I’m a regular at this store.i don’t understand why it says on the website that you are open but the door is locked.as far i know you open until 10.i rushed after work to this location as i was craving milk tea and i got here at 9: 40 and the door was already locked and you guys are staring at outside the door.poor costumer service.it’s actually disappointing and such a waste of time.

Why didnyou have to change to paper cups and staws.it's completely ruined the experience.also it should be cheaper since paper costs less.jeez

I Ordered twice lemon king with no ice, they still put the ice on each time. I had surgery cannot drink the cold beverage.

I called them last time to Calgary trail location at first time the manager said will give a response but I have been waiting for 3 weeks now and no any response

Then I ordered again but I got same issue, then I called them again, the manager there she had very bad attitude to me, I even want to ask for an email to report to their head office, they answered was no … “ I cannot give the email and no email ”. It is wasting my money and losing my trust

I will not coming back this store due to kind of bad attitude.

I bought a large mango dream since they don't serve small ones and i always get the same order and get it divided into 2 small cups but this time they denied my order this was very horrible since my smalls kids cannot hold large cups and they need small ones they don’t understand the situation and just deny for the service

They had so many good options and is such a great place in general loved their options and they all tasted so good:)

I asked if they had anything dairy free and gluten free. The staff working were deeply unhelpful and wouldn't look anything up to see if they had an option for me. I think they're going to miss a lot of business due to poor customer service.

Worst coco location in the city. Drinks are ALWAYS inconsistent. I ordered a taro milk tea, extra sweet with pudding. Barely any pudding and flavor in general. Not the first time either. Tamarack location is better

Literally a spot to go with a group of friends at night lots of options. Downside is no online menu or big menu so in order to place an order u have to go to the cashier.my top drinks are: Lemon king w/coconut jelly, or mango slush with coconut jelly. Overall though my favorite places.

I regularly order a taro bubble tea slush from Cocos and they're very, very inconsistent. Sometimes the drink is made well, but maybe 1 out of 4 times the drink has double as much ice as it should, and hardly any flavor. For the price, I would expect better consistency and quality. Never have any issues at Dream Tea, and considering that a taro bubble tea is amongst the most popular drinks, they really should work to ensure the ingredients are in the proper proportions.

We went in to redeem a birthday drink, which was a medium milk tea with tapioca. The Caucasian employee was super nice, when we asked to see if we can have them make the drink with no tapioca as tapioca makes my gf sick, she had to refer to another employee named “Jaja”. “Jaja” gave us so much attitude, never looked up at us. Refused to use any common sense. We weren’t asking for substitution, we were just simply asking for them to not add their tapioca. She refused to listen and shook her head the whole time. The girl who helped us looked like she felt shame for her colleague and kept apologizing when it wasn’t her fault, we appreciate her effort. “Jaja” on the other hand lacks common sense, customer service skills, and any sort of proper communication skills. Because of this, I do not think we will be returning to Cocos south as there are tons of alternatives in this area.
