I spent a great deal of time preparing to sell my home and researching what to buy. When the time came, I and I sold, I was left hanging. Opportunities to purchase were missed. I did not feel that my realtor was there for me.

I made a bold move to find another realtor to help me find a new home. I trusted the reviews I read and decided Selena Cheung sounded like the person I needed. Thankfully I was right.

Selena took on the challenge of finding me a home in what had become a horrible market and I had less time to work with. When even a hint of an opportunity presented itself, I was glad to have her in my corner. Her dedication and skill as a realtor are the reasons why I am in a home now. In fact, in the end she found me two to choose from. A good realtor can achieve this in regular circumstances. Only someone like Selena can achieve this in the worst.

It was an added bonus to also have Andy available to view homes with me that required special attention. His skill set helped immensely in determining where areas of potential concern were.

I wish Selena and Andy had been my realtors from the start. I am wholeheartedly grateful they helped me in the end.

Do not deal with this company! Long story short. On our possession day, the house was F I L T H Y. Like dead bugs on the wall filthy, BROKEN SINK (CRACKED), AND the shower was not working! We were so turned off! Our contract states that the house should be fully ready to move into ON possession date. So the fact that it was SOO filthy and essentials were NOT functional, we had to get it professionally cleaned, carpets shampooed, etc.we didn't get to live in it 6 days AFTER possession day!
Please save your time and money. Go somewhere else. This company does not deserve good, reliable tenants.
