Came for a job interview, was showed the building. It was renovated a while ago. Clean and modern. Parking can be tricky on the street. Paid parking at the back of the building or in local neighborhood. Good experience overall.

There is one security lady, Simran, at Mill Woods who is very good at making sure to do her rounds and is very friendly and helpful.

Approached them about employment after working for the Commissionaires Southern Alberta and was was met with the attitude that you have to commit to us 24/7,7 days a week with no chance of holding other employment to get by on. They didn't seem to care I came in with years of experience& was offered multiple excuses on whether they were interested or not. Gave up and thankfully was out of Edmonton by June of 2023.good riddance to the most dangerous city in Canada!

Let’s get down to the core, or shall I say Corps of the matter: Outstanding client care and delivery!

I had to perform an electronic fingerprint procedure this morning. I received exceptional service by Patrice; moreover, I was greeted by Dan and was made to feel welcomed and valued.

Both these members were professional, yet personable and created a mood, tone and atmosphere that fostered engagement. They personify the CCOC and truly represent the high standards for which the organization is known for.

Thank you for providing a streamlined and seamless procedure with authenticity, proficiency and excellence.

Lastly, I salute you: All the members I saw this morning had impeccable dress & deportment.

How can you feel safe when the guards who are supposed to patrol and be active on shift are on phone always watching reels and social media! Location: Century Park LRT
One guy broke the enclosure glass and was behaving violently, I was searching for the security and someone told me that he is standing near the convenience store inside LRT, I called him several times but he didn’t respond at all, then i went closely and saw he had earbuds on both the ears and was watching videos! Seriously? After that day i started observing him everyday, he is always on phone standing at different corners of station. Safety is a joke under these kind of people. I am sure there are many deserving candidates who want to perform the duty with dedication unlike this guy.

Beautiful building- we were hired to photograph exteriors by a client. I used to grow up in this neighborhood and this building really cleans up the look of 124 St!

Criminal record check department/ waivers/ ect and Reception Has the rudest people I have EVER had to deal with. Was contradicted multiple times. Insinuated I was lying multiple times.
Literally turned her back on me to speak. If you don’t need to deal with them I suggest you don’t. All the services can be done by yourself or with another agency anyway.
0/10 do not recommend.

I was Detachment Commander in Cold Lake for the Commissionaires 4 years. The company always acted in a fair and equitable manner and truly cared about the persons working for them. They provided excellent opportunities for there employees and outstanding training. There HQ Staff in Edmonton were second to none and I was very proud to be part of this company. Pay and benefits were also excellent and well above average. You will not be disappointed they are the best Security Company in Alberta hands down.

Do you like being over worked and under paid, no?

What about having your mental health throw out the window and almost fired because you have Autism and didn't answer managements question in a way they seemed for?

How about a HR that tells you everything is going to be perfectly fine when you are having a mental breakdown in their office because you are scared of losing your job, then the next day you are removed from all shifts and told you are on the spare board?

Then you'll love commissionaires.

If you have any sorta mental health issues then be ready to be throw under the buss because management is full disrespectful, power tripping, individuals:)
