I have always had excellent and prompt service from Cold Lake Chrysler. They always do a great job, the Mechanics even talk to you about your vehicle. Erin in the service office does a stellar job working with my 3rd party waranty company to ensure they cover what the contract says they should. No shortcuts made here.

It twas 3 days before I had an 8 hour drive for vacation and my truck had couple issues. I dropped my truck off Thanksgiving night and hoped for the best. Brittany called me at 8 am and got the ball rolling. Parts ordered and truck was ready for my road trip! Thanks guys!

Cameron is a fantastic salesman. He went out of his way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted and that we tested every vehicle and feature in the class we were looking at. There was no pressure to make a purchase. After dealing with a big city import dealership on our previous purchase it is important to us to have local maintenance and support and Cold Lake Chrysler is the best place in town to meet those needs

Just a bunch code reader mechanics and a very unprofessional dealership. Brought in my 2013 Ram 1500 in October of 2022 for a transmission service which was due according to the interval maintenance schedule. Truck had 107k km on the odometer. They drained the pan, changed 2 filters and did a top up and found nothing unusual, $405.64. Days later the truck started acting erratic, stalling at slow speeds and slow on acceleration, called the dealership and they said that it had nothing to do with the transmission service that was performed. After some research I found it could be related to a dirty MAS or throttle body which I cleaned with the recommend cleaners to no avail. Made another appointment sometime this past March and they couldn't find anything wrong, duh no codes! Made another appointment on April 18 2023, "3k km later" since the service and they took it for a drive and noticed the lack of power and shifting difficulties. "No codes" so they decide to pull the transmission pan and checked for a blown "accumulator" which was found to be normal but noticed filings in the pan. Replaced the pan and topped it with fluid charged me $472.29 and told me I needed a new transmission! Coincidence? I think not! Estimate for transmission, $7,676

EnjoyabIe and funny staff.was there with my friend and his mother, we where waiting for her to come bck and she came back with an employee, i caled out the window 'Hi mom! ' Wich earned the response from said staff member 'hello! ' It was rather funny and had us laughing for a while. A funny story i will tell to my kids.

Had truck in shop for warranty work, “head gasket” truck was detailed prior to entering shop. Truck returned peppered in oil and grease on one side “ vehicle next to mine had a oil cooler leak and was washed down towards my truck and exposed engine cylinders, windows left down so interior reeks, scratches on side of corner panel where head gasket was replaced and clips for wiring harness and wheel liner missing.

Very polite and friendly service manager and service girls, I talked to a personal over the phone about my experience and seeing if I can get the clips to replace myself but no follow up.

If you take pride in your vehicle you might wanna find a more cleaner and professional shop.

Service manager Rob is very rude and disrespectful to his customers. He lied about covering a rental and "laughed" on more than one occasion when questioned about work that was and was not done.will definitely never purchase another vehicle from here.

Tash was fantastic to deal with. From the original offer on my trade in, right up to walking out the door with the keys to my new vehicle (which took all of 6 hours total start to finish, I might add) the whole experience was seamless. Sometimes buying a vehicle can be a real hassle, but that definitely wasn't the case this time.

GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Alex and all the staff in service. Saved me $817.00 on a new remote starter by fixing and re-progaming my old one. Also put in new catalytic converter that was on re-call. I recently custom built a Durango with Tasha and it was such a great experience! I had been lurking online at vehicles for months before contacting a dealership to actually see one in person and go for a drive because I feared the pressure they would put on me. However, to my pleasant surprise, that was not my experience at all! Tasha sat down with me and was patient to listen to my desires and at the end of our chat simply told me to get in contact with her if/when I wanted to move forward. In fact, I don't even think she brought up the discussion about financing, it was me! I was also the one to contact her with my decision after we met. During the two months of waiting for my vehicle to come in she kept me in the loop and was always helpful whenever I had questions come up.

I will also share that the other staff I interacted with (Jeremy I believe & Amanda) were also super pleasant and great to deal with.

Overall I would definitely recommend taking your business to this team!

Tasha was fantastic, she was quick to get me the numbers and made the whole process smooth and stress free. Tasha was very detailed during the pick up process and made sure I knew everything there was about my brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee after my switch from a Ford Explorer.

Had very positive experience when I dropped my jeep off for maintenance and window replacement. Very friendly helpful staff. Even saved me a few dollars by not doing a service check on battery terminal cleaning as mine was already in great condition. Most places would still charge you and not do it. Will definitely return for more maintenance schedule intervals for my jeep.

Great service from Cam, Jeremy, Amanda and Deborah at Cold Lake Chrysler. I have been dealing with Cam and the dealership for many years and have always been treated like gold. Cam listened to my expectations for what I wanted in a vehicle and made them his top priority. I did end up ordering a custom vehicle in January and while it did take many months for my vehicle to get built and delivered, Cam provided me with many updates along the way making the process seamless, and it was 100% worth the wait.

My experience was so good, i would recommend them 100% I had my Ford for 4 years and i tired trading it off couple times, either I had to put money down or they turned me away. So I figured I'd try cold lake Chrysler and i got approved for a new jeep with 0 down! If you're interested in getting a new vehicle or trying to trade it yours in for a newer one I recommend asking for Richard! He's so easy to talk to and very positive, he will welcome you with the biggest smile. Richard will do everything in his power to get you into a new vehicle, he did it for me

I can’t recommend Cold lake Chrysler enough and Tash is one of the best people I have ever dealt with from any line of retail.
I live in B. C and was shopping online for a vehicle from Alberta to save money as it is much cheaper for a new Ram 1500.
I contacted a few dealerships by email that had good deals on vehicles and explained my situation - it was not a good experience, they would phone me relentlessly asking me to come in for a test drive (even though I lived 16 hours drive away!) and would keep phoning me and trying to push products on me without even listening.

Tash was the complete opposite - she took the time to ask all the right questions and got to know me - when she knew what I was looking for she presented me with several different options, showed me vehicles on FaceTime and was so patient with answering all my questions without ever being pushy. The dealership customised my vehicle and ended up giving me an extremely good deal and even covered the costs of me coming to pick it up.

Tash was never pushy and anyone looking for a good deal on person or even remotely the whole process was seamless.

The sales manager Jeremy is extremely nice. He picked me up from Edmonton airport and on the drive he was explaining how his priority is for the team to provide great customer service, do what is right for people and never to be overly pushy or try to get people to buy a vehicle they don’t want or need.

Amanda from financing was great and took care of everything by phone and email and made it really straightforward.

When I got to the dealership everyone was so nice - Debbie the greeter is so friendly. It is a great environment and nothing like the stereotypical car dealerships where it’s all about pushing sales and not getting to know the customer.

I will be recommending to any of my family and friends that need a vehicle and fully trust the entire team.

I bought a truck from this dealership and Richard was the sales person I dealt with. It was a low pressure, stress free and enjoyable experience! Most people including myself dread buying vehicles because it feels high pressure or unpleasant. In this case, Richard went over and above to provide me information for me to make a decision. Worked with me to strike a deal. Felt like he was really going to bat for me for the price I wanted. He even delivered the truck to Edmonton and dropped it off with a full tank of gas! I'm recommending this guy to everyone I know.

Share details of my experience at this place.
1. Took car in for service to diagnose why there is no heat coming from vents/car blowing cold air only (I mention that the car clicks from under the dash and it may be related.) but all emphasis was on finding out why there is no heat and getting that fixed
2. Service calls me back says they have found the issue and 420 dollars to fix heat and clicking issues
3. I say go ahead. Go to pick up car when repairs completed, go to pay, price ends up being over 100 dollars more than quote (no big deal at least there is heat now.
4. Clicking gone from under dash, but there is still no heat. I took the car in and paid for them to diagnose why there is no heat
5. Service tries to say I didn’t mention any heat related issues when I first took the car in.

People make mistakes, understandable. Sometimes it’s gonna cost more than the quote.ok. But don’t try to get me to pay more, and not even fix the issue I brought it in for them to find out. And then try to blame the customer and take all blame off themselves instead of correcting the situation.

Save yourself the hassle. Go somewhere else in town that is more trustworthy and won’t screw you around.

They were fast on ripping me off. But what do a person do. Either u get it done once the vehicle is in the garage or not get it done and they charge u high labor rate for checking it out for u. People be warned. I will never go back there again.

I was in Cold Lake from out of town and my truck broke down. Not only did they replace my cv axle in less then an hr but I was hundreds of kilometers past my warranty and they were a huge help getting it honored anyway. Special thanks to Jamie in service for being a pleasure to deal with.

Our sales rep Tasha was super friendly and very helpful. We had to bring our kids with us, she entertained them gave them popcorn and drinks and kept them occupied while we where doing paperwork and whatnot. There was no pressure or any of the underhanded sales tactics you often see at dealerships. I would definately go back to this dealership.

Last february I started looking for a truck. Tasha blais was my salesperson. She found me a truck with everything I wanted but it just wasnt in the cards. I continued to chat with her, no pressure at all, last week I came down to test drive a new warlock and fast forward I took it home today.gave me good deal on the truck and tires to go with it. Tara in finance also took the time to go over the details.not once in the quick process did I feel like a number. This is our fourth vehicle bought here and will continue in the future.

I just recently purchased a vehicle from them. There was certain things I was looking for in a vehicle, Tara went above and beyond to find it for me. Through many days of text messages (I would say about 3 weeks) back and fourth, Tara I finally found the one. She had it brought in from bonnyville and Tasha volunteered to go on a test drive and explain everything about this vehicle to me. She took time out of her lunch break to accommodate me. A few days later I received a message from Tasha, Tara and the dodge owner asking me how I was enjoying My new Durango, and if there was anything they could help me with. Tasha also helped my with no hesitation getting some winter tires put on, and also helped me with some information on the Uconnect app. When I couldn’t figure out a setting she offered to come down to my place of work and help me. Most dealerships would tell you to bring the vehicle down but no Tasha offered to come to me. Something I’ve never experienced before. I will for sure be buying my next one from these 2 girls hands down!

Warranty or mechanic work here and Ford are atrocious. Save time and money, find a independent or go elsewhere and avoid the Cold Lake/Highway 28 tax (prices always higher in area, call it the tax). Lolol

The salesman Nate went out if his way to get me a vehicle brought in from out of town which was perfect for me. I did not know that the vehicle had a broken air conditioner. Nodoby at the shop bothered to jnspect the vehicle before they sold it to me and took my $60,000. Now it has been 3 months of waiting for them to get me a new part. I am 26th on the list and the only jnfor i get is well its back ordered so whenever a part comes in and its your turn then we will do it. In the mean tine it will be 28 degrees today and my brand new truck is broken

Suffice it to say I dropped my Jeep off at 8am, got told at 5: 30 pm after I drove into town to ask about the status that it would be ready in 20 minutes. When I asked if they'd wait to give my keys back shortly after 6 since I had been calling since 2 pm, i was rudely informed that the phones were dead, they closed at 6 and it wasn't their problem. Terrible customer service that just cost my family their Canada Day trip due to the dealerships lack of communication. Use any garage other than this pack of buffoonish idiots.

Service Manager called me back to inform me they had performed unauthorized warranty work despite being told to inspect seals, argued with me that I authorized it despite not speaking to anyone. Told me I authorized the work or the work order wouldn't say replace seals. Yelled at me and accused me of being rude then told me because I didn't leave 'special instructions' for the unauthorized work that they refilled my front diff woth standard gear oil replacing the amsoil full synthetic and slip lock I had in there.

Terrible customer service and will do unauthorized work and tell you you authorized it. Glad my vehicle was under warranty as I would not have had the money to pay for more than the inspection and battery terminal, but they replaced 2 seals and replaced fluids.

The Service Manager Rob Makarewicz and his exceptional team were thorough in describing what repairs my vehicle required and was transparent every step of the way. No repairs were carried out without my consent and they expertly gave great recommendations. Excellent service and highly recommended.

Nate went above and beyond, checking in on his day off to make sure the Jeep was working well and arranged for a quick fix when it wasn't. Take my keys back cause I AM IN LOVE! My husband and I went to the indoor January event with only “looking” on mind. One of our cars had about enough and I have always wanted a Jeep. The next day we returned to get the quote for the Jeep and thought we would inquire about a quote on a Ram with a trade in on our beautiful Taurus. Nate, Lisa, Cam and the team really really looked after our needs and wants. Nate was wonderful. I value a sales rep that can see your visions. I appreciated how he talked with us as friends and humans not as dollar signs (not like someone just making a sale). After having heard bad things about the dealership all I can say is.not true. We left feeling valued and appreciated. Nate was just amazing to work with as was the whole team. I highly suggest anyone in the market for a new vehicle see Nate.
