I had called Miller to test drive a 2012 Toyota Rav4 sport. He was super helpful and said I could come straight after work and that Jimmy would help me. Jimmy ended up helping me throughout the whole process. He was super wonderful and very professional. I was able to put a deposit down and take it to my own mechanic to do an inspection and he was fine with that. The whole process went very smoothly and Jimmy kept me up to date with anything I needed. Thank you again!

Purchased a 2013 Ram 1500 from Miller. Communication was great both through text messaging and phone calls. Great truck for a great price. Miller went out of his way to ensure the truck was complete during the deal including recharging the AC. When a problem with the AC happened the day I picked up the vehicle he took it back to their mechanic and had it fixed. Great experience.

Bought 2012 journey r/t, was delivered said everything was good passes mechanical fitness Inspection, that it needed nothing, looked good when delivered, being honest I was bit in a rush as my son's gonna be a father any day, so the mechanical fitness Inspection report says zero issues but when insured a day later noticed interior lights were not working break pedal goes almost to floor hear wheel bearing noise rear washer fluid lines were broken, rear wiper not working, rear view mirror not installed properly, both rear axle seals leaking ohh and pulls to the rightdue to needing front camber bolts so how did this pass mechanical fitness Inspection I called Miller and he pretty much said I'm a mechanic basically deal with it o, I was trying to be nice about it all see if he could help with this stuff that's wrong, so basically they sold and.delivered me a suv that's can not drive, no matter what this should of never passed any in spection so now I've have ro report him to amic, I had to give one star to give this review but he don't deserve nothing, I wish I could talk to the owner and I hope he isn't the owner,

We arrived and the vehicle was exactly what they described over the phone. I recommend them to all my family and friends.they even allowed me to take for an inspection at Canadian tire. Everything checked out once again. These gents are amazing! Because of the outcome i gladly paid their asking price due to their honesty and amazing personalities.

We purchased a vehicle from Miller this past month and don’t recommend. We were lied to about the inspection being completed, as there were quite a few issues. The most basic things that dealerships are expected to look at include checking the Rad fluid.this was not done. The car was not vacuumed, even though he said a detail was done. Upon vacuuming at home, I found paintbrushes, fries & pens in the floor under seats. The air filter and cabin filter were disgusting. The next day the front passenger tire was flat too! Upon inspecting under the hood, we noticed that the air box wasn’t even attached AND had a part missing! What inspection passes without this being addressed? As well, leaving the lot the gas tank was at 1/8th of a tank. I have purchased from dealerships (both used and new) and they always ensure gas is full or at least half. Wow. On top of all of that, we noticed the PRICE in the picture was lower than asking online/in-person. I mentioned this and Miller explained that it was his buddies fault. No attempt to address this or apologize. Do not recommend.

Travelled 11 hours from out of province to attend this dealership on a weekend, miller was accommodating with advice and service to make the purchase and insuring of the vehicle easier. I did receive money off asking price, and was further accommodated when there was a vehicle issue on the following day. Despite some bumps I am over all satisfied with the purchase I made, and am happy with my previously loved vehicle.

I bought this 2014 Dodge Journey on Sept. 8th. You guys gave me a great price on the Journey and a more than fair price for my trade in. Thanks to your co worker there for the trade in offer. Don't recall his name. I just put a couple of cosmetic pieces on the car, front bumper trim and wheel cover and the thing looks brand new. The tires are good for another summer and I just put new winter ones on, so I'm set for a while there.

Very bad experience with this auto dealer. Cheating and dishonest. They used to buy unfit cars then advertising them as great value. When you ask they say cars still in repair. Don't buy from this dealer at all. Owner can't defeat my review. I have proofs of my review. I don't need a reply from this dishonest dealer. If you don't accept the criticism, please close this business. This is how trade should be, open to criticism and feedback. There is no warranty, I just bought a month ago, but the water pump is leaking, block heater was out (had to tell me if this is out…)! I have changed battery, block heater (cost me $700), water pump ($1300). The dealer was keep saying no warranty. Not responsible at all!

Worst experience ever. 1 week after purchase and no heat whatsoever. Tried talking to Miller and getting no answers.

I came in during closing time, i felt bad but i had no choice i was desperately in need of a vehicle as mine broke down. Miller picked out my vehicle as my sister bought her first vehicle from him. I trusted him, i took his word for it. I went to coliseum cars and trucks looking for an SUV. I was hoping for some help with my search. I had been to other car lots and was not looked after much buy staff there.but at Coliseum i met with Miller and was shown several models Miller gave me plenty of time to look over these SUV's.no pressure. I felt so comfortable taking my time i really enjoyed the expieriance. I did some test drives and now i have a great SUV. Miller even reduced the price so it was easier for me to afford, thanks to Miller at Coliseum cars and trucks.

I looked around before and after seeing the SUV I purchased in the end from this lot. After many car lots and online viewings the best deal I found was here for what I wanted. Miller was exceptional at his job he gave plenty of space to decide and even gave me a better deal than sticker price which was already fair. I test drove the SUV twice. He answered my many questions as a first time car purchaser. I have since taken my SUV in to the mechanic to have it fully inspected. I am happy to report my mechanic found no issues that were not already disclosed in the carfax and lot mechanic inspection. My experience here was very positive and I recommend them.:)

Had an appointment today for 1pm to view a vehicle. When we showed up from Red Deer to view they had sold it the day before we had communications after they had sold it yet they didn't tell us it was already sold. They tried to get us into another garbage beater instead. Bait and switch isn't cool.

Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because once I arrived (I'm from out of province) there were a few things missing from what was offered originally. There was no manual in the car, no aux which I was told there, as well at the passenger lock/window buttons were popped out of its socket (still worked)
All were issues I could resolve without going to a mechanic. But extremely happy with ym brand new car!
