Big store lots of space. Well stocked with almost everything you need in a hardware store. Staff was decently friendly. The bathrooms were clean and bright.

Do not come here later then 4: 45pm. I came here at 4: 54pm and the entrance door was locked on August 22,2023. No notice as to why it was closed early. I knocked on the door but was ignored by staff. Two other people showed up when I did and were also upset by the door being locked before the advertised closing time of 5pm. This is the second time this has happened. It's hard enough to try and make it to a store before 5pm for people working. If the staff are locking the front door 5-10mins before closing time, might Be a good idea to open till 5: 30pm so they can close at 5: 20pm and allow those of us who work till 5pm time to get here.

Didn't have most things I wanted and sold me something when I asked for a different product.
Customer service people are a little condescending when dealing with people. I am a journeyman carpenter and plumber and they try to tell me what I want instead ifcwhatbi know I want.

I had a large 10’x16’ prebuilt shed delivered to my place and Kyle and Austin and team went above and beyond to make sure it got into place. Due to the site conditions, it was not an easy task, but they persevered and they were polite and professional! Well done!

Great service but don’t come near closing time. When you are picking up your product their friendliness diminishes as you get closer to 5pm and well lacks after 5 and they make you come back to get the rest of your items. Should stay open till 6pm as people do work too.

Went to pick up a new toilet and the worker was very helpful in making sure I had everything needed to do the job! Sure saved me an extra trip!

Great BBQ section and a stocked lumber yard. Customer service is hit in miss in how they talk to you but overall a good place.

Got my paint from here, lady at the paint counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good paint but not a big amount of product to choose from for paint supplies. I guess that's how it is in the smaller stores

Friendly staff, decent prices, clean store. You can't bring your dog in though unless it's a service animal.

Great selection of products at affordable prices. Not sure where this friendly staff is that people speak of. 90% of the time they tell me to go somewhere else or say not sure if they have it. There is maybe 1 lady there that is helpful. I avoid the place due to this and it’s my last choice as I would have to spend the time looking myself for what I need.

Price's on items are alot less then other hardware stores in Cold Lake.
