Dr. Benoits has been our cats vet since 2008. We would highly recommend his veterinary clinic to anyone.
He is very compassionate towards our two little seniors. Our girls have had some health issues over the years and Kevin has always been able bring our cats back to health with his knowledge and expertise. He cares. We can see this with every visit. We appreciate that he takes the time to explain things to us and offers a number of avenues to take when our kitties are feeling under the weather. Shelby came to our home to work with our dog George who has anxiety. Shelby was so patient with George and recognized right away that the barking was due to anxiety. During her fear free sessions he settled, and we were able to apply the skills we learned to our everyday life. He is barking less when people come over and we are going to continue with the fear free sessions at the clinic to keep him as comfortable as possible during vet visits!

I love this clinic! I have an anxious dog and I know they do everything possible to make his vet visits as easy as possible. The vet techs are simply the most loving humans- when my little guy was scared in a kennel, a tech carried him in a baby sling while she worked! After his visit last week, the tech carried my drowsy boy out to me all wrapped in a blanket, clearly caring that he was warm and comfortable after his procedure. I always feel confident that I’m leaving my boy in the best of hands.

Companion is all around excellent. As a force free professional, they are the only ones I recommend for folks who want a truly fear free experience ce for their pet.
They worked with us in advance to ensure my dog was prepared emotionally and physically for the exam and vaccinations

The entire staff is absolutely amazing. From the moment you are greeted, to the vet techs, trainers and vets, our furbabies and pawrents are well taken care of. Everything is explained in detail, follow-ups are done and they always take the time to make our pets feel comfortable. Thank you for taking excellent care of Luna

We were referred to Companion Veterinary Clinic for Behaviour Training with Jessica for our reactive dog. We are so grateful to have been directed to her and her training methods. Fear-free training is just what our dog needed to gain our trust. We feel more connected to him through his training and have noticed great improvements in the areas where we previously had concerns. Jess's approach has been professional and caring while educating us on his health issues with her RVT training to ensure we are being safe with our dog. Highly recommend this clinic and training services!

We have been taking our pets here for years and the service and care is absolutely wonderful. We have interacted with quite a bit of the staff through our visits and everyone is excellent. They stay true to their fear free commitment and always make the visits to the vet as easy as possible. Truly thankful for the wonderful service they provide.

Best kept secret in Edmonton. Amazing Vet clinic. Dr. Benoit is fantastic, the staff is always friendly, and we love taking our dog here (actually, he loves it too!).

Update: We have been going to Dr. Benoit for over 7 years and continue to be impressed with his care for our 2 dogs!

Dr. L is so amazing and compassionate with my two cats and dog. She’s patient and willing to answer all my questions in order to ease my anxiety around the health of my pets. I appreciate her care and understanding. I’ve recommended her to so many of our friends and family. <3

I am so grateful for the care Dr. Benoit and his team provide to Maggie every visit but here is my recent experience:

Maggie needed X-rays with sedation as she has been experiencing some pain in her hips. The care they gave her was amazing. She was scared but they took their time with her and I really appreciate that. It’s always heartbreaking when I have to see Maggie going through tough stuff but the staff there are so compassionate and treat both her and I so kindly. They sedated her with distraction of hot dogs (they have many secret weapons), dimmed the room and played some peaceful music, and continuously checked on her to make sure we were doing ok. After, they called me and woke her up when I came back so I could be with her. Dr. Benoit then explained her treatment and X-rays to me and answered my questions followed by an email with links to suggested place I could get the proper meds for her at a fair price.

Maggie is pretty fearful at times and I can get pretty anxious. When I come and see them, I don’t feel that way anymore.

Special shout out to Janna for being so great during our recent visit. You are a rockstar!

Dr. Benoit, I can’t say how appreciative I am of you for taking time to explain things to me even if I ask too many questions and talk too much. Your clinic sets the bar very high and I can’t imagine going anywhere else that would have the care you guys provide. Thank you!
