortly after", point is that what you guys did is never going to add us to your 'family' not even for a quick lube, let alone car purchase, as other dealer was more eager for our business without lying and they sold us a car instead of you. It was upon my insistence to have the car washed to remove the snow from the roof, after which hail damage was revealed, and not by a salesman who never cared disclosing the obvious, before our arrival or after the test drive. "If it goes it goes" right? Wrong.

Outstanding experience ; after visiting several dealerships and reviewing many adds on CarGuru we stopped at Cochrane Toyota. We were truly pleased with the helpful treatment we received from Mark and other members of the team. Trade in value was excellent. We are delighted with our new 2019 Highlander in the colour we wanted. It was a fun, no pressure enjoyable experience.

I was having a hard time getting sales people to take me seriously and Ward listened to everything I asked for and got me into my new truck with ease. Earlier this week we finalized the purchase of a 2019 used RAV4 with salesperson Linda Gagnon. I ordered a 2019 RAV 4 Hybrid from Cochrane Toyota this past summer and couldn’t be happier. I was told that due to the high demand of the hybrid I would have to wait 30-90 days for arrival and as promised it arrived within that time frame. Jeff Decter made the whole process very smooth and answered my many questions and inquires any time of the day!

I had sold my car 3 weeks prior to my RAV arriving and Jeff offered me a reduced rate car rental and even offered to pick me up in Calgary to get it! Jeff was extremely thorough with my new car explaining all the features and as well as took me on a little test drive to show me the functions, it was extremely useful. I purchased the extended warranty as well due to Jeff’s suggestion and I really relieved that I did. Toyota has upped their game with a warranty that gives back and finally makes sense-ask about this when you get your new car.

We have purchased both of our Toyota’s from Jeff at this dealership and won’t buy our vehicles any where else moving forward. Jeff is not pushy, very relaxed and ensures you are 100 % comfortable with your purchase. He’s attentive and really cares that you feel good about what you’re buying.

Mike Tran completed the finance end of things and he was very personable and made the paperwork side of things clear and easily understood.

Very satisfied with Cochrane Toyota and I’ll keep driving in from Calgary just to service my RAV.
