Buying our first house:

Our first home buying experience started with Cody close to 7 years ago. Cody knew what we needed in a home, more than what we knew needed (mind you, we were super in to HGTV shows at the time thinking that we could fix up no problem. LOL).

After a couple weeks, we put an offer on our first home and Cody was there to help us with every step which seems to be a complicated and tedious process for a first home buyer! Cody answered all our questions and concerns in a timely manner. Our beautiful home was the best purchase we ever made and for that, my husband and I are super thankful for Cody.

Scene 2:

We sell our house:

After many family dinners, birthday parties and backyard BBQs my husband and I were craving less.
After 7 years of serious fun, we decided to downsize or as Cody said "we were right- sizing ".

With the help of Jordan and Cody we were able to sell our house in less than a month. They were negotiate the price for the sale.

With Cody's and Jordans hard work we were able to put an offer on a beautiful Condo that we wanted and negotiated the right price for it!
