Josef repaired my two Rancilio Silvia espresso machines very quickly! Now they are in excellent working order. The walkthrough videos of the work that was done on the machines was a nice touch too.

Had a 5 year saeco minuto that I though was done for. They were able fix the grinder rebuild the cartridge and completely clean out the machine at a fraction of what it would have cost me to replace it. Very fast and efficient and would highly recommend them!

Joseph fixed my Pico Barista machine the same day I brought it in! My machine is 7 years old and has been great for a long time but had stopped working. It needed a new brew unit and he also tuned it up as well. I am really impressed with how fast he gets things done and the overall experience.

Excellent customer service from Joseph. He provided an explanation as to what the problem was with our Breville machine and had it repaired within 2 hours of dropping machine off. Took my Breville espresso machine in because water was no longer pumping through it - got it back the same day, and it works better now than it did when it was brand new (better pressure). Price was fair, and Josef really knows his stuff.

We just had our Breville Barista Express coffee machine repaired by Josef. The service offered by Josef was fantastic and would recommend to anyone. The service was very professional, extremely fast and the attention to detail was top notch. He was friendly and polite and offered great advice on how to maintain the machine in good condition. UNTRUSTWORTHY, BE WARNED. Not forthcoming with the truth, extremely rude, literally told me over the phone:

1. He didn't know Espresso is brewed at 9 BAR's (despite owning an Espresso repair business), and said "I've never seen 9 BARs and I've never used it".

2. When i told him my machine still doesn't go up to 9 BARS, after following his advice on using a finer ground, he replied with "that's what i thought! (was the issue), what do you think i am Breville Canada? "

3. Told me anything above 7.5 BARs is "over pressure", and if i need to produce 9 BARs i have to buy a commercial machine (the machine i bought is capable of 15 BARs as per spec)

Josef is great! I dropped off my espresso machine, he made a quick diagnosis and he sent a video with an explanation of issues. I gave the go ahead to be fixed and received a call, within a couple hours, saying it is fixed and ready for pick up. Also gives great tips/advice on machines and maintenance.

Josef is awesome! You leave your machine with him, as soon as he gets to it, he sends you video diagnoses, and tells you needed repairs - then you get an invoice total and pick up the machine with payment. Much better than sending my Breville to Montreal, and cheaper! He knows home and professional espresso machines inside and out, and uses high quality Italian parts. Also gives great tips/advice on machines and maintenance.

Very efficient service. My Breville Oracle was repaired in almost 24Hr turn around. Previously, I had another machine repaired by Breville themselves. It was returned to me in a worse condition and not fixed! I would reccomend and return to Joseph.

Jozef give us quick and efficient service. We live out of town, so he fixed our espresso machine whist we were shopping, and informed us within an hour that it was fixed.

After 10 years, our Breville espresso machine decided to stop working and I was so hesitant to take in for service. After calling around I was told Josef was the best there was. I called Josef on a Monday to arranged for an appointment on Tuesday and I had my espresso machine back in my kitchen by Wednesday night. This is the best and quickest repair I have ever had with any appliance I have owned. Josef is an expert and even sent me videos of his repair work through out the process. Honestly, the videos were the best as I have never before received such a personal service.

If you have an espresso machine that needs a tune up or replacement parts, Josef is your guy. I would also like to mention it is best to call and not email for the quickest response!

After I dropped off my defective Breville Espresso maker, I thought it would be a few days until I heard back from Josef. It wasn't but an hour and a half later that I received the call telling me my machine was all fixed and ready for pickup. So within two hours of dropping the unit off for repairs, I got it back. No saying this will happen every time but it happened to me yesterday. 26-11-2020 Great job and thank you Josef.

My Rancilio Epoca E1 stopped initiating the boiler heat cycle, so I contacted Josef on Friday morning, had an appointment to drop the machine off within three hours of the call and had it back, fully operational by midday on Saturday! Amazing service, high quality, fast and friendly. Highly recommended.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The service was incredible. My Breville Espresso machine was not functioning. Josef diagnosed the problem within 20 minutes. He had the part in stock and had the whole repair done 30 minutes after I said to proceed. Incredible service and a great affordable price. My highest recommendation.

Josef fixed my older Breville espresso machine. He is knowledgeable, professional, and fast. He had the machine retadt for pick-up the next day. He had an itemized bill and sent me videos showing the work he was doing. I was imprey by his commitment to transparency and accountability.
After the initial repair, my machine required further work. He asked me to bring it back as soon as possible. He worked quickly to make the additional repairs. It was obvious to me that he takes his work very seriously and is committed to the highest level of customer service.

I brought an old Jura E8 impressa E8 to Josef. He had it running and back to me in less then 24 hours. He provided pictures and video of the internals every step of the repair and maintenance of my machine. It has never run this good. I would recommend him to anyone. While this was my first time going to him it definitely wont be my last!

I was very pleased with the customer service I received with this company. Kept me posted on what was wrong with my machine, it is a 12 year old machine that most places would not work on but he did it with no hesitation. I dropped my machine off and it was fixed that day. The best service that I have ever gotten with my Saeco Odea Giro Plus’s Coffee machine. I recommend anyone that needs there Expresso Machine worked on to take it here to be cleaned and repaired.

Exceptional service. Brought my Breville espresso machine, Josef was able to source parts, professionally clean, inside and out and get it back to new. He even took the time to explain what to do for proper maintenance, not what the manual says. I would highly recommend Josef, he is a true professional who clearly takes pride in his work.

Super rude over the phone and condescending. Told me he is not even prepared to look at the machine because of its age and the fact that it was bought outside of Canada. All la Cimbali machines come from outside of Canada. Really save yourself the phonecall if you have anything slightly different that needs help. First time I called he didn't even return the call. So SO rude.

If you're confused like I was, yes, it is run out of a residence. That being said, I handed Josef a coffee machine that was handed down to me and I was completely unfamiliar yet. Two phone calls later and a video with some diagnostic results, I was back at his house the next evening and he broke down everything he found wrong, what had to be replaced, gave me a tour of the machine and informed me how to take care of it moving forward. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, honest and fairly priced. I will be returning.

Today was the second time that I had to visit Josef for my coffee machine. The first time was a few months ago when I had just tried to fire up my coffee machine after it had been in storage for 3 years and then sitting in my cupboard for 2 more. I was unable to get it to work and found Josef on the internet and I'm so glad I did. I dropped off my machine and within the hour had a phone call to tell me it was ready for pick up. It needed a part only because it had sat for so long not being used. Today I returned to Josef because of an issue (all on my part) during the descaling process. Josef quickly diagnosed the issue and had it fixed within 15 minutes. He spent time reviewing what I had done wrong and how not to do it again. Josef is very good at what he does and is very pleasant and professional. I would highly recommend using Josef for any issues you may unfortunately encounter with your coffee machine.
