I have been a customer of sales, service, and parts dept for over 10 years, very busy, good work and service. This trip was an out of province inspection on a light motorhome, booked 3 days ahead, took 2 hours. Found nothing wrong and did not try to sell parts/services I didn't need.

Taylor and Sam at the dealership helped us out big time when Ford itself wouldn't. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with the whole process.

Taylor, in the Service Department at Cold Lake Ford, is absolutely fantastic. She takes Customer Service to the next level and I just can't rave about her enough. My truck had some parts that were taking longer than expected. Taylor kept me updated all along the way, she lined up a shuttle for me to take me to and from work every day (even from my home) and arranged a rental with a discount. It is unfortunate that my truck needed repairs and parts were on back order but Taylor really went the extra mile and deserves all the praise. She's a keeper Ford!

I just moved to cold lake from Ontario and the tag agency said i needed an out of town inspection for my truck.since it was still under its FMPP maintenance plan i decided i may as well take it to Cold Lake For as that would become it's new home maintenance dealership.

We were greeted by ester, who was keen to assist us. When we explained the situation to her and told here that we were not against trading up, she went to work.

Ester was awesome and answered all my questions thoroughly about the 2018 line up of F150s. She was honest and easygoing and knows these trucks quite well. She searched inventories and found the truck that met every one of my wants and needs except for a tonneau cover, which she promptly ordered in for installation the very next day. Not only did she meet my needs, but she exceeded them so thanks to the team, i am now an owner of a new 2018 F150 XLT Sport 4X4

This F150 Sport is amazing and drives like a dream. The service and attention from ester couldn't have been better and i highly recommend her and the team at Cold Lake Ford for anyone in the area that is in the market for a new or used car, truck or SUV.

Had my vehicle in for a recall, and the experience was decent. The only frustrations that happened were more of a result of the weather than anything else. Otherwise, the service was good, and my vehicle was fixed quickly. Appreciate the shuttle.

We were making a quick trip through cold lake over the New Years weekend and had a service soon light pop up 30min out of town. Called ahead to see if someone would be able to look at it quick to make sure we’d be able to make it back home the next day. Was in town for the long weekend and heard some noise from my front end. Called Cold Lake Ford very last minute on a Saturday and Phil “The Jam man” Waldorf did me a solid and jammed me in in the last couple hours of the day. Their tech Austin Hofer was great, went for a test drive, did a full inspection and made sure I was safe to drive home. These guys were awesome, understanding and super good to deal with.
