Staff don't always act professional and sometimes have mixed boundaries when they talk about their personal experiences. Supportive neighbors should be allowed respite Support for clients so supportive neighbors and clients can get a break from working together as every relationship should have breaks. Some Staff really don't understand mental health. You can tell when a staff is burned out but still working. Staff should have more training in mental health and in trauma informed based approach.

If I had a chance to give 5 stars for being the worse place to work I'd do it. I don't want to say more. Just look at the other reviews from my ex colleagues. If you are lazy, ignorant, liar, intrigant, gossip person etc.this is the place to be.
