The rooms are in very poor condition, I had to put a wedge under the dresser to keep it up so the drawers would close and he TV remote hasn't worked since I checked in.you are also not allowed with visitors and there are cameras everywhere throughout the hotel. It is very uncomfortable and makes you feel like there is no privacy at all. I would not recommend this hotel. I feel like I'm staying in a hostel!
Great place to host a kids party! We got the pool for 2 hours (which has an amazing water slide). Although it's not private, we were the only ones using the pool the entire time of the party. Then we got 2 more hours in a room for cake, presents and games. The kids all seemed to have had a great time!
Lobby was clean. Rooms were clean. Kids loved the pool, waterslide, and hot tub. Breakfast was great. There were 7 of us traveling together, and staying two nights. I booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, when checking in, they didn’t have our rooms beside each other and said the hotel was too full to arrange it. Talked to Megha after the first night and she was able to get us into adjoining rooms for the second night. SO much easier when traveling with 4 children. She went above and beyond for us and we are so very thankful for that! Every staff member that we saw was very pleasant and helpful. We will DEFINITELY be back!
Easy to check in and out, hot tub is perfect, pool looks fun for kids, stayed in a suit for a week+, tried to hike the rate of the room by 20$/night just on the weekend even tho it wasn’t busy at all, cannot connect PlayStation to internet to watch Netflix, TV remote missing batteries, no cutlery in suit even tho it has a fridge/microwave and huge sink, no soap to do dishes, was told there is vending machine on each floor there is not, all said an done I feel like for 1000+$/week this hotel could do better and any other hotel charging that much needs to be held accountable.
Absolutely wonderful hotel. Very clean and the staff were very friendly and always had a smile. The room I was in was very nice, clean, and quiet. Had a wonderful breakfast too. I had taken a busload of people there and had plenty of parking for my bus. There is also a Montanas right across the parking lot, for very nice dining and drinks. Very nice place to stay.
I stay here somewhat frequently for work. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished and the beds are comfortable. The location is pretty close to some amenities, but realistically you'll be driving and not walking to get to them. The only reason I don't rate this hotel higher is the small square pillows they use on the beds, they're awful in every hotel I've ever stayed in. Invest in better pillows and you're golden.
The couch cushions all the zippers were broken. The hallway to the pool was absolutely freezing and the pool windows and pool area was all.completely frozen over windows full ice. In the morning the waffle maker was caked full of black like it had never been cleaned before no juice no milk for cereal and only hard pancakes for cooked food. Half the light bulbs were burnt out, and our door didnt lcok behind us. No key card was needed to enter the room. The manager is never around and took about 3 weeks to return any kind of messages. Best wester is a much better option.
If you are planning on staying at this hotel on a weekend for a little 'staycation' because you have children and would like to use the pool/waterslide DO NOT BOOK HERE.
We booked here with family friends for the weekend, thinking it would be fun for a visit and the kids would enjoy the pool/waterslide. There were three families. We all have young children that range between 2-7 years old.
On Saturday, the hotel allows for private swim lessons in the pool to locals. The instructor, a young man, took over the pool, acted like he 'owned' it and was clearly annoyed that our children were swimming/playing in the pool. Even though we were there as actual paying guests!
We had brought some pool toys for our children to play with. He confronted us several times and accused us of 'taking his toys from his class (he had a bucket of toys) When we explained they were not his, he continued to aggressively confront us that he was just repeatedly asking "for due diligence".
Once his swimming class had ended, he proceeded to get fully dressed and sit by the edge of the pool and STARE at us and our children (with a phone in his hand, it appeared as if he was recording). It was beyond creepy, it was predatory.
We stayed at the pool an additional 1.5 hours, he continued to sit there staring. No other lessons, no one with him, just staring. Finally, we all felt so uncomfortable, we left the pool to go back to the room. He then finally left the pool area and presumably the hotel.
Lastly, breakfast in the morning was not great, and the eggs were a grey-ish colour.
