Great room. Good price. Service at 2: 00am arrival was great. Shuttle to and from the airport.

Can you advise on how we contact the shuttle service from the airport?

I stayed here 2 different nights in the last few weeks before and after my flights to calgary. This hotel has clean decent rooms with some updated furniture. The breakfast had waffles, bagels, muffins, yogurt, fruit, eggs & sausage patties and a few other items & drinks. The pool was out of service during my stay so can't say it was good or bad. The first night there was alot of parking but coming back on Sunday there were very few spots available. They do offer a free shuttle to and from the airport. There is tea and coffee available at all hours in the lobby. Overall i would stay here again and recommend to people who are flying out of the airport or just as a hotel to stay for pleasure/business.

This place is really nice, super friendly people and the rooms were nice, clean and quiet. Had trouble with the WiFi, but they upgraded me, and fixed the issue. The room they gave me had a nice fake fireplace and a 3 person bathtub. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a long layover at the Calgary airport and needed a hotel to spend the night. The room was musty but they maintained basic cleanliness. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but you can use UBEReats. Their airport shuttle service is fantastic and their drivers are very punctual.

Only stayed one night but it was comfortable and tidy. Staff are great and helpful. We used the shuttle service from the airport and this worked first class. Thank you for brief but pleasant stay.

Great place to overnight. Friendly staff good value. Only issue is it's good and close for layovers but we had a 38 hour layover and it's not walkable to anywhere so ended up taking a few Ubers to get anywhere.
Otherwise - great airport shuttle- great breakfast that's included. Gym was concise and the pool was a nice size. Laundry can be done if all your clothes need a refresh too. We stayed there on our way and coming back from an international destination.

Stayed here after getting in late from the airport. Lots of Ubers/Lyfts available to take you to the hotel if needed. The staff at the hotel was friendly and kind and the room we stayed in was very clean and spacious. The bed and sheets were incredibly comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was enjoyable. Free wifi is available here. As a note, there is a major road right behind this hotel, so you can hear cars throughout the entire night.

No complaints about any aspect of our stay, was leaving on an early morning flight and didn't want to leave my house at 0530 so this was great.

The lady who gave the direction to the shuttle spot at the airport was not clear so that made us to walk all the way to door 17 instead 4 and then she called us again to give another wrong info so only made us to miss the shuttle and so we had to take a taxi. No sincere apology but weird and unacceptable excuses to cover her mistakes. She was rude and seemed unhappy to accept guests. I don't think anyone with that attitude should work at a place like this. I didn't expect 4 -5 stars hotel experiences or any extra service with this inn but this lady's extremely rude behavior should be pointed out and hoping that she will learn and never treat other guests the way she did to us. I come to Calgary 5 -6 times a year and this was the worst experience ever!

The traffic was too loud on the highway side. The sausage at breakfast was awful. The staff were friendly and helpful though. Clean pool and hot tub. Need to provide cream for their terrible coffee lol coffee mate is so 90's.

Nice, clean, quiet. They have an hourly shuttle to the airport. Location is close to YYC but not within walking distance.

While traveling with my 3 grandchildren, we got bumped off a flight in Calgary at 9 am & as we had been up since 3 AM, we were exhausted. I booked this hotel & asked if it was possible to get an early check-in, it wasn't a problem, & the shuttle would be there in 10 min's. The shuttle driver was absolutely awesome! I asked if there were restaurants around the hotel (there isn't as it's in the middle of an industrial area surrounded by fields) & the shuttle driver said the breakfast buffet was over, however when he heard we hadn't yet eaten, he called the hotel & when we arrived the wonderful cafeteria person gave us each some yogurt, a muffin, an apple & a juice! There was a mixup with the booking (my fault) & the front desk person sorted it all out for me & gave me a discount on the room as well as on the early check-in! Out of 10 stars I'd give her 20!
The room was spotlessly clean & perfect!
After sleeping for a while, the kids played in the pool & hot tub & then were hungry. The front desk advised about several places that had Skip The Dishes, as well as a couple of nearby places that delivered.
We did have a bit of a problem with the heating as multiple times we turned the thermostat up a bit, but after 10 min's or so, it would blast cold air. They sent someone to fix it to no avail. The front desk offered us another room, but as it was such a big job to move we just stayed & unplugged the heater/AC unit & covered it with towels to stop the cold air coming in & used the hair dryer for heat!
All in all, the stay was great, mostly because of the incredibly friendly & helpful staff!

The location is not bad. The breakfast is so cheap. They are not fresh! Taste and looks like from 2 days ago. The room was not bad. But they forgot to clean the coffee area. The coffee cup lid was used! The coffee maker is dirty! Not enough toilet paper! Toiletries are so cheap, they know for sure that we are family of four. But the toiletries was not enough for us. The staff in the breakfast area was not approachable.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. If we ever stay in Calgary again we will definitely be back!

Nice modern and clean room. Friendly staff. Average breakfast. Would have been nice if the amenities were actually in service (no pool, hot tub or laundry), which were a big part of the reason I booked this place.

Got a room with a broken AC which felt like a sauna. When I asked to move to another room with a working AC they said that there were no available rooms. After sending the "technician" which turned out to be the shuttle driver to check the AC and confirm its broken and after I called again and insisted to change the room, they all of a sudden had an available room for me.

After 17 hours of flight delays into Calgary, both Wendy (Front Desk Manager) and Noel (General Manager) made immediate arrangements to get my family into our rooms very quickly.

Highly recommend this hotel. We will only stay here from now on!

Nothing was good here, bedsheets were worn out, full of stains.towels were almost torn.understaffed.key doesn't work next day.bathroom shower door doesn't close.water pressure and shower head is pathetic.

We were quite disappointed with the breakfast. They seemed to be running low on everything. There was very little variety and there was no fruit except for a few small, bitter apples. For cereal, they only had oatmeal packets, and they were completely out of milk. The waffle makers are very old and need to be replaced. Also, they didn't have any decaf coffee.

The bedding was a little stained and looked dirty. Also the curtains in the room were very dirty.

However, the staff were all very friendly, helpful, and polite.

First room I checked into had dirty sheets. When I went down to the front desk, they were extremely accommodating and helpful. Didn’t have to wait too long for them to find me a new room, got upgraded to a suite. Their free breakfast that’s included is a little sad. Just a juice box, muffin and a granola bar in a paper bag.

Very bad customer service I did bay hundred dollar Davidge deposit and I never get it back the manager is Bad doesn’t talk nice to be able she’s very bad she should get fired

This place used to be good but lately the rooms we booked were really dirty and carpets were extremely smelly but I'm hoping the management will start taking responsibility. Hoping I won't be taking my business somewhere else I'm giving this place one mode chance

Comfort Inn goes above and beyond with their customer service. I have stayed at some high end hotels but Comfort Inn’s customer service does not compare. From their staff’s friendliness and kindness from the comfort of their bed they even have free breakfast and wifi is great 5 star service. Thank you so much Comfort Inn for the amazing stay.

Nice hotel, better than I expected for the price. Shuttle was quick, staff was polite, room was very nice.

I booked this hotel online because they claim they have airport shuttle bus and breakfast. When I arrived Calgary domestic airport, I called them according to their instruction and they said the shuttle is coming in 15 minutes. However, I have waited almost an hour. After I checked in, I tried to check the shuttle bus for the next day, they told me that the time (7am) I wanted was full and they could do nothing. They only have one shuttle every hour and share it with other few hotels. So they DO NOT have their own shuttle! If I want to take the shuttle, I need to take the 6am and I cannot have breakfast as the breakfast only starts at 6: 30 am. The only good thing is the staff at the reception helped me with refund and he was polite.

Nice room and good price. A little difficult to find the location though. Would definitely stay there again. Friendly staff and the breakfast was decent.

Good, but there was no way to take a shower with the door closed. It opened by itself. And where cold was terrible!

THIS HOTEL GIVES A SUPER SUGAR SPIKE BREAKFAST. It consists of a sweet muffin, sugary cereal bar and a sugary juice. No hot breakfast! False advertisement. Cheap out on guests!

The room carpet & bedding smells like mold, dog urine, and disgusting rotten fish. The towels were like rags on my body.

Please save your hard earned money and choose a different hotel! Stay away from this cheap hotel! Only giving one star for the good customer services from staffs!

This hotel is the worst ever! The room stink and the whole stuff was rude and were not intetested in helping us. This is the worst place to stay. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!

Horrible service from the supervisor at this hotel on last Saturday evening, gave my family and I a room with terrible smell, possible mold, had to go back and forth to get moved to a new room.

Place was nice and clean. A little out of the way. But very close to the airport. The breakfast was atrocious. A juice muffin and a fruit bar

Stayed here a week ago and first room had dirt on the bed and an orange stain on the other bed. Called the front desk and got a new room. In the new room the beds were clean but the bathroom was horrible. Hairs on the floor and even a piece of twisted up toilet paper on the floor. Not to mention the hair on the toilet and did not look like it was even cleaned. Did not want to even go back down to get another room so we just went out for our evening and came back to sleep. But I did accidentally leave my key in the room and the lady at the front desk was super nice. Lady that checked us in and out was not as friendly. Was not even worth the money I paid for the night.

Deserves zero stars, don’t sleep here even if they pay you to. When we first arrived there was a smell of mold in the room and the carpet had stains all over it. The sheets were also stained and one of them even had blood? I asked the hotel staff to move to another room but apparently there were no rooms, although one staff told me she would show me a room but then proceeded to deny its existence. As for breakfast I was given a to-go bag but there was barely any nutrients in it besides sugars and carbs, it had one unripe banana, two dry honeybuns, a small chocolate oat bar and a box of apple juice. The only good thing was the coffee in the room. The manager did nothing about my terrible experience and they said I slept in it so it must not have been terrible. I only slept there (barely) because all other hotels in the area were booked at 11 pm at night. DO NOT GO HERE.

We had great experienced on our stayed here. Price is excellent, new rooms and shower. Clean facility, small pool but we enjoyed it so much. The only thing that is unpleasant is the wifi on the third floor. It is super slow, I fell a sleep before the movie plays on my computer. Other than that is great.

We had originally planned to stay for the Friday and leave Saturday but decided to stay another night. The rooms were all booked but the Awesome manager Wendy was able to find us a room and she even upgraded our room. Wendy and her team are fabulous they went out of their way to make our trip even more memorable. This will definitely be our go to place to on our Calgary trips in the future. There are great people In this world.

Good for one night stay, there is nothing around, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable, breakfast is terrible, doggy bag with muffins and artificial juce, no milk or cream for your morning coffee.

I spent 4 days here! Low shower pressure! No buffet for breakfast just a muffin, juice box and fruit bar for daily breakfast! Swimming pools are open for everyone and gym too but not the kitchen for breakfast! They were ran out of sanitizer! Bed comforters were having stains of coffee. Overall my stay was just ok!

Room clean, staff is friendly but they skimp on amenities and still restrict facility (pool) access. Breakfast is limited to a bag with a muffin, juice box and a granola bar. Awkward location. No extra pillows available.

I'm really disappointed about the first experience of my parent and brother. I had booked one room for three people and chose the time check - in is 2 - 3am at Comfort Inn & Suites Calgary. Especially, this is the first time they've come to Canada and they don't speak English well, so I've written in the special request that please be sure you have the available room and they will land at 00: 54, so pick them up at about 2: 00 am. But they must take taxi to this hotel and the receptionist said that the time checkin is 15: 00 and there is no availble room for them. Finally, the hotel assign for them a room that don't have conditioner. At the moment, I cannot contact with my parent and don't know that whether the hotel has solution for this mistake.

Enjoyed my stay here for 3 nights. No issues very clean rooms great prices free breakfast. Hotel has a pool and hot tub is close to the airport if that's needed. But location is good to get around easy.no complains

Decently nice. The beds are comfortable and it was clean. Breakfast was something out of a horror show and the staff seemed more interested in internal gossip than helping. The pool is also freezing, not sure why but the temperature was unbelievably low and we couldn't even use it. Staff seemed unconcerned with this issue.

Happy to say this hotel exceeded expectations. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and filling breakfast were just the start. We got great recommendations on authentic local eats (T. Pot), a free shuttle into town for restaurants and shopping, and warm, caring people who made sure our stay was stellar. Will definitely be back!

Billy the shuttle drive was awesome. He was very friendly and professional and a wealth of knowledge. Check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was good. Travel tip go to breakfast before 8 30. They have a pool and fitness center. The room was clean and rhe mattress was comfortable. I would stay here again

Breakfast was poor, staff were very rude and everything was a problem. I told them the coffee was cold and was told it couldn't as they had just put it out. When I showed them it was cold I was told " well it's not my fault ". When I said I just thought I would let you know I was told again " well it's not my fault, I usually drive the bus"

Excellent service, arrived is derby season and fully booked, got king suite, great room, very clean sheets and bathroom, great continental BF, very friendly service, stayed 4 nights and very happy, strongly recommended it

3rd day at comfort inn at 147 Freeport Crescent Northeast, Calgary.breakfast got finished at 09: 11 no egg no bread left, and staff was rude and refused to put more bread and egg as they are closing kitchen in few minutes 15 minutes was still left and family still having breakfast. No point of having complementary breakfast by paying extra compare to other hotels. May be later post some vedio or pictures

The hotel is average but before you like the hotel you personally rate overall esp the front desk. The manager is awful really awful of all the comfort inn I check in this the only comfort inn makes my life so hard and the manager is terribel.acting like the owner of the hotel. I arrive in that hotel I have 2 kids. Now my credit card I use was decline I have good balance but because it was not posted right away on the system it was declined for twice. I ask the front desk if I could pay cash right away the front desk said yes but you need to pay security deposit thru credit card of 100 I said whatever it works give me an option I will pay cash since its not my fault its weekend my card balance was not activated right away and so I tried to dial the credit card customer service as we know it takes 30 t0 1 hour to hold the phone to connect the credit card agency. At the beginning i ask nicely if i pay right away settling my 2 kids under 4 to the room because they are cranky and all over the place and I can wait up to 1 hour on the phone in the front desk i want them to settle first in the room and pay everything thru cash. And they said no! And the guy call the awful manager i started to get angry because I spread out all my options but the nasty sarcastic manager said you must know everything before you go here and you can leave.very inconsiderate manager if it will not be my two kids I will leave right away but because my 2 kids are exhausted from long travel and moving i need to decide to stay in comfort inn calgary. So ridiculous because that manager is very incosiderate and acting like an owner of the hotel and zero mercy. The next day i check out and since i dont have credit card because it was decline i leave$ 300 for security deposit when they give me the money it was s 290 only on the envelope and for me it is a thief. See if they make mistake its ok if the helpless customer asking and begging for consideration the nasty manager is more awful. After past few hours I travel to edmonton and check in in comfort inn edmonton since I have choice privilege membership and the front desk are very helpful my card still decline because i cant get on the phone to activate she give me a consideration to make my life easy. That comfort inn calgary manager is freakin nasty i ever encounter. Never come back again and never recommend esp if you have kids that manager has zero tolerance for any circumstances no customer value.

While coming north from Waterton park we booked at the Comfort Inn to break up our journey home. I was underwhelmed at the service provided by the evening desk attendant. She seemed uninterested in her work.

The bathroom in our room was dirty. The shower door needed windex and there was black hairs in the rolling track.

The fridge in the room was set to max cold and froze the food items we placed in it.

The breakfast was classic hotel fare, something I have had more than enough of working out of town.

The deposit required at check in was more expensive than the room rate. This requirement is foolish as the hotel already has your credit card info. The difference between preauthorization and a transaction that is refunded is also lost on this location.

I won't be back.

I booked the room through Agoda, which was no cancellation policy. I know it was my fault, but the reservation was like 4 months later from now, so I phoned them if it's possible to cancel it. The guy on the phone told me we can do that, but I have to phone Agoda to cancel. So I did, but Agoda told me the hotel rejected to cancel the reservation. So I phoned comfort Inn again, and now they are saying there would be no cancellation at all. I phoned long distance call several time for that, now they changed their mind. Don't just tell me the guy was new, it is your fault that you guys didn't train him properly, or maybe each clerk has different policy. Anyway, it is very disappointed that you guys play around with customer.

Reasonable price. Me and my wife managed a very good deal.
Room was clean and stood up to a thorough check. The room cleaning was very diligent and respectful of personal items.

Bed was comfy. Pillows were soft. I prefer a little more firm head support, but to each their own.

Front desk staff was very kind and accommodating.

Breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast, not there's anything wrong with that.hard boiled eggs, sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs, waffle maker etc.

Pool was ok. Very strong smell, not sure if it's supposed to be that war. Some small debris was noticeable at the bottom, though that could've been added by a patron between cleanings so I won't dock points for it. Nonetheless, it could stand a bit more monitoring.

The location isn't great and where this place struggles. It's next to the airport, so it's great if you're on staying business.

However, while this is not really its fault, there's nothing in a comfortable walking distance. There's a Timmie's down a ways but then it's just industrial complexes and more hotels.

You also have to keep in mind you're near an airport. Airplanes are loud. The hotel has decent sound proofing but not much can block the sound of a 747 flying low near you. This was an infrequent disturbance but still something to consider when booking.

I hate to mark this as a tick down from 5 as I very much enjoyed my experience, but the location just might be too much of a barrier to some people for me to give this an honest 5. With the deal me and my wife got, it's hard to complain.

They offer a shuttle to several locations, but we didn't get the chance to use it as we had a vehicle of our own.

Points of interest: Cross Iron Mills mall isn't too far of a drive away. It's a very large outlet mall with a theatre and decent variety of shops. More clothing shops than anything, so don't expect else, but it's a neat place.

If you are a light sleeper ask for an odd numbered room. Even numbers face the Deerfoot and all you hear are vehicles driving past @ 110+ km/h. The pool closes at 10 PM and they stop serving breakfast @ 9 AM. The shower in our room had ZERO water pressure, could hardly rinse the conditioner out of my hair. The water temp is either hot or cold I could not get the dial to find warm. The tub was long and deep though so if you like a HOT bath or a COLD shower this is the place for you.

Exceeded expectations. Great value. Clean. The front staff was awesome. Very friendly and helpful. The website said they didn't have cribs but they did which was a huge relief. The price we paid was unreal. There is not many food options close by as it is behind an industrial park but it not far from the airport which is great. The breakfast was okay. The curtains don't close all the way and you can't adjust the temperature. We put the do not disturb sign out first thing in the morning then left for the day (removing the sign before we left) but they didn't clean our room. For those reasons I can't give it a higher rating.

Nice new hotel, affordable price and very clean and comfy. Since we missed the breakfast in the morning they made us a bag to go with an apple, juice and a muffin. Close to the airport but no restaurants around, however they do provide a free shuttle to restaurants 10 mins away. Would stay here again.

The property is a newer one and the night time staff are friendly and helful. The lady at the desk in the morning was all but rude. She even lied about the email address. They also charge a 100.00$ deposit to everyone. There are other choices close by. The Wyndham is nicer and priced close enough that I will not be back. I am a choice platinum member so I dont say that lightly. The only reason for the two stars as opposed to only one was as the evening desk staff. Also check your invoice. This hotel does not give choice points even though you pay full price. You have to call choice to address the issue.

Comfy bed, free shuttle to airport, quite room even though almost on Deerfoot. Breakfast was okay, after the awesome spread at Spokane Comfort Inn I was disappointed didn't at least have bacon or the Companion fish for solo travelers at check in (I didn't use but thought nice touch, Spokane got 7 out of 5)

Had a great time. Jasmina at Front Desk was super helpful. The pool is a little small- but it IS a pool. Have stayed there before & definitely would again.

Was nice and clean, comfortable bed. Only problem was the pillows we're too thick. Non sweetened cereals at breakfast would have been nice. Good price.
